Hyperfine Structure ofin Fe Measured with the Mössbauer Effect

Abstract
Using the Mössbauer effect to study the hfs of : Fe, we have measured the moment of the 77.3-keV first excited state to be +0.419 and the internal field to be 1.28 MOe. These values are somewhat different from, and more accurate than, previous results.
