Priapism as the presenting feature of renal cell carcinoma

Abstract
We describe a case of renal cell carcinoma with metastasis to the penis clinically presenting with priapism. Six such cases found in the literature are reviewed. Neoplastic disease is far advanced in these cases and therapy is only palliative.Keywords
