Air conditioning system is most required element in indoor cooling. Energy demand for indoor cooling is increasing considerably. Also, energy price is not easy to offer. Air conditioning systems will work on Vapor Compression cycle concept, in which Compressor consume most part of the energy input. Compression is done for increasing temperature of the refrigerant before sending to the condenser to achieve super heating of the refrigerant. Energy demand by compressor can be reduced by installing the solar water heater, to heat the refrigerant before sending to compressor, this reduces the energy consumption of the compressor, with this use of the electricity will be reduced by 30-40 %. This Hybrid air-conditioning system is cost effective and environmentally friendly.
