Sınıf Öğretmeni Adaylarının Mikro Öğretim Ders İmecesi Uygulaması İle İlgili Görüşleri

Abstract

En tr The purpose of this study is to examine the opinions of prospective teachers on a microteaching lesson study (MLS) designed to improve fractional teaching knowledge. The research was a qualitative study to describe the views of pre-service teacher candidates and was conducted in a period of eight weeks with seven pre-service teacher candidates. The data were collected with MLS Feedback Form after MLS application. The findings of the study included the usefulness of MLS application, easy, difficult and deficiencies, the development of mathematics teaching knowledge of prospective teachers, and the development of fractional teaching knowledge in cooperative work. Results; shows that MDI can be successfully applied in the development of the field and teaching knowledge if it occurs in a well-planned process at the right time with pre-service teacher candidates Bu araştırmanın amacı sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının kesir öğretim bilgilerinin geliştirilmesine yönelik tasarlanan bir mikro öğretim ders imecesi (MDİ) uygulamasıyla ilgili görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırma öğretmen adaylarının görüşlerini betimlemeye yönelik nitel bir çalışma olup yedi sınıf öğretmeni adayı ile sekiz haftalık bir sürede yürütülmüştür. Veriler MDİ uygulaması sonrasında MDİ Geri Bildirim Formu ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularında MDİ uygulamasının kullanışlılığı, kolay, zor, eksik yönleri, öğretmen adaylarının matematik öğretim bilgilerini geliştirme, işbirlikli çalışma özelde kesir öğretim bilgilerini geliştirme ile ilgili görüşlere yer verilmiştir. Sonuçlar; MDİ’nin birbiriyle kolay iletişim kurabilen öğretmen adayları ile doğru zamanda, iyi planlanmış bir süreçte gerçekleşmesi durumunda alan ve öğretim bilgisini geliştirmede başarılı bir şekilde uygulanabileceğini göstermektedir
