Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the ethical leadership perception of the teachers on the organizational trust in the influence of organizational justice. The universe of the research is composed of the teachers working in Şehitkâmil district of Gaziantep in the fall semester of 2017-2018. The sample in the study was formed from the teachers who were selected by the sampling method easily from within the universe and who agreed to participate in the research. The data of the study were obtained by using 3 different measurement tools to determine teachers' ethical perceptions, organizational trust perceptions and justice perceptions. These data were analyzed in the SPSS 23 program (descriptive statistics, normality analyzes, factor analysis, regression analysis and Sobel test to determine organizational trust). As a result of the study, it has been found that ethical leadership has a role as a partial mediator of organizational trust in its influence on organizational justice.
