Abstract:The Tracer Study is an approach that allows higher education institutions to obtain information about possible deficiencies in the educational process and learning process and can for planning activities for future improvement. In the Institute of Student Affairs has never done tracer study data analysis, although the tracking of graduate data has been periodic and web-based but some data is still stored in the form of excel. During this tracer study process is only done on each study program at the time will make the submission of accreditation.In this research will focus on making the application of association pattern with FOLDARM method in tracer study. The program is created using the CI Framework programming language and uses the mysql php database. The test is done using the lift ratio method.In this research, the association patterns that meet the above criteria are counted 3, 24% support and confident 45%. By using the test using lift ratio, the pattern that has the strongest relationship is if the waiting period is looking for work 3- 5,9 month and salary first work Salary

Abstract:The Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia (BPS) classified the target households into three different categories which were very poor households (RSTM), poor households (RTM), and nearly-poor households (RTSM). BPS need some method that can accelerate the classification process to assist the performance of BPS in order to shorten the processing time. The data scale that used in the classification of poor households was ordinal. Generally, calculations of classification using ordinal asscales only can be found in the software WEKA Ordinal Class Classifier (OCC) that was one of the existing classification in WEKA. OCC could be resolve to attributes that are nominal, numerical, and ordinal. So in this research, OCC would be using to classify poor households. By comparing the algorithms performance there were several stages that need to be traversed. The first was the data collection stage, the second was the data processing stage and information by using preprocessing, the third was the analysis stage with tools WEKA. The fourth was a test stage by counting the value of accuracy, precision, and recall. The last stage was evaluation by comparing actual data with predictive data of the result of calculating system. From the classification process, it can be concluded that OCC has the highest accuracy, precision, and recall level which is 90% (3803) of training set and 10% (423) of testing set with accuracy of 90.5437%, precision 0.919, and recall 0.905.

Abstract:This article describes acceptance or rejection of the adoption of innovation in the using and utilization of a computer-assisted information system by knowing and revealing the dominant independent variables. They are (X1) asperformance expectation, (X2) as business expectation, (X3) as social factor and (X4) as facility condition factor to dependent variable (Y) as attitude of information system operator. Quantitative approach correlationally with regression analysis method is applied with the population 134 respondents who came from the Local Government Device Unit (SKPD) of Solok City Government. The cluster random sampling technique was employed with 44 respondents. This activities were conducted from November to December 2015. TheLikert scale has been implied to measure a individual behavioral toward something with questionnaires. The results indicates, all the independent variables had a positive influenced on the operator attitude as the user of the information system and the degree of achievement is quite well.

Abstract:Dalam pengimplementasian sistem informasi terdapat hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan yaitu budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh pada minat pegawai dalam berbagi pengetahuan. Sehingga, perlu dilakukan literature review untuk mengetahui hubungan budaya organisasi dan berbagi pengetahuan. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup : 1) pendefinisian pertanyaan penelitian; 2) penetapan sumber literatur; 3) penentuan kata kunci pencarian literatur; 4) Pemilihan literatur; dan 5) mengekstrasi data. Berdasarkan hasil ulasan yang diperoleh, bahwa dalam sebuah grup atau tim yang kooperatif, akan membangun ikatan saling percaya sehingga dalam berbagi pengetahuan (kolaborasi antara tacit dan explicit) akan lebih mudah dilakukan. Budaya berbagi pengetahuan akan sangat berguna saat pengimplementasian sebuah sistem informasi. Para stakeholder dan developer akan lebih mudah dalam mengelola perubahan karena persebaran pengetahuan yang merata sehingga pegawai dapat memahami maksud dan tujuannya dari keputusan implementasi sistem informasi tersebut.

Abstract:A group-based sharia savings and loan cooperative is different with the common cooperatives out there. This unique cooperative’s process business made its staff not being able to use a usual cooperative information system without being customized. A SWOT analysis has been conducted to decide whether this kind of cooperative need to develop a new information system or not. The results showed that a new information system is definitely needed. An information system of sharia-based savings and loan cooperative with special features to handle group transactions of cooperative members has been designed and developed, although it’s not yet perfect, to help ease the staffs’ workloads. User centered design approach was used to develop this information system since the users are the ones who know best what they need and do. Several diagrams were created to design the system, such as: use case diagram, architecture system diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, and the user interface mockup. This information system has several main modules, such as: Member Service, Transaction, Authorization, Back-Office, Reports, and System Configuration. Blackbox tests have been done to test whether the system is functioning properly or not.

Abstract:Decision support systems, commonly called DSS (or SPK in Bahasa), in medical used to diagnose illness. But within its implementation these systems are not used optimally. The main cause is the interface of the systems that is not accordance with the user wants. Three interface designs layouts were proposed for the phase of history and physical examination and two interface designs layouts for investigations to be assessed by the respondents. Based on the results of the questionnaires selected by respondents, statistical tests were performed to determine the value of the use of interface design based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and modified TAM. The statistical methods used to examine the effect of variables on TAM and modified TAM i.e. the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that the respondents’ choice in the TAM and modified TAM model for the history and physical examination is the same as the based filling system. While for the supporting stage there are differences of respondent choice on TAM model with choice of graphical interaction system and on modified TAM model with windowing system option.

Abstract:Optimization of a prediction (forecasting) is very important to do so that the predicted results obtained to be better and quality. In this study, the authors optimize previous research that has been done by the author using backpropagation algorithm. The optimization process will use Conjugate Gradient Beale-Powell Restarts. Data to be predicted is Consumer Price Index data based on health group from Medan Central Bureau of Statistics from 2014 until 2016. Previous research using 8 architectural models, namely: 12-5-1, 12-26-1, 12-29 -1, 12-35-1, 12-40-1, 12-60-1, 12-70-1 and 12-75-1 with best architectural models 12-70-1 with an accuracy of 92%. In contrast to previous research concentrating on finding accuracy using backpropagation, this study will optimize the backpropagation with Conjugate Gradient Beale-Powell Restart, which not only focuses on accuracy but also the convergence of the two algorithms and the translation of predicted results, which is not done in a previous study. This research will use the same architectural model as the previous research and will get the result with the accuracy of 92% with the best architectural model that is 12-70-1 (same as previous research). Thus, this model is good enough for prediction even with different algorithms, since the accuracy of converging backpropagation with Conjugate Gradient Beale-Powell Restarts.

Abstract:Energy and mining reporting have to conduct for the exploration company in order to make control while exploration. Government control can perform by making profiling of energy and mining data that exist in the area as consideration in taking policy or decision. Stages of energy and mining reporting are very important to do especially in areas that have energy and mining resources such as Musi Banyuasin regency. Profiling can performed by mapping the location of energy and mining results using a geographic information system (GIS) to organize data between explorers and governments. Based on these conditions GIS was developed using a technique that prioritizes user needs with extreme programming development techniques. The result of GIS development shows that the processing of data becomes information based on spatial and non-spatial data with the final result of energy and mining report. The report presented can be used as a report to the relevant parties as an effort to open data of energy and mining as material in decision-making or policy. Geographic information system generated systematically developed using extreme programming approach with five stages of exploration, planning, iteration, production and maintenance so that it can run funtionaly according to its function

Abstract:Mega City Apartment Bekasi is an integrated residence with shopping and office center developed by PT. Mega Utama Development. The sales data encountered in the Mega City apartment project is still manualy by using speadsheet application. There has been no centralized data processing with an application support, especially marketing division. The purpose of this study to build a performance-based sales information system at PT. Mega Utama Development. The method used in developing this information system is SDLC. The SDLC model used in the development of this information system is the "Classic Life Cycle" or waterfall model. With the support of performance-based sales information system, the sales process of apartment units in PT. Mega Utama Development becomes more effective and marketing managers can directly control the performance of sales eksekutifs based on performance reports on this information system.

Abstract:The aim of ours research is to explore the relation between the elements of trust and risk and their impact on consumer behavior in the intention of use of mobile commerce services based on sales. The final goal of this research is to understand consumer behavior in the use of mobile commerce application services in Indonesia by considering the elements of trust and risk in consumer behavior. Finding from previous research have revealed that trust and risk is one of the critical aspects in the use of e-commerce services. This article focus is to discuss the development stages of research instruments development to be used in next survey agenda. By applying Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical basis of a conceptual model and the research instrument was developed. Models and instruments then validated through a pilot study involving 75 students as respondents. Survey data were analyzed via Smart-PLS software version 2 to ensure reliability level and validity of the instrument. This study resulted in a validated instrument that will be used to collect data from actual surveys
