Abstract
We have presented the clinical and radiographic findings (plain films and CT study) of a 22-month-old boy with multiple destructive cranial and mandibular lesions of LCH. An unusual feature was the presence of adjacent, relatively large, soft-tissue masses, with numerous small discrete calcifications, possibly related to previous intralesional steroid injections.Keywords
