Abstract:
Malnutrition is one of the causes of the low quality of human resources in Indonesia. Malnutrition that occurs chronically can cause not optimal linear growth (stunting) which will have a short-term and long-term impact on the prevalence of stunting in toddlers in Indonesia by 30.8%. Indonesia is included in the third country with the highest prevalence in the Southeast Asian region, with the average prevalence of stunted toddlers in 2005-2017 is 36.4%. The direct and indirect causes of stunting are inadequate nutrient intake and infectious diseases.  The goal is to examine how much risk toddlers who have a history of infectious diseases experience stunting. The method used is review literature through google scholar databases for Indonesian journals and overseas journals at the https://scholar.google.co.id/ website address. Article searches use the keyword "infectious diseases and stunting" with the timing of the 2015-2021time span. Based on the results of several articles, it was found that infectious diseases in toddlers contribute to an increased risk of stunting by 3-8 times greater than toddlers who do not have a history of infectious diseases. History of infectious diseases in toddlers is a protective factor for stunting so as to prevent the occurrence of infectious diseases through environmental health and the provision of clean water in the household can be one of the efforts in preventing stunting in toddlers

Abstract:
The use of antibiotics in health services is often inappropriate so that it can lead to less effective treatment, increased risks to patient safety, widespread resistance, and high treatment costs. In 2013 approximately 700,000 deaths due to antibiotic resistance occurred worldwide. One way to control the incidence of bacterial resistance is to use antibiotics rationally. The use of antibiotics can be said to be rational if it is carried out through the DAGUSIBU movement, namely by getting, using, storing, and disposing of drugs properly and correctly. This study aims to determine the description and effect on the level of knowledge about antibiotics before and after the DAGUSIBU antibiotic e-book education in Denpasar City. This research is a quasi-experimental design research with a one pre test – post test design approach. In the sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling and using a minimum sample size of 30 samples. Prior to education, the level of public knowledge was 40% good and 40% less. Judging from the value of knowledge during the pre-test to post-test III, there was an increase in public knowledge after being given e-book education, this indicates that there is an effect of DAGUSIBU antibiotic e-book education. So it is necessary to educate (directly or indirectly) the community to increase the level of knowledge of DAGUSIBU antibiotics in preventing antibiotic resistance. Abstract:
Has done research on the effectiveness of the test preparation of the ethanol extract mouthwash Leaf Prasman (Eupatorium triplinerve Vahl.) against Streptococcus mutans. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the ethanol extract siwak tree on the growth of Streptococcus mutans bacteria. The method used in making the extract by using methods maserasi. The extract is then formulated with various concentration of 1%, 2% and 4%, and control without active substance. Tests conducted mouthwash among other organoleptic testing, pH and antimicrobial activity test performed using the agar diffusion method to determine the diameter of barriers against Streptococcus mutans using piperdisk on Medium Nutrient agar (NA). After a 24 hour incubation zone of inhibition obtained at a concentration of 4%, 2%,dan 1% is equal to 11.66 mm, 10.5 mm, and 9.01 mm and for the control formula of 7 mm. This suggests that higher concentrations 4% provide better power resistor.

Abstract:
The administrative requirements for registration of outpatients specifically for BPJS users, must be brought in full when visiting a hospital for a health check. The problem is from the number of 8 patients who visited the hospital including 2 patients who did not bring a control letter, 2 patients did not bring a photocopy of their ID card, 3 patients did not bring a photocopy of BPJS, and 1 patient came who had not been scheduled for control. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the administrative requirements for outpatient registration of BPJS users at Hospital X Jombang. Descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach, the variables are policy regulations, standard operating procedures, administrative completeness of patient registration. The population of BPJS outpatients is 26,654, the sample is 30 by quota sampling and 1 respondent is the Head of Medical Records. As a result, policies and standard operating procedures have been implemented, administrative compliance is not complete, such as a control letter (20%), photocopy of ID card (56.7%), and photocopy of BPJS (53.3%). The conclusion is that the implementation of the outpatient registration procedure for BPJS users at Hospital X Jombang is not in accordance with the rules, because the patient administration requirements are not complete. This can cause the waiting time for the destination poly to be longer and hamper the service process at the patient registration area and cancel BPJS claims at the hospital. Suggestions for making information facilities related to completeness for outpatient registration requirements.
