Abstract:This study aims to explain the program of self-actualization development of learners in improving the quality of graduates in al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach and the design was case study. The results concluded: (1) self-actualization development program consists of two forms, namely structured / fixed and temporary programs. Both forms of the program are in terms of fostering the spirit of learning through existing programs, developing the ability to be leaders and improving the ability to interact with human beings. Self-actualization is influenced by internal and external factors. (2) Vision, mission and goals are the motors of self-actualization development program. In achieving the vision, mission and purpose of al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo has some guidelines, including al-Qur'an, panca soul. (3) The implications of the program of self-actualization development of students in improving the quality of graduates are: (a) create various achievements, (b) graduates of al-Iman Male Boarding School obtain good response from various institutions and society, (c) graduates of al-Iman Male Boarding School Ponorogo can be enrolled in various local and international universities.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan program pengembangan aktualisasi diri peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan di Pondok Pesantren al-Iman Putra Ponorogo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan: (1) program pengembangan aktualisasi diri terdiri dari dua bentuk yaitu terstruktur/tetap dan temporer. Kedua bentuk program tersebut mencangkup tiga hal yaitu: menumbuhkan semangat belajar kepada peserta didik melalui program-program yang ada, menumbuhkembangkan kemampuan menjadi pemimpin dan menumbuhkan kemampuan berinteraksi sesama manusia. Aktualisasi diri dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. (2) Visi, misi dan tujuan merupakan penggerak program pengembangan aktualisasi diri. Dalam merealisasikan visi, misi dan tujuan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman Putra Ponorogo mempunyai beberapa pedoman, diantaranya al-Qur’an, panca jiwa. (3) Implikasi program pengembangan aktualisasi diri peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan yaitu: (a) menghasilkan dengan berbagai macam prestasi, (b) lulusan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman Putra mendapatkan tanggapan baik dari berbagai lembaga dan masyarakat, (c) lulusan Pondok Pesantren al-Iman Putra bisa diterima di berbagai perguruan tinggi baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri

Abstract:The quality of the learning process is manifested into the achieving standards in learning. These standards will be guidelines for all the process of learning activities, namely, planning, implementing and monitoring / evaluation. SMPN 1 Geger is one of the formal educational institutions that run the learning process by applying internal quality assurance to certify that the learning process is guaranteed and in accordance with predetermined standards. The result of this research revealed that in ensuring the quality of learning process, SMPN 1 Geger has a policy refers to the applicable legislation and internal policies made by the institution. Policies in the learning process comprises planning, implementation, assessment and supervision of learning. Quality assurance mechanism of learning process is conducted in five stages, namely; Quality mapping, compiling of quality fulfillment plan, quality fulfillment, conducting evaluation / quality audit, and formulating standard above SNP. There are several excellent programs implemented at SMPN 1 Geger, including implementing IT / E-Learning learning, ICT Day, English Day, and Dinten Boso Jawi program, sister classes, GLS culture and teaching and learning system outside the class.Abstrak: Kualitas mutu proses pembelajaran dinyatakan dalam bentuk pencapaian standar-standar dalam pembelajaran. Standar-standar tersebut akan menjadi pedoman seluruh aktivitas proses pembelajaran, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan monotoring/evaluasi. SMPN 1 Geger merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan formal yang mengawal proses pembelajaran dengan menerapkan penjaminan mutu internal untuk memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran terjamin dan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa dalam menjamin mutu proses pembelajaran, SMPN 1 Geger memiliki kebijakan mengacu pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta kebijakan internal yang dibuat lembaga. Kebijakan dalam proses pembelajaran meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian dan pengawasan pembelajaran. Mekanisme penjaminan mutu proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di SMPN 1 Geger dilakukan melalui lima tahapan, yakni; pemetaan mutu, penyusunan rencana pemenuhan mutu, pemenuhan mutu, evaluasi/audit mutu, dan penyusunan standar di atas SNP. Terdapat beberapa program unggulan yang diterapkan di SMPN 1 Geger, diantaranya adalah menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis IT / E-Learning, terdapat juga program ICT Day, English Day, dan Dinten Boso Jawi, serta membentuk kelas rujukan, budaya GLS dan menggerakkan sekolah lapang atau sistem belajar mengajar di luar bangku sekolah.

Abstract:Man is a creature who is blessed with creative potential in him. That potenty can provide benefits for human life that can be developed properly and maximally. This paper will discuss about human creativity and the ways that can be done to develop it. Many theories put forward by the figures about the notion of creativity and the process in stimulating and developing creativity itself. One of them is the theory of Graham Wallas which says that the process of creativity in human beings occurs through four stages that include the stage of preparation, incubation, illumination and verification. Through these four stages human beings are expected to develop their creative potential well. The four stages of this creativity process are applied in the writing school at Hasyim Asy'ari College Student Boarding School Cabeyan Yogyakarta.Abstrak: Manusia adalah makhluk yang dikaruniai potensi kreatif dalam dirinya. Potensi itu dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia selama keberadaannya mampu dikembangkan dengan baik dan maksimal. Kajian ini akan membahas tentang kreativitas manusia dan cara-cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkannya. Banyak teori yang dikemukakan oleh para tokoh tentang pengertian kreativitas dan proses dalam merangsang serta mengembangkan kreativitas itu sendiri. Salah satunya adalah teori Graham Wallas yang mengatakan bahwa proses kreativitas pada diri manusia terjadi melalui empat tahap yang meliputi tahap preparasi, inkubasi, iluminasi dan verifikasi. Melalui keempat tahap inilah manusia diharapkan dapat mengembangkan potensi kreativitasnya dengan baik. Abstract:In the context of Indonesia, the quality of education seems to be something taboo to talk about, however, according to researchers the quality of education in Indonesia is very apprehensive. It is necessary for the role of headmaster and special efforts in developing a quality education institution through organizational culture as a value system that is understood, imbued, run jointly by members of the organization as a system of meaning or guidance for the organizers. This study aims to describe the three roles and impacts role of the headmaster role in developing the quality of organizational culture, they are: (1) the role of the headmaster as a manager; (2) the role of the headmaster as the educator; (3) the role of the headmaster as the supervisor; 4) The impact of the headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture quality at SDMT Ponorogo. This research is categorized into a field research with qualitative descriptive approach and the research design was case study. The setting of study was at SDMT Ponorogo. The findings showed that (1). The role of headmaster as manager encompasses conducting internal and external analysis, internalizing the Islamic value that is kemuhamadiyahan value. (2). The role of the headmaster as an educator includes involving educators in upgrading, workshops or training in order to provide opportunities for educators to improve their knowledge and skills by learning to the higher education, conducting cadre to members of organizational culture and creating jargon to motivate members of organizational culture. (3). The role of the headmaster as a supervisor comprises overseeing and Evaluating the performance and achievement of members of organizational culture, conducting weekly, monthly and semester meetings, monitoring achievements of educators and learners. (4) The impact of the school headmaster's role in developing the quality of organizational culture is organizational culture climate becomes harmonious and schools achieve more attainments.Abstrak: Dalam konteks Indonesia, mutu pendidikan seolah-olah menjadi barang yang tabu untuk diperbicangkan, dalam konteks tersebut kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia sangat memperihatinkan. Untuk itu diperlukan peran kepala sekolah dan Upaya khusus dalam mengembangkan sebuah mutu lembaga pendidikan melalui budaya organisasi sebagai sistem nilai yang dipahami, dijiwai, dijalankan secara bersama oleh anggota organisasi sebagai sistem makna atau pedoman bagi pelaku organisasi. Abstract:Nowadays, education in Indonesia is still left behind from other countries. Based on several surveys conducted by PISA and the Global School by OECD, Indonesia always in the last rank. This study is intended to describe the forms of innovation, the supporting factors, and the practice of innovation management based entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. The design of this research was qualitative. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. This study reveals that SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo to employed innovation management based entrepreneurship system, namely innovation based on entrepreneurial values in improving the quality of education. SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo conducted organizational innovation and product innovation, with the nature of duplication and extension innovation. The supporting factors in the construction of innovation by creating an innovator team and innovative climate system handled by the headmaster. The innovation management based entrepreneurship in SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo has a series of activities, namely Plan: discovering information, Do: deciding innovation, Check: developing product by monitoring, Act: doing production, and entrepreneurial traits characterized by distributing product activity.Abstrak: Dari fakta yang ada pendidikan di Indonesia masih tertinggal dengan Negara-negara lain. Hal ini didasarkan dari beberapa survei yang ada baik PISA ataupun Sekolah Global oleh OECD Indonesia selalu menempati posisi terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin melihat bentuk-bentuk inovasi yang diciptakan, faktor pendukung, serta praktik dari manajemen inovasi yang berbasis kewirausahaan yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dengan penentuan informan dengan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya menggunakan sistem manajemen inovasi berbasis kewirausahaan, yakni inovasi yang didasarkan pada nilai-nilai kewirausahaan. Inovasi yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo diantaranya inovasi organisasi dan inovasi produk, dengan sifat inovasi duplikasi dan ekstensi. Faktor pendukung inovasi berupa penciptaan sistem iklim inovatif dan tim inovator oleh kepala sekolah. Manajemen inovasi berbasis kewirausahaan yang ada di SMK Negeri 1 Jenangan Ponorogo memiliki alur kegiatan Plan: discovering information, Do: deciding innovation, Check: developing product by monitoring, Act: doing production, serta ciri kewirausahaan ditandai dengan aktivitas distributing product.

Abstract:This research aims to determine (1) the effect of professional teacher on the quality of learning, (2) the effect of school climate on the quality of learning, (3) the effect of teacher professional and school climate on the quality of learning. This research employed quantitative approach and the research design was Expost_Facto. The results of this study indicate: (1) There is a positive and significant effect of professional teachers on the quality of learning as it is proved by ttest 15.368> ttable 1.98 with the coefficient of determination 0.7. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of school climate on the quality of learning which is shown by ttest 22,745> ttable 1,98 with coefficient of determination 0,837. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of teacher professional and school climate on the quality of learning shown by Ftest 257,963> Ftable 3,09 with contribution effectiveness equal to 83,8%. It can concluded that professional teachers and school climate significantly influence the quality of learning. Therefore, it is suggested that teachers should keep on improving their professionalism through sustainable professional development activities. Then, schools and stakeholders should establish a good school climate through the establishing and good school culture. Furthermore, the government should improve the continuous professional development activities for teachers. As for other researchers should conduct further research to reveal other factors that affect the less maximum quality of learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh guru profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran, pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran, dan pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara guru profesional dan iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian Expost_Facto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan guru profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung 15,368 > ttabel 1,98 dengan koefisien determinasi 0,7, terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan thitung 22,745 > ttabel 1,98 dengan koefisien determinasi 0,837, dan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara guru professional dan iklim sekolah terhadap mutu pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan Fhitung 257,963 > Ftabel 3,09 dengan sumbangan efektifitas sebesar 83,8%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa guru profesional dan iklim sekolah mempunyai pengaruh terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu disarankan kepada para guru hendaknya terus berusaha meningkatkan keprofesionalannya melalui kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan. Abstract:This study investigate the problem in the utilization of classic book in fiqh learning in Islamic Junior High School based boarding school in Pamekasan. It deals with how tradition in fiqh learning related to the type of classic book, learning method, book selection, and learning achievement. The teaching and learning of fiqh in Islamic Junior High School based boarding school generally used classic book fiqih from Shafi'i madzhab. The reason for employing the classic book is to preserve the scientific tradition that is occured in the boarding schoool. The method used in fiqh learning is a combination between classic book methods that exists in boarding school, such as bandongan, sorogan, and memorization. The achievement of the fiqih curriculum standard which has been determined by Kemenag is pursued through three approaches, namely (1) integrating fiqh curriculum stipulated by Ministry of Religious Affairs and classic book; (2) khushûshiyah class; and (3) not using specific books from Kemenag.Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang permasalahan penggunaan kitab kuning dalam pembelajaran fiqih pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah berbasis pesantren di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Bagaimana tradisi pemakaian kitab kuning dalam pembelajaran fiqih kaitannya dengan jenis kitab kuning yang digunakan, metode pembelajaran, latarbelakang pemilihan kitab, dan capaian pembelajarannya. Pemakaian kitab kuning dalam pembelajaran fiqih di MTs berbasis pesantren pada umumnya menggunakan kitab adalah kitab kuning fiqih bermadzhab Syafi’i. Motif pemakaian kitab kuning adalah untuk melestarikan tradisi keilmuan yang sudah establish di pesantren dan pengenalan kitab kuning pada para santri. Metode yang dipakai dalam pembelajaran fiqih adalah penggabungan antar metode pembelajaran kitab kuning yang ada di pesantren yaitu bandongan, sorogan, dan hafalan. Pencapaian standar kurikulum fiqih yang telah ditentukan oleh Kemenag, ditempuh melalui tiga pendekatan: (1) memadukan antara fiqih kurikulum Kemenag dan fiqih kitab; (2) kelas khushûshiyah; dan (3) tidak memakai buku Kemenag secara khusus.

Abstract:The researcher is intended to reveal (1) the implementation of the service, guidance, and control of student management in enhancing students’ achievement and (2) the development of students’ achievement based on students’ preference at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan. This research is qualitative research which takes the setting at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan. This research employed descriptive qualitative research design. The data collection techniques of the study were observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The results of the study showed that (1) student management in enhancing students’ achievement at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan involves three aspects, namely, service, guidance, and control with various learning activities which try to develop students’ potential, talent and interest in term of academic and non-academic competency in order to enhance students’ achievement, (2) the development of students’ achievement based on students’ preference at State Islamic Senior Highschool (MAN) of Pacitan is developed through multiple intelligence. The students, who have high intelligence and interested more in subject matter or academic competence, are facilitated with some activities like discussion, subject matter group, review of SKL and tutoring. Furthermore, the students, who possess high intelligence and interested more in non-academic competence, are facilitated with various outdoor activities, such as extracurricular like scouting, muhadhoroh, MTQ, PMR, UKS, Risma, theater, journalistic, KIR, music, calligraphy and sport.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pelayanan, pembinaan dan pengawasan manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MAN Pacitan? Serta megetahui pengembangan prestasi siswa berbasis preferensi peserta didik di MAN Pacitan. Penelitian ini merupakan bentuk pendekatan kualitatif dengan setting di MAN Pacitan yang menghasilkan data deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa (1) manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan prestasi siswa di MAN Pacitan mencangkup tiga aspek yakni pelayanan, pembinaan dan pengawasan dengan berbagai kegiatan di dalamnya yang berupaya mengembangkan potensi, bakat dan minat peserta didik dari segi akademis dan non akademis dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi siswa. (2) Pengembangan prestasi siswa berbasis preferensi peserta didik di MAN Pacitan dikembangkan melalui multiple intellegence, peserta didik yang memiliki kecerdasan dan kegemaran lebih dalam hal mata pelajaran atau akademis diwadahi dengan kegiatan seperti diskusi dengan membentuk grup mata pelajaran, bedah SKL, dan bimbingan belajar lainnya. Abstract:This study aims to describe, analyze and explain Policy Making Process in SDN Grobogan 2 in: 1) Identifying Problems in SDN Grobogan 2; 2) Analizing Difficulties in SDN Grobogan 2; 3) Contracting criteria of Problem Solving in SDN Grobogan 2; 4) Develop Action Plan or Strategy in SDN Grobogan 2; 5) Pioneering Action Plan in SDN Grobogan 2. Abstract:This research applied qualitative design. The result of the data of this research is collected by observation and documentation and interview. The findings showed that 1) the planning process of library services in improving the quality of education at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo (Unmuh) in accordance with George R. Terry’s view, however, Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo apply detailed process of planning consisting of five steps. The first step is determining vision, mission and goals of library which is appropriated to the vision, mission and goals of an institution. Secondly, strategic plan must be formulated. The third step is setting up library’s work programs, namely annual, semiannual and monthly work program. The fourth is developing library program comprising of the human resources, collection and facilities and infrastructure development. The final step is planning for evaluation. 2) the implementation of the library service in the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo support George R. Terry and Hasibuan’s viewpoint. It emphasizes for stages of implementation. The first stage is formulating quality standards and instructions as a guideline for each library staff to serve users. The second phase is distributing responsibilities, function and authority. The third is developing good relationship, coordination and communication among library staffs. The fourth stage is evaluating library service. 3) the evaluation of library services at the Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo refers to the view of George R. Terry that comprising two categories namely internal and external evaluation. Internal evaluation relates to two straight evaluation, namely evaluation conducted by leaders to the library and vice versa. Furthermore, external evaluation concerns in the evaluation carried out by library to the users.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan 3 (tiga) rumusan masalah yaitu; bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi layanan di perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unmuh) Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Perencanaan layanan di perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo bersesuaian dengan pendapat George R. Terry. Namun, di perpustakaan Unmuh Ponorogo memberikan penjelasan lebih detail lagi menjadi lima tahapan, yaitu pertama penentuan visi, misi,dan tujuan perpustakaan yang disesuaikan dengan visi, misi, dan tujuan institusi, kedua pembuatan renstra perpustakaan, ketiga pembuatan program kerja perpustakaan, keempat pembuatan program pengembangan perpustakaan yang terdiri dari pengembangan sumber daya manusia, pengembangan kelembagaan, dan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan, kelima perencanaan evaluasi perpustakaan, 2) Pelaksanaan layanan di perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo mendukung teori yang dikemukakan George R....
