Abstract
A case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in hydradenitis suppurativa of over 20 years duration is described. Only 6 other cases are reported in the literature. Multiple sites of origin of malignancy is suspected in this case. Widespread bone metastases resulted in severe hypercalcemia. Palliation was obtained for a short period following chemotherapy with Adriamycin and Bleomycin. Autopsy studies showed metastatic tumor in almost all the organs of the body.
