Abstract
Die Behandlung der chronischen Herzinsuffizienz (HI) hat sich in den letzten 30 Jahren deutlich verändert und zu einer Senkung der Mortalität und der Krankenhausaufnahme bei Patienten mit reduzierter Ejektionsfraktion (HFrEF) geführt. Diese Übersicht diskutiert geplante und laufende Studien, in denen der potenzielle Nutzen sowie unerwünschte Wirkungen alter und neuer pharmakologischer Interventionen untersucht werden.
