Abstract:
Time efficiency in production is very supportive of fulfilling consumer demand. The track balance problem can be solved by taking measurements first. This measurement aims to determine the parameters that cause an imbalance in the production line. The first step that needs to be done is measuring the track balance before optimization. Rank Postional Weight is heuristic’s systematic approach method is used to measure the balance of the car CVT belt production line in a grinding machine. The measurement results show that it is not good with a smothness index of 130.48 minutes, the product produced is only 97.5% of the set target, the performance of the work station is 80.56%. Improvements in several work stations in order to improve the balance of the trajectory, namely in visual checks, smoothing surfaces and shapes, measuring products by rearranging the order.

Abstract:
Formula milk production companies are faced with an optimal ordering control system. The availability of raw materials is a measure of the performance of the ordering system at a low cost. This research was conducted to determine the optimal order point with a minimum ordering cost. Ordering decision making is considered from company policy because of the budget. The results of this study indicate that the frequency of purchasing raw materials is 9 times the purchase of raw materials in one year period, 12 times a year of policy. The total purchase of raw material inventories was Rp. 48,671,774, and the policy was Rp. 50,765,157.35 per year. The savings in ordering costs amounted to Rp. 2,093,383.35. The reorder point is 5,634 pcs.

Abstract:
Production scheduling is the most important part in carrying out the production process that will be carried out on a production floor. Scheduling activities are carried out before the production process begins to ensure the smooth running of the production process. If the production scheduling is not done properly, there will be obstacles in the production process and will cause losses to the company. This study aims to determine the production machine scheduling in a company engaged in the manufacture of spare parts for automotive products. This company implements a job shop production process and uses the First In First Out method in completing its work. Due to the large number of products that have to be produced, there are often two or more products that must be worked on at the same time and machine. This condition causes some products to have to wait for the associated machine to finish operating and causes long product turnaround times. This problem is solved by making a production machine scheduling using the Non-Delay method. By applying this method, the makespan of completion time can be minimized.

Abstract:
This study discusses work posture analysis using the rapid upper limb assessment (RULA) method at Kerupuk Kemplang 32 Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Bumi Waras District, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to determine unsafe work postures for workers, and to minimize injuries to the skeletal system and nervous system caused by repetitive movements (Cumulative Trauma Disorders), how the influence of work attitudes or postures of workers and the workplace, provide recommendations for appropriate work postures. safe based on the upper limb assessment (RULA) method. This research is a descriptive study with data analysis using the RULA method. The data collection method uses primary data in the form of worker posture data which includes upper arms, forearms, wrists, hands, neck, back and legs. The results of this study indicate that the working posture of making kemplang cracker dough is divided into two activities, namely taking sago water and making the dough, both of which have a score of 7 which indicates Action Level 4 and the roasting section of kemplang crackers has the same score, 7 indicating Action Level 4. From these data, it can be concluded that this work posture needs to be improved in the near future.

Abstract:
The strategy of developing kemplang cracker products in Dua Putri UMKM sub-district of Bumi Waras, Bandar Lampung city is experiencing a high level of competition, the aim of this research is to produce a strategy that is in accordance with the conditions of the Dua Putri UMKM in developing a business, and to provide strategic input from the results of the research. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires then analysed by SWOT. It is known that the IFAS value is 3,36080 with a strength factor having a value of 2.51632 and a weakness of 0.84448 with a difference in value (+) of 1.67184. and the EFAS value is 2.82229 with the opportunity factor having a value of 2.30108 and the threat factor 0.52121 with the difference in value (+) 1.77987. This value indicates that the organization is experiencing a period of growth both in sales, taste, and price differences. UMKM two putri kemplang crackers are on average in her quest to pursue a strategy of exploiting strengths to overcome weaknesses. From the results of the Cartecius diagram, that kemplang cracker Dua Putri UMKM are in quadrant 1 (one), namely an aggressive strategy, where this UMKM is in a very favorable position, this UMKM has the opportunity and strength so that it can take advantage of the existing opportunities

Abstract:
This study discusses the measurement of egg hatching machine productivity at PT. Malindo Feedmill.Tbk, in Peninjauan, Bumiagung Village, Tegineneng District, Pesawaran Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how much productivity from the hatching results of broiler chicken eggs with Petersime and Chickmaster hatching machines. The method used in this study is to use the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method. Besed on the best results obtained on the Petersime type hatching machine than the Chickmaster in percentage calculation Availability Rate (91,13%), Performance Rate (11,37%), and Rate of Quality (99,53%). So that the average value of overall equipment effectiveness or effectiveness of the use of manufactured machines of (OEE=97,53%). The conclusion of this study is the OEE value achieved by the Petersime type hatching machine has met the set standards for the effectiveness of an equipment of 85% (JIPM) whereas on the Chickmaster type hatching machine does not meet the OEE standard value because it is still below 85%, in the analysis of Six Big Losses it is known that the engine breakdown factor (Break Down Losses) is the dominant factor as the cause of production equipment not operating normally either on the Petersime type hatching machine and Chickmaster. Abstract:
The attractiveness of a package can not be separated from the target market for which the package is intended. Packaging not only carries the identity of a product, but furthermore, it reflects the image of the producer in supporting consumer satisfaction. Packaging is also an important factor when a product is about to move targets or raise segments from the lower middle segment to the upper middle segment. The packaging design activities carried out by the tofu factory are the shape, material, color, symbol / brand / logo, picture / illustration, and drawing language, the layout has the aim to introduce tofu products to the public and increase purchases. The purpose of this research is to develop a different form of packaging with other forms of tofu packaging. The results of the new packaging design can be found several differences from the old packaging in terms of: a more attractive form of packaging, a packaging model with a size of 250 grams, there is a new logo that has features, illustrations and visualization designed more attractive by displaying the name of the business owner. Abstract:
This research is about Application of 5R methods ((Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) and indentification of hazard potential in Chemical Warehouse. And it aims to improve the work environment in the laboratory by using the 5R work method and identify potential hazards contained. Analysis of the two problems was carried out using several methods, namely for the implementation of warehouse layout with the 5R method, and for work safety using hazard identification & risk assessment using Pareto Chart Analysis to discuss the level of work accident risk from the highest to the lowest, and proceed by using a Fishbone Chart Analysis to analyze the types of work accidents from the factors that cause the risk of accidents. The index value before the application of 5R has a value of 20%, while the index value after improvement is 75.6% and the result of hazard identification has 23 hazard risks from 7 activities with an area that has a very high level of hazard risk. Abstract:
Vocational Teacher Needs in productive subject programs (Practical Teachers) have an important role in producing competent SMKs. This study aims to provide a model for the procurement of productive teacher needs. At present the need for productive subject teachers is less than 120,000 compared to the number of SMK students of more than 5,000,000 (DitPSMK, 2016). In this study using a mathematical model through the calculation of multiple linear regression models on the variable Number of SMK Students, industry needs, number of SMKs and the budget. The results of this study are a mathematical model in determining the needs of productive teachers Y = 280966 - 41.6 X1 - 12.47 X2 + 33.4 X3 - 20.7 X4. Abstract:
Third-party laboratories are laboratories that provide analytical services as quality control of an item to be marketed. In its activities, sometimes the results of the analysis produced by the laboratory are not all acceptable because there are analysis results that do not meet the test quality specifications. The purpose of this study is to improve the defect rate on the test results using QC tools and FMEA methods. The findings in this study identify the main root causes are the errors of analysts when doing testing, there are no standard procedures for instrument maintenance, and lack of supervision. The proposed improvements given are personnel training, working instruction for instrument maintenance, logbook for record the activity and tighter supervision. After repairs, the defect rate in the test results can be reduced from 5.72% to 1.02%. Keyword: FMEA, Laboratory, Re-testing, Textiles.
