Tight Rope-The Revolutionary Anatomical Fixation in Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation-A Case Report

Abstract
Complete disruption of the acromioclavicular joint (Tossy III to VI) is an indication for operative care, especially in active people. Considering the literature, there is a multitude of possibilities in reconstructing the anatomical joint line and function. All of these have pros and cons. In our department, we found a new revolutionary anatomical one-stage procedure using the Tight Rope (Arthrex). In this article, we will describe the operative technique and its benefits.
