A Binding Contract for Anthrax

Abstract
As the anthrax bioterrorism attacks demonstrated last year, individuals infected with the causative organism, Bacillus anthracis, may still die even after successful antibiotic treatment because of the production of large amounts of the anthrax toxin. In their Perspective, Bull and Parrish discuss new work published elsewhere that identifies an antitoxin antibody that could be used to passively immunize infected individuals and neutralize the anthrax toxin.
