The population in this study is Bengkulu Province, while the sample is all districts in Bengkulu Province, except Bengkulu City. The panel data regression results, the chosen model is Fixed Effect, where the Village Fund variable has a negative and significant influence on the level of disparity in development between districts in Bengkulu Province. The regression coefficient value is very small but influential in reducing development disparity (Gini Index). This is because the amount of village funds is very small given by the government and also the formulation of the distribution of village funds that are not pro to the poor population and many other factors that affect the development gap. Keywords: The fund village, development disparity
