Abstract:
This service activity aims to increase teacher digital literacy in blended learning. The method used in service activities was the assistance carried out by observation, preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The dedication partner was Rumbio Jaya State Senior High School 4. The instrument for evaluating this activity used a questionnaire which was analyzed descriptively. The results of the community service that had been carried out and evaluated showed an increase in teacher digital literacy. This increase was shown by the teacher's understanding before the activity, from an average score of 3.11 to an average of 3.30 after the activity was carried out. However, even though there has been an increase, teachers still need to maximize their ability to use technology to support the implementation of blended learning better.

Abstract:
This service activity aims to increase knowledge and ability to solve high-stakes test questions as preparation for UTBK and KSN students of SMAN 3 Siak Hulu. Implementing this service used training with the evaluation instrument, namely a questionnaire, and was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of this dedication showed that students' knowledge and abilities had increased in solving high-stakes test questions in chemistry subjects. In addition, this activity could change students' paradigm towards learning chemistry, which was considered difficult to be easier, and could increase students' motivation to study chemistry. This service activity could also increase students' self-confidence and readiness to participate in KSN and UTBK.

Abstract:
This service activity aims to provide skills and creative ideas to the community in Rejosari RW 03, Benowo Village, Pakal District, Surabaya, by utilizing patchwork waste into items of economic value so that it is expected to be able to produce home industry that can increase family income. This community service activity used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Through the sospeso technique, the remnants of cloth that should be thrown away could be processed into handicrafts that have economic value and become potential for creative industries. The evaluation was carried out during the training process through the involvement and abilities of the participants while post-training through the level of completion of the material that was evaluated by observing and examining the work as well as giving a question-and-answer questionnaire. The results of this service activity provided creative ideas to housewives of Rejosari RW 03 by utilizing patchwork waste into sospeso products that decorated and beautified the appearance of bags, wallets, sandals, and other household items. The brooch could improve the skills of housewives, increase family income and maintain a clean environment, and increase value (product selling value).

Abstract:
This service program aims to increase the knowledge and capacity of BUMNag Duo Baleh Suku managers regarding business management competence and financial governance of village-owned enterprises. The method used in implementing this community partnership service is Participatory Learning Action (PLA). While the activity implementation technique is offline, with several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the monitoring and evaluation stage. The instrument for evaluating this activity is through questionnaires and interviews which are analyzed descriptively. The results of this dedication show that there is an increase in the capacity of BUMNag Duo Suku managers in business management and financial governance. In making decisions, management is able to read market orientation while still minimizing production costs without reducing quality. For financial governance along with the preparation of financial reports (cash flow statements, profit and loss statements and company balance sheets) made by the treasurer already follow the SAK financial accounting standards and are made using Microsoft Excel.

Abstract:
This community service aims to provide students with an understanding of Sumbersari 03 elementary students about the dangers of worms and how to prevent them. Most primary school students actively playing and unaware of how to care for themselves to be cleaner and healthier were exposed to intestinal worms. The method of implementing this service used counseling through PowerPoint media, brochures, and interactive videos. The instrument for evaluating this activity was a questionnaire in the form of a pretest and a post-test. The results of this service showed an increase in the understanding of grade 5 students at SDN Sumbersari 03 regarding worm infections and how to prevent them. In the pretest activities, 3 out of 24 students could only answer two questions correctly, while 3 out of 24 answered three questions correctly in the post-test activity. From these results, students' understanding was getting better. It is hoped that it will form a healthy and accomplished generation of Indonesian children.

Abstract:
The purpose of this community service is to strengthen the Japanese language skills (Chukyu level) of Japanese High School/Vocational High School Teachers in Buleleng Regency so that their abilities increase and can pass the Teacher Professional Education/PPG. The method used in this activity is the Technical Assistance Model in the form of Training which is carried out by providing training and assistance to improve Japanese language skills. The partners in this activity were 20 (twenty) High School/Vocational High School Japanese language teachers in Buleleng Regency. The evaluation instrument for this activity is a test to determine the teacher's understanding of the material provided, as well as an assessment questionnaire by the teacher to evaluate the implementation of the activity. The results of tests and questionnaires were analyzed descriptively. The results of this activity show that through training and mentoring, the teachers’ skills in reading discourse, knowledge of Japanese culture, and Japanese language proficiency increased. A good score on the test as well as a positive response given by the teacher shows the success of this activity.

Abstract:
This community service aims to empower the YLPI Riau Islamic Kindergarten Perhentian Marpoyan by providing infrastructure assistance still unavailable in the kindergarten. In addition, counseling was given about personal hygiene and the introduction of traffic rules to kindergarten students. The method used in this service had several stages, starting from the procurement of infrastructure, implementation, and evaluation monitoring. The partner in this service was the YLPI Riau Perhentian Marpoyan Islamic Kindergarten. The instrument for evaluating community service activities was in the form of a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The result was that after the dedication was carried out in the form of providing infrastructure assistance, namely replicas of the Kaaba, replicas of traffic signs, storage cabinets, educational game tools, reading books, and educational posters, as well as computers, activities such as manasic-hajj guide, introduction to orderly traffic rules, activities administration in the administration section as well as other activities carried out in class can finally be carried out smoothly. Apart from that, from counseling about personal hygiene, students understood personal hygiene starting from washing hands, using hand sanitizers, and brushing their teeth. Meanwhile, from the introduction of traffic rules, students at YLPI Perhentian Marpoyan Islamic Kindergarten understood the meaning of traffic signs so they could interpret them on the road and wanted to obey them.

Abstract:
The purpose of this community service is to increase teachers' understanding and skills in designing creative and innovative learning content using the Moodle application. The method used in this service is training with a classical and individual approach. The service partners are 15 (fifteen) teachers of Budhi Darma Dumai SMKS. The instrument for evaluating this activity uses a questionnaire and is analyzed with an interval assessment. The results of this service show that 85% of teachers are able to design learning with creative and innovative content. Training on designing creative and innovative learning content through the Moodle application is proven to have increased teacher knowledge and skill development in utilizing technology in learning.

Abstract:
This community service program aims to improve the skills of teachers in transferring scientific writing media into digital books by utilizing the issues digital publishing platform. Implementing this service used training and technical assistance for teachers at Madrasah Ibtidayah (MI) Manggarupi, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Manggarupi, and SMA PGRI Sungguminasa starting from creating an ISSUU account to publishing works. The instrument for evaluating this activity used the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. The training questionnaire was given via Google Form and analyzed descriptively. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to publish their scientific writings through digital publishing platforms. Teachers experienced the benefits of using a digital edition publishing platform to support school learning activities. The platform could also be a forum for students in these schools to publish their writings and works.

Abstract:
The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of members of the Indonesian Association of Accountants regarding the use of Smart PLS software for accounting research, particularly in data processing techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling. The method of implementing this service uses training consisting of lectures and practices through zoom meeting media. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 78 (seventy-eight) participants. This service evaluation instrument uses a questionnaire via Google form. The analysis technique used was a comparison of the participants' understanding before and after attending the Smart PLS training which was analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the participants namely (1) the majority of participants understand how to prepare data in excel CSV and how to input data in Smart PLS. (2), the majority of participants understand how to perform validity and reliability tests with Smart PLS. (3), the majority of participants understand how to test hypotheses in the intervening research model. (4), the majority of participants understand how to test the research hypothesis on the moderating model. The skills acquired by the participants can be implemented to improve the quality and quantity of research conducted in the future.
