Abstract
A method for comparison of two fundus transparencies by means of alternating flickering light is described. Spurious differences between the pictures are reduced by making the exposures in a fixed position of the pulse cycle. Small haemorrhages are readily detected. Pulse variations of the vessels and changes in size of cup and disc can be measured. Keywords
