Abstract
This paper proposes a novel analytical model to analyze the statistical characteristics of the mobile devices using the 5G technology to form Internet of Things network. The importance of such model emerges from the need to predict the performance of envisaged technologies and to utilize the results of such predication during design phases. The proposed model uses close to real models for path loss, human mobility, base station architectural and queuing distribution and then employing a set of statistical theorems to work out the interactions between these models. Comparison between the simulation results and analytical model demonstrates a close match. Keywords
