Abstract
The presence of multiple subclones within tumors mandates understanding of longitudinal and spatial subclonal dynamics. Resolving the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of subclones with cancer driver events may offer insight into therapy response, tumor evolutionary histories and clinical trial design. Keywords
