Abstract:
According to this study, three things happen when employees believe that their company shares ethical principles with them. These kinds of workers are drawn to the company, exhibit less unethical behaviour at work, and are less inclined to leave. In conclusion, this suggests that when organisations practice and promote ethical behaviour, they stand to benefit. It is not just a publicity stunt or a way to dodge the severe consequences of getting caught, though. Instead, moral businesses gain from the kind of job candidates they recruit and the conduct of their workers. The set of moral and ethical standards that guide a corporation's attitudes, behaviour, and choices as well as those of its employees.

Data generation is too easy and at the same time to dealing with large amount of data is hard to manage. In this regard big data came into picture. Data are being presented in different formats like structure, semistructure, and unstructured form. Every device which is connecting to the internet generates different type of data in same or different condition with large volume. Big data deals processing, storing, accessing and managing of high volume of data in stored or real time. In this paper, all focus goes to the problem to manage high volume. In big data, Hadoop, map-reduce, no-sql these are some major technology to work with it separately. These advances are exceptionally useful in huge information the board and advancements given Hadoop called Hadoop Eco framework.

Abstract:
We are in that era in which a substantial amount of data is being generated all the time. The need for tools and techniques is increasing day by day to evaluate and maintain this data correctly. Data analytics is beneficial in extracting important information because this data contains many types of information. There are many types of tools, techniques and algorithms for data mining, with the help of which we do data mining easily. These tools and algorithms can handle considerable data easily and also give important information from it at the time of need. Given the increasing order of data day by day, new tools and techniques are coming, with the help of which mining of data is becoming easier. Sometimes with the help of some good tools, we can only visualize the data which will be useful in future, which also saves our time and expens

Abstract:
A country with a population of 1.3 billion and almost 300 million vehicles, India is one of thebiggest contributors to traffic jams, vehicle- specific pollution, and chronic lung diseases. To manage the footfall of this gigantic urban population, and the vehicles, our country has blindly poured in resources towards both active and passive traffic management, investing in measures such as smart traffic management systems and deploying enormous armies of traffic police to handle intersections and exits. The paper aims, towards showcasing a dynamic, fully autonomous model, that uses real-time feeds from existing traffic junctions/ intersection cameras, process them and provide an intensity score based on the density of traffic in each adjoining lane. The system, based upon the intensity scores, provides suitable traffic go time to each lane. The model also scans for emergency vehicles in each lane, to provide a priority pass to such vehicles.
