The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) is an independent or stand-alone institution, this institution consists of two, namely the Central Regional Broadcasting Commission and the Regional Regional Broadcasting Commission. This study describes how the performance of the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission, especially in the Aceh region, on the management of broadcast content in Aceh, it is very useful so that later broadcasts that are widely circulated and widely enjoyed by the public can be useful and do not violate the Indonesian broadcasting law. The purpose of this study is to find out how the governance of broadcast content in Aceh is carried out by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI), especially in the Aceh region and minimize errors so that broadcasters will comply with regulations. The method used in this research is using qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Aceh Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission only acts as a regulator of content distribution in Aceh. However, the current manpower shortage and availability of experts for good governance is far from over. In addition, the lack of budget for the procurement of competent monitoring equipment is one of the main obstacles faced by the Aceh KPID. So it can be concluded that the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission in Aceh has carried out the management of broadcast content to the maximum extent possible, and is supported by several parties who have helped in monitoring the broadcast content that is disseminated.

For companies with COVID-19 experiencing a very significant change where the capacity of workers in the room is also limited, the organization modifies the work system from face to face to face to face, the absent system is also modified. This study aims to examine whether there is an effect of changing organizational policies on employee resistance attitudes. In this study using quantitative methods and using a questionnaire as a measuring tool. The scale used in the questionnaire of employee resistance attitudes and changes in company policy uses a Likert scale with 4 choices of statements. Data processing is carried out using a computer system with the SPSS program. Data were collected from 105 scales distributed to permanent employees. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there is a significant effect between employee resistance attitudes to organizational policy changes (F count = 80.278, p <0.05). From this research, it is also known that changes in organizational policies have contributed to the attitude of resistance in employees of PT. SEPC O&M Medan is 43.8% and 56.2% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion of this study the relationship between perceived effectiveness of organizational change and job satisfaction is positive and important. SEPC O & M where employees will react to policy changes made, especially during the current pandemic where there are policy changes that the company cannot predict. These changes make employees demand an attitude of resistance.

The success of the organization is influenced by a process that significantly affects the success of the organization with the roles of managers and workers synergizing with each other to set expectations, evaluate results and reward performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mediation of professionalism on the effect of emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and work experience on employee performance. The data analysis method used is indirect impact analysis and sub-analysis. Section 90 of this research analysis involves government employees at the Pamelang Education and Culture Office. The results of this study have a significant influence between the Emotional Intelligent variable (X1) on the Employee Performance variable (Y), there is a significant influence between the Intellectual Intelligence variable (X2) on the Employee Performance variable (Y), there is a significant influence between the Work Experience variable (X3) on the Employee Performance variable (Y), there is a significant effect between the Emotional Intelligent variable (X1) on the Professionalism variable (Z) as a mediating variable and there is a significant influence between the Intellectual Intelligence variable (X2) on the Professionalism variable (Z) as a mediating variable, there is an influence There is a significant difference between the Work Experience variable (X3) and the Professionalism variable (Z) as a mediating variable in the Pemalang Education and Culture Office, and there is a significant effect between the Professionalism variable (Z) on the Employee Performance variable (Y) at the Pemalang Education and Culture Office. So it can be concluded that knowledge of emotional information and work experience has a direct effect on employee performance. Intellectual emotional intelligence and work experience have an indirect effect on professionalism. Mediation on employee performance. In addition, professionalism has a significant influence on employee performance.

The Kentongan Broadcast Program became a disaster management program, especially in Banda Aceh. The Kentongan Broadcast Program has been running for more than two years. The Kentongan Broadcast Program runs from 2019 to the present. After examining what happened, the purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the LPP-RRI Banda Aceh kentongan broadcast program in disaster management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. This research was obtained through interviews. Interviews were conducted using a question and answer process directly with parties who were considered to understand and understand the problem that the researcher was doing. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the Kentongan Broadcast Program is a disaster response program presented by RRI Pro-1 Banda Aceh at a frequency of 97.7MHz. The Kentongan Broadcast Program contains information on disaster mitigation. The Kentongan Broadcast Program with a duration of 60 minutes is an excellent disaster program at Pro-1 RRI Banda Aceh. The Kentongan Broadcast Program has 2 series of events, namely dialogue inside and outside the studio and interviews of course. and response to disasters. Based on the research results, Radio RRI Banda Aceh plays a very important role in increasing knowledge related to disaster for the community. The role of RRI Banda Aceh can increase public knowledge about disasters.

The development of the city as an economic and trade node is very important for the urban system and the regional economy. The distribution of centralized public facilities and services attracts people to work in the city center. In these conditions, the ideal form of the city is needed because to reach work, school, public services and so on can be done only by walking or cycling. This study aims to examine the characteristics and behavior of walking and bicycle mode selection based on the shape of the urban environment, demographic, social and economic conditions of the community. And look at the factors that might influence the decision to choose the mode of transportation. This study uses a quantitative deductive approach. This research method is based on a questionnaire along with interviews and field observations. The study was conducted in eight urban villages in the city of Bogor. The target respondents are individuals who reside/domicile in the area. The results showed that walking mode was the most frequently chosen mode of travel. In addition, the bicycle mode is the second most frequently used mode. The influencing city form factor is the access and affordability of public facilities and services such as bus stops and commercial areas. In addition, population density and the level of land use are also influential factors. Furthermore, demographic, social, and economic factors that influence are income, personal vehicle ownership, days of travel, and ability to walk based on the furthest distance. In addition, there are other factors that influence, namely the travel time to the destination, affordable costs, as well as the safety and comfort of pedestrian and bicycle paths.

This research is a significant research in selecting the idea of ​​implementing policies related to the improvement of a Sakera Mesem program and the constraint factors that led to the idea of ​​regulating the quality of population document services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sampang Regency. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the innovations of the Sakera Mesem program in improving the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Sampang Regency. In this study used qualitative research methods, qualitative research methods are research that analyzes something that appears in the field, data collection techniques used are interviews and observations and documentation. From the results of the discussion, it can be obtained the results of research that analyzes the development of the "Sakera Mesem" program of the Dispenduk Capil of Sampang Regency which has been applied and realized properly and correctly in its implementation to improve services for the community. Based on this, there are 6 theories of service standards seen from the side of community services to support the realization of the "Saekera Mesem" program, namely service procedures, completion time, service fees, service products, places and supporting tools and professionalism of service personnel, but there is an analysis The obstacle is internet services that are not adequate as a whole and there is an analysis of assistants, namely facilities taken from village income sources, namely PCs, scanners and printers, recording devices, internet and operators, and there are allocation funds from the government in implementing this program. So, it can be said that Sakera Mesem's innovation is of high quality, seen from the standard of service provided to the community, which is maximal and meets the specified service quality criteria.

Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School also carries out Basic Leadership Training activities to train students to organize, how to manage time, socialize, and express opinions. On the other hand, the formation of OSIS also plays a very important role in shaping the spirit of leadership. This study aims to evaluate the OSIS Leadership Training Program for the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. The research was conducted at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur. East Jakarta. The population and sample in this study were the participants of the OSIS Leadership Training Basic Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with KirkPatrick Evaluation Method. KirkPatrick's Evaluation Method focuses on 4 Levels of Evaluation Stages; Level 1 Reaction, Level 2 Learning Phase, Level 3 Behavior Phase, and Level 4 Outcome Phase. Level 1 Reactions provide positive satisfaction according to the participants' responses based on indicators of material, consumption, facilities and infrastructure and, presenters. Level 2 Learning Phase provides 80% response about understanding related to the material. Level 3 Behavioral Stage provides an 85% response related to significant changes related to the application of materials in daily life. Level 4 Stage Results obtained a response of 70% related to the increase in information and performance obtained after participating in the training. This training had a positive impact on changing the behavior of the participants at the Al-Hamid Putri Islamic Boarding School, Cibubur, East Jakarta.

In the 2019-2021 era, sexual harassment continues to increase from year to year. According to KEMENPPA, there were 11,057 cases of violence against minors in 2019, 11,279 cases in 2020 and 12,566 cases until November 2021. Sexual violence was experienced by 45 percent of children, 19 percent of psychological violence, and 18 percent of physical violence. Especially regarding the victims are women and children, after the revelation of a case of sexual harassment by the leadership of a pesantren in Bandung. This study aims to provide legal protection to children as victims, provide psychological health protection for children and prevent sexual violence against children. This study uses a qualitative method. According to research findings, sexual harassment in Islamic boarding schools has become more open, thanks to the courage of students who report incidents of sexual harassment. The Child Protection Law, the Criminal Code, and the Criminal Procedure Code all provide legal protection for children who experience sexual harassment (KUHAP). The role of the state apparatus, especially the police as law enforcement officers who carry out the mission of protecting the community, is very much needed in handling these cases. The role of parents is also very important here, because they must act as a source of calm and encouragement for the child so that the incident does not traumatize the child.

Jargon is a special thing that can be used in a limited way in the field of knowledge or certain circles where they themselves know what it means and what it means. An ad editorial is certainly required not to use unique or difficult to understand words in making jargon. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of Jargon in the advertisement for soft drink tea Botol Sosro which reads "Whatever the food, drink it, Botol Sosro tea" and can also describe the role of Jargon in advertisements. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The object of research is in the form of jargon in soft drink advertisements. The data examined in the study were in the form of soft drink advertising discourse. The primary data source in the study was soft drink advertisements. The results showed that the use of jargon by the surrounding community in various circles regardless of age and class included the use of language, form, and function of jargon. So it can be concluded that the unique advertising jargon for Teh Botol Sosro products is indeed very legendary, brand awareness is very high, people remember the product the most, and there is not a single community who does not know the buzz of the Teh Botol Sosro jargon.

Effective schools can be seen from the quality of graduates with supporting components including school principals, teachers, staff, curriculum, implementation of learning, facilities and infrastructure, learning tools and resources, monitoring learning, evaluation of learning and school climate. The quality of graduates is the fulfillment of certain criteria accepted by customers, in this case the world of work and education. Improving the quality of graduates is an effort carried out to improve the quality of graduates through improving the quality of teachers, students, learning systems (curriculum) and facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of graduates. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, data collection methods by interview, observation and documentation. The place where this research was conducted was at SMK Negeri 1 Kedungwuni, Pekalongan Regency. Interviews, observations and documentation were used for data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of improving the quality of graduates is carried out through strategies and policies as well as programs prepared by school principals through improving the quality of teachers, learning, facilities and infrastructure as well as strengthening partnerships with the business world and the industrial world. The conclusions obtained from this study indicate that the implementation of improving the quality of graduates of building modeling and information design skills competency is successful.
