Abstract
Human inv(16) AML cells express CSF-1R and are exposed to CSF-1 in vivo. Inhibition of CSF-1R signaling reduces viability of inv(16) AML cells in vitro and in therapeutic settings in humanized mice in vivo. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
