Abstract
By combining magnetic-field-assisted bioseparation and concentration technology with magnetite nanoparticles, novel green upconversion (UC) fluorescence nanocrystals (NaYF4∶Yb3+/Er3+) have been applied to the sensitive detection of DNA.Keywords
