Clinical Disorders Associated With Thymic Tumors

Abstract
It has been known for over half a century that the thymus is in some way involved in myasthenia gravis. In recent years several other diseases have been found associated with, or developing after, the removal of a thymic tumor, including such seemingly diverse entities as erythroid hypoplastic (aregenerative) anemia, acquired idiopathic hypogammaglobulinemia, and Cushing's syndrome.
