Abstract
Porphyrin-linked fullerene bearing methylthio group was prepared by 1,3-dipolar cycloadditon of the azomethine ylide, generated in situ using N-methylglycine and a formylporphyrin, with C60. Self-assembled monolayer was formed by soaking Au electrode into a solution of the porphyrin-C60 dyad. The photocurrent was observed for the photochemical cell in the presence of electron carrier under illumination.Keywords
