Abstract
Cellular atypia in stromal cells of nasal polyps is a peculiar response in fibroblasts or fibrohistiocytes to increased intercellular fluid and/or vascular compromise. Adherence to established histologic criteria will eliminate misjudging these cytologic changes as sarcomas.Keywords
