Abstract
We experimentally compare Nyquist-WDM and continuous DFT-S-OFDM systems with 16×64-Gb/s PDM-16QAM signals over 800-km SSMF. The DSP implementations of both systems with fractional oversampling rate are investigated, experimental results show that Nyquist-WDM system performs better with the same processing complexity. Keywords
