Abstract
If there is no other possibility for the replacement of the whole esophagus, skin tube esophageal reconstruction gives a good result. Three successful cases treated with the antethoracal neoesophagus formed from musculocutaneous flaps are discussed. All patients recovered successfully. However, there exists the possibility of late malignization in the skin tube esophagus. Two such cases are also presented. Keywords
