Abstract
The relationship between the structure of naturally occurring (7R,7'R,8R,8'R)-morinol B and its antifungal activity was examined. 3-Demethoxy morinol B showed much higher activity than the natural compound. The activity of the 4-butoxy-3-demethoxy derivative was higher than that of 3-demethoxy morinol B.Keywords
