Worship of hero stone in the Sangam literature

Abstract
The memorial pillar (Hero stone), which is erected in memory of the warrior was described by Tolkappiyam and also it defines the worship of the warrior, the name and the heroic deeds of the warrior. Its specialties are studied here.Keywords
