Abstract
The article discusses the regional features of the diagnosis, course, and treatment of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). The cohort of patients with CAP was dominated by males in the age group of 70 years or older, who had many concomitant diseases. Staphylococcal flora was found to be the main pathogen. Empirical antibacterial therapy was mainly carried out, which does not always correspond to the real picture of the microflora of the patient. Keywords
