Abstract:
This research is a business Incubator rule as a demand from the global economy, which occurs because of a rapid and very significant change where government rules and policies to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) survive during the crisis must be really effective. SMEs run effectively, namely through the identification of transmission lines that have an impact on SMEs and crisis mitigation measures, with a business strengthening, economic activities in East Java will be good from a business perspective through incubators. This research method uses a qualitative data approach with a system of people from various circles and finds out information about SME incubators in East Java where the system is used with an interview model for incubators and surveys to respondents as well as various characteristics of SMEs in East Java. The results and discussion of business principles that must be carried out by SME incubators are: a) Business vision and goals, be responsible. b) Values ​​in the rules guide top-level executives according to organizational values. c) strength (strength) weakness (weakness) opportunities (opportunities) threats (threats) as a whole. This analysis belongs to the reinforcement rule, because it is possible to rely on its strength as an advantage. d) Tactics of efficiency work operational business principles. time and effort. e) resource allocation, structured, responsible f) measurement of business principles to track performance outputs, targets for launching rules and the role of the incubator.Keywords: incubator rules, strengthening, business development.

Abstract:
One of the factors of economic stability of a country is in the field of banking. A country with good banking management will stabilize the country's economy. Banking management is considered good, if one of the factors is regarding the performance of financial statements that are managed and presented correctly and appropriately. Liquidity ratio, solvency ratio and rentability ratio are ratios used to measure how well the banking financial statements are performing. The study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and rentability ratios on the performance of financial statements of conventional banks listed on the IDX in 2017-2021. Samples from 15 banks. The results of the study, partially Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability Ratios have a significant effect on Financial Performance, this is evidenced by the value of t count Liquidity (109.7), solvency (25,639) and rentability (7,979) always greater than t table (1,993). And simultaneously (together) Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability Ratios have a significant effect on financial performance of 15 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (4310,310 > 2.73) and a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Current Ratio, Return On Asset (ROA) and Sales Growth on PT Sido Muncul Tbk's Stock Price from 2012-2021. The research method used is the associative method which measures the effect of the ratio on stock prices using secondary data derived from The company's financial statements. The data analysis techniques used are Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test and Hypothesis Testing with t test and F test. The results show that Current Ratio and Sales Growth have no effect on stock prices while Return on Assets ( ROA) has an effect on stock prices.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the increase in local revenue (PAD) of the City of Bukittinggi from parking fees, how to manage strategies in increasing parking fees. The study consisted of 2 stages, the Delphi method with 2 stages of interviews and SWOT analysis, to obtain information on the factors that influence the increase in parking fees and see the level of importance and effectiveness of the government's response. Informants are experts (experts) as many as 6 people and conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the right strategy.The research findings, the factors that influence the increase in parking fees, are seen from Strengths with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67 and the commitment of regional heads and ranks with an average score of 4.83 or 96.67. The level of effectiveness of the government's response is cooperation with other agencies with an average score of 3.83 or 76.67. Weaknesses factor average score of 5.00 or 100 The level of effectiveness of the government's response to parking attendants and supervisors who violate the rules with an average score of 4.17 is less effective. Opportunity factor with an average score of 5.00 or 100. The level of effectiveness of the government's response is the advancement of information technology with an average score of 4.17. Threaths with the highest level of importance were thuggery and unscrupulous officers with an average score of 4.83. Based on the level of effectiveness of the government's response is natural conditions (pandemic) with an average score of 4.17 or 83.33 with Effective criteria.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the students’ Faculty of Economics Universitas Widya Dharma satisfaction index by analyzing the gaps in each element of service. The research method is quantitative with the test of gap between expectation and perception of service quality. The respondents were 170 students in the three study programs with purposive sampling technique. The quantitative test was conducted in the form of validity test, item reliability, and Servqual gap test. The research finding shows that all dimensions have a gap value with the largest gap value in the physical evidence dimension. Lecturers and education staff  in Economics Faculty Unwidha must be able to improve the service quality with the priority improvements starting from the largest gap value so the students’ satisfaction is created

Abstract:
This study aimed to determine the effect of tourist attraction and lifestyle on visitor satisfaction through price perception at Taman Impian Jaya Ancol Jakarta. Data was obtained in April 2022 with as many as 100 respondents with 20 respondents for validity and reliability tests and 80 respondents for path analysis tests, sampling using the Roscoe technique, all of whom were visitors to Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. The path analysis technique shows the direct and indirect path as the dependent variable to the independent variable. This study resulted in several conclusions as follows: tourist attraction has a significant effect on price perception, lifestyle has a significant impact on price perception, tourist attraction has no considerable effect on visitor satisfaction, lifestyle has a substantial impact on visitor satisfaction, price perception has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, tourist attraction has no impact on visitor satisfaction through price perception, lifestyle does not affect visitor satisfaction through price perception

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic has a direct impact on various aspects of the community's economy, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Many UMKM have decreased turnover, however, including UMKM in the culinary sector. The pandemic condition has changed MSMEs to switch to digital technology and the use of the internet in their business. This study aims to determine the Effect of Digital Marketing and Influencers on Purchase Decisions for UMKM Culinary Products in Tangerang City during the Covid-19 Period. This research method uses quantitative research, data collection techniques using questionnaires related to digital marketing, influencers and purchasing decisions, where the sample in this study were the perpetrators of Culinary UMKM in Tangerang City with a total sample of 63. The technical analysis used was regression analysis. The results of the analysis show both partially and simultaneously that the digital marketing variable, influencer has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Nias Regency in reducing the risk of fire disasters in the Nias Regency area. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data with 7 informants. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research carried out show that several indicators are used as benchmarks for achieving performance or efforts from BPBDs, including organizational strategies that have an impact on encouraging change to the community directly which are influenced by the values ​​of organizational or agency activities, program strategies to form programs by involving several stakeholders and pay attention to three aspects, namely prevention, mitigation, and preparedness, resource strategy to conduct training and technical guidance in improving the ability of the apparatus, and to provide facilities that can be used by the community. The supporting factors for this activity consist of two factors, namely the first factor is raising united human resources to help the government to reduce the risk of fire disasters through the community/volunteer team and collaboration between agencies, secondly through the application of information systems that use technology tools to provide data and information about disasters in a comprehensive manner. fire special. The inhibiting factor of this activity consists of two factors, namely the first factor is climatic conditions with high heat which make the risk of fire higher. The second factor is human behavior and carelessness in illegally clearing land which can lead to forest fires.

Abstract:
This study analyzes the health level of banks using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method. The secondary data used in this study was taken from the Financial Statements of PT Bank Mega Syariah on the official website of PT Bank Mega Syariah for the period 2017-2021. The Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method based on BI Circular No. 13/24/DPNP uses Risk Profile, Earning and Capital assessments. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The results show that the Risk Profile component calculated using the NPF ratio in 2017 was 2.75 percent, in 2018 it was 1.96 percent, in 2019 it was 1.49 percent, in 2020 it was 1.38 percent and in 2021. by 0.97 percent. In addition, the FDR ratio in 2017 was 91.05 percent, in 2018 it was 90.88 percent, in 2019 it was 94.53 percent, in 2020 it was 63.94 percent, and in 2021 it was 62.84 percent. In the Earning component calculated using the ROA ratio in 2017 it was 1.56 percent, in 2018 it was 0.93 percent, in 2019 it was 0.89 percent, in 2020 it was 1.74 percent and in 2021 it was 4.08 percent. In addition, the NIM ratio in 2017 was 6.03 percent, in 2018 it was 5.52 percent, in 2019 it was 5.36 percent, in 2020 it was 4.97 percent and in 2021 it was 4.35 percent. For the capital component calculated using the CAR ratio in 2017 it was 22.19 percent, in 2018 it was 20.54 percent, in 2019 it was 19.96 percent, in 2020 it was 24.15 percent and in 2021 it was 25.59 percent. From the results of the study, it is known that the ratio of ROA shows poor results.

Abstract:
The development of digital technology has made changes in making transactions, one of these developments with the emergence of various kinds of e-wallets, namely OVO. OVO as one of the e-wallets that are widely used by Generation Z. In this study, it aims to determine the perception of the use of OVO e-wallets in Generation Z during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in the study used was 100 respondents with a susceptibility age of 18-25 years. The distribution of questionnaires using a google form given to respondents who use OVO in making transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis method using descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of research on consumer perception variables using OVO during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study showed that the perception of ease in making transactions had the highest value with a result of 93 and the lowest result in inni's research on trustworthy security security of 63. The perception measurement in this study was seen from three perceptions, namely benefits, convenience and safety and risk.
