Abstract
In this paper, we are presenting the first case of accidental orbital emphysema as a complication of rhinoplasty operation, published in the literature. We have reviewed the literature for orbital-periorbital complications due to rhinoplasty operations and discussed the treatment choices for orbital emphysema.Keywords
