Abstract
A very rare case of benign infravesical obstruction due to a pseudosarcomatous fibromyxoid tumor of the prostate is presented. This entity is clinically and histologically difficult to distinguish from a malignant lesion. A discussion of the histopathological features and a review of the literature is given. Keywords
