Abstract
Perinatal educators wish to respect all parties in the perinatal experience. To accomplish this, some may need to learn and practice ways to express feelings of respect. Respect can be written into policy or procedure and is implicit in personal interaction. While all the possible ways to demonstrate respect cannot be listed and passed along, principles of respect can be offered for guidance.Keywords
