Diagnostische und behandlungsbezogene Klassifikation psychischer Traumafolgestörungen

Abstract
Psychische Folgen interpersoneller Traumatisierungen wie Gewalt im sozialen Nahraum, frühe Gewalterfahrungen, Vernachlässigung in der Kindheit, sexuelle Gewalt und sequenzielle Traumatisierungen durch Kriegs-, Flucht- und Foltererlebnisse zeigen selten die reine Symptomatik einer klassischen Posttraumatischen Belastungsstörung. Ausgehend von bisherigen und zukünftigen klassifikatorischen Modellen entwickelte die Arbeitsgruppe der DeGPT (Deutschsprachige Gesellschaft für Psychotraumatologie) eine syndrom- und behandlungsbezogene Einteilung der Traumafolgestörungen in vier Typen: (1) die klassische Traumafolgestörung, die (2) Traumafolgestörung mit Komorbidität mit einer weiteren psychischen Erkrankung, die (3) Traumafolgestörung mit persönlichkeitsprägender Symptomatik und die (4) Traumafolgestörung mit komplexer dissoziativer Symptomatik. Diese praxisorientierte Systematisierung der Posttraumatischen Folgestörungen soll die Indikationsstellung, die Hierarchisierung von Therapiezielen und die Therapieplanung erleichtern.Keywords
