Abstract
This Miniperspective is the third in a series reviewing fragment-to-lead publications from a given year. Following our reviews for 2015 and 2016, this Miniperspective provides tabulated summaries of relevant articles published in 2017 along with some general observations. In addition, we discuss insights obtained from analysis of the combined data set of 85 examples from all three years of publications. Keywords
