Abstract:
Production at that time was carried out with the company's needs, even during a pandemic, it was necessary to carry out operations that were optimally applied in production. The 5M model (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and limiting mobility) to be implemented in Production is quite difficult, so it needs a special design that describes operations that maintain health in conditions of continuous production. The habit of workers who carry out activities that violate the process is considered a must to do, even though these activities have the potential to spread the virus. Lack of awareness of workers who do not pay too much attention to calls to implement health protocols.

Abstract:
PT. WWW strives to deliver products in a timely and cost efficient manner. The determination of the LPG distribution route that has been carried out so far is the result of an estimate without calculation so that transportation costs always increase unexpectedly, so PT. WWW cannot determine fixed costs for transportation and time of goods to arrive so that it has an impact on customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the path that provides the shortest route so as to minimize transportation costs and as a reference for product distribution and at the same time can answer the problem of the right delivery time and have an impact on customer satisfaction. The results of the study resulted in a better and optimal proposed route where the shortest route for fleet one was through the PAS – ND – LH – BD – PT. WWW with the calculation of the distance: 3.1 + 1.4 + 0.60 + 0.03 totaling 5.13 km / day. And for the fleet two through the PAS – ED – SN – WR – PT. WWW with the calculation of the distance: 3.9 + 2.9 + 1.4 + 4.0 totaling 12.2 km/day. The transportation cost for the six bases is Rp. 1,323,520,-/month

Abstract:
PT JJ is the largest and most integrated agri-food company in Indonesia. The company's main business units are the manufacture of animal feed, chicken breeding, poultry processing and agricultural cultivation. PT. JJ has 3 dryer machines, including dryer 1, dryer 2, and dryer 3, in this drying process there is a problem in dryer 3, where the carrying capacity of raw materials is not sufficient so that drying activities are hampered and the dryer machine does not work optimally, with problems This causes the production process to experience obstacles so that it wastes a lot of time which makes work ineffective and detrimental to the company. By doing this research, it aims to increase the carrying capacity of corn raw materials in the dryer machine which is only capable of transporting 17 tons/hour of raw material and to maximize the productivity of the dryer machine, so that production time is more effective and minimizes losses. After redesigning the bucket using the Common Formula Elevators formula, the bucket capacity/volume increased from 0.5 kg/bucket to 0.8 kg/bucket, increased the elevator engine capacity from 17 tons/hour to 23 tons/hour, and made changes in the form of a bucket elevator.

Abstract:
The development of the industrial world is currently growing very rapidly over time, and so is the progress of existing technology. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are economic business activities owned by individuals or groups in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law no. 20 of 2008. In this case, of course, MSME actors have a superior product that is produced in it. One of the SMEs in Sumbawa by producing a product, namely CV Suryatama Beton. This company produces paving blocks, profile poles, concrete buis, finished mamak, flower pots, iron wire pallets, road pavers, km stakes and wall paving blocks. The number of types of products produced certainly requires a high level of flexibility in machines and production processes. Flexible manufacturing system or FMS (Flexible manufacturing system) is a manufacturing system that can react flexibly to changes. The two kinds of system changes can be changes in the type of product to be produced (machine flexibility), as well as changes in the sequence of processes in the manufacture of these products (routing flexibility). The advantage of using FMS in a mass production system is the high flexibility in allocating time and effort, so as to increase productivity and product quality and reduce production costs. correct equipment and methods. Abstract:
Furfural as one of the strategic chemicals, especially in the petroleum industry (oil refineries) has a fairly wide market opportunity. Up to now, there is no furfural factory in Indonesia. The development of furfural industry technology can be used as the forerunner to the establishment of a national furfural factory. The development of furfural industry technology from corn cobs can also increase the added value of corn cobs while reducing environmental problems. Research Methodology in Furfural Manufacturing Process consists of Process Selection, preparation of raw materials, hydrolysis and dehydration processes, as well as yield and purification stages. The outputs that have been obtained from initial and further research are a Digester Prototype with a capacity of 1000 L along with its platform and a stripper column with a reboiler capacity of 60 L, a product in the form of crude furfural with a purity of 94% which is ready for the purification process, a shelter with a size of 4 x 9 m2 which is in Inside there is a steam generator, digester and stripper column and a vacuum distillation column with a reboiler capacity of 60 L and a column height of 200 cm. If viewed from the calculation of the gross profit margin on a basis of 1 ton of furfural, the establishment of a furfural factory can be said to be interesting for further study

Abstract:
This research discusses the Analysis of Work Accidents with FMEA and FTA Methods in the Production Section of PT. YYY Lampung Plant. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors that cause work accidents, types of work accidents, work accident rates, and the root causes of work accidents in the production department. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with data analysis using FMEA and FTA methods. The data collection method used primary data in the form of work accident data and secondary data in the form of questionnaires to 50 employees. The results showed that the risk factors for work accidents exist in 5 production process activities, namely in the process of selecting raw materials, cutting, weighing, product formation, and finishing. The types of work accidents that often occur are pinched, crushed, sliced, and hit the body, while the highest accident rate with an RPN value of 350.6 is pinched in the finishing process. The results of this RPN value indicate that the number of work accidents is a very high number (> 200). And the root cause of work accidents based on Fault Tree Analysis on work accidents in the form of being squeezed with a RPN value of 350.6 caused by lack of concentration, employees not feeling well, sleepy workers, and limited (narrow) work space. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the level of work accidents should receive special attention.

Abstract:
This research aimed at finding out whether the performance appraisal, education, length of service and work rank simultaneously or partially influenced employee’s productivity at PT. CPB. Performance appraisal, leadership, education, length of service and work rank simultaneously gave positive and significant influence towards employee’s productivity at PT. CPB. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB was determined by performance appraisal, leadership, education, length of service and work rank. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB was significantly influenced by performance appraisal. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB was significantly influenced by leadership. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB was significantly influenced by education. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB was significantly influenced by length of service. Employee’s productivity at PT. CPB not influenced by work rank. The performance appraisal had a major influence on employee’s productivity at PT. CPB which was proved by the high score of regression coefficient of performance appraisal variable (0.963), higher than the regression coefficient of leadership variable (0.538), higher than regression coefficient of education variable (0.009), higher than regression coefficient of length of service variable (0.011), and higher than regression coefficient of work rank variable at (0.010).

Abstract:
Every industry must make gradual improvements in order to be able to compete in the era of globalization. King's Bakery is a home industry that produces bread. The condition of bread marketing in the King's Bakery business has not been maximized. This study aims to determine the order of priority criteria and sub-criteria in the selection of a bread marketing strategy at King's Bakery and which strategy should be chosen by King's Bakery based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method for ranking decision alternatives and selecting the best one with several criteria. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) develops a numerical value to find a ranking or priority order of various alternatives in solving a problem, based on the extent to which each alternative meets the decision maker's criteria. The results of this study obtained an assessment of the importance of the criteria in the selection of a bread marketing strategy showing the following priority or weighting scale: the first priority was place (0.546), the second and third priorities are products and distribution channels with the same value (0.231), and the fourth priority was the organization (0.104). From the results of the assessment of the level of alternative importance in the selection of bread marketing strategies, the priority scale or weights are as follows: the first priority was strategy A (3.614), the second priority was strategy C (2.366), the third priority was strategy B (2,000). The best bread marketing strategy that can be used as an alternative to improve bread marketing was strategy A, because it has the highest overall weight value. With technological innovation, it will accelerate production and facilitate marketing for the company.

Abstract:
The loading and Unloading operational activities in port often run into obstacle, because happened malfunction occurrence of the equipment used. Failure to operate the equipment has resulted in downtime decreased of company productivity. Therefore, a system is needed maintenance of planning in order to produce the equipment that can be operated optimally. This research was choosen the company PT. XXX which is a company that enganged in the field maintenance of equipments port operational (quayside container crane, rubber tyre gantry crane, gantry luffing crane, and others) the place where the equipment maintenance system, especially the rubber tyre gantry crane (RTGC) which has been done are still a breakdown maintenance and corrective maintenance. The aim of this research is to analyze by method of reliability centered maintenance (RCM) to able to determined the optimal maintenance and it can be predict steps to overcome the damage that might will happen in the next period based on existing data. From data processing and analysis was obtained that the components most frequently damaged on the equipment of RTGC, cause of failure, selection decision and recommendations for maintenance systems are based on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
