Abstract:
Physical activity from many studies has proven to have a positive impact on mental health. But also intense physical activity over a long period, induce athletes to feel depressed actually harm mental health. Adolescent athletes have the load of undergoing special training and competition to get high hours of competition. Psychological stresses have an impact on emotional stress associated with intensive training and competition demands, until induce a reduction in athletes' performance abilities and skill levels when competing. Psychological stress be one of induce failure to reach the peak of achievement. Environmental support, especially parents and coaches, play an important role in supporting adolescent athletes learn about self-control over stress (coping). Specific support and strategies, based on the experience provided by parents and coaches, provide valuable positive encouragement for adolescent athletes to deal with psychological stresses during competition. Support from parents and coaches increase protective factors such as optimism, can help athletes deal with psychological stress during competition. This article reviews the competition pressures on adolescentpencak silat athlete in the category tanding, with the perspective of the role of parents and coaches as the main environment of adolescent athletes. See not many scientific articles that discuss the pressure of competition from this point of perspective.Keywords: Psychological stress, Competition, Pencak silat, Coach, Parents

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the difference in the effect of zig-zag run and shuttle run training on the dribbling ability of soccer extracurricular participants at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau. This study used an experimental method using two groups that received different treatments. Experimental group A with zigzag run treatment and experimental group B with shuttle run treatment. The population is all participants of the football extracurricular at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau totaling 20 people. The sampling technique was divided into two groups by simple random sampling. The research data collection used a soccer zig-zag dribbling test. The data analysis technique used the steps of normality test, homogeneity test, and t test. The results of the pretest data analysis tcount < ttable that is 1.894 <2.82 and all data are homogeneous. It can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. The results of the post-test data analysis tcount > ttable that is 3.649> 2.82. The conclusion is that there is a significant difference in dribbling ability in soccer games between students who take part in the zig-zag run and shuttle run training in soccer extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau.Keywords: Dribbling, Shuttle run, Soccer, Zig-zag run.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the community's motives for exercising in Kambang Iwak, Palembang City. The research method used is the descriptive method. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. The research data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results of the study, based on internal motives who answered "Yes" obtained a score of 681 or 85.125, and those who answered "No" obtained a score of 119 or 14.875%. and the results based on external motives who answered "Yes" obtained a score of 695 or 86.875% and those who answered "No" obtained a score of 105 or 12.5%. In conclusion, external motives play a very important role in exercising at Kambang Iwak Palembang City by obtaining a higher score of 86.875%. Keywords: Community Exercise MotiveThe purpose of this study was to determine the community's motives for exercising in Kambang Iwak, Palembang City. Abstract:
This study aimed to examine and analyze the role of teacher social support in moderating the effect of motivation and passion on student engagement. The study population was students of SMAN 1 Randudongkal in Pemalang Regency, with 291 students as the sample determined by the Slovin formula. The research method used computer software with SPSS for Windows version 22. The data analysis method used Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) with a quasi-moderator type. The results of the t-test significance obtained that the regression coefficient of the learning motivation variable was 0.190, and the significance was 0.001 (<0.05). The regression coefficient for the learning passion variable is 0.317 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), and the regression coefficient for the teacher social support variable is 0.343, and a significance of 0.000 (<0.05). From the results of this study, it can be interpreted that the teacher's social support, passion, and learning motivation positively affect student engagement. The interaction between learning motivation and teacher social support resulted in a regression coefficient of -0.031 and a significant 0.579 > 0.05. The results mean that teacher social support does not moderate the effect of learning motivation on student engagement. The interaction of passion-teacher social support resulted in a regression coefficient of 0.036 and a significant 0.518 > 0.05, meaning that teacher social support did not moderate the influence of learning passion on student engagement. In conclusion, teacher social support does not moderate the effect of student learning motivation on student engagement, and teacher social support does not moderate the effect of student learning passion on student engagement if, in practice, students have high motivation and passion for learning during the learning process. Keywords: motivation, teacher social support, passion, student engagement

Abstract:
Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi mobile pada materi sepak bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan desain penelitian Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan Model Hannafin and Peck. Model pengembangan tersebut terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahapan analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa persentase hasil capaian KKM siswa sebelum menggunakan aplikasi 15%, sedangkan setelah menggunakan aplikasi mengalami peningkatan capaian KKM sebesar 69,5% atau meningkat dengan capaian 54,5%, sehingga hasil respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mobile learning berbasis android untuk materi sepak bola menarik dan mudah dipahami. Simpulan, adanya peningkatan capaian KKM dengan menggunakan aplikasi mobile learning berbasis android untuk materi sepak bola. Kata Kunci : Android , Aplikasi, mobile learning

Abstract:
 This study aims to determine the effect of audiovisual media on improving the ability to perform basic smash techniques in badminton. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. This research implements audiovisual media in learning basic smash techniques. The subjects used in the study were Vocational High School students with 18 people consisting of 7 students and 11 students with an average age of 16 years. Data collection techniques used pre-test together with post-test, analyzed using t-test. This study indicates an increase in using audiovisual media, namely the with the Shapiro-Wilk test > 0.05; it can be interpreted that the data is usually distributed and the results of the calculation of the paired sample test obtained sig. (2-tailed) of 0.00 where if sig. (2-tailed) <0.05, it is stated that there is a significant effect. The conclusion is that audiovisual media is very influential in improving the ability to perform basic smash techniques in badminton. Keywords: Audio Visual Media, Smash Basic Techniques. Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah DMP akuatik dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR FKIP UNSIKA semester 4 sebanyak 2 kelas dengan jumlah responden 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, adapun cara pengambilan data menggunakan angket, angket dalam penelitian ini berbentuk skala likert. Hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa pjkr fkip unsika yang mengikuti mata kuliah DMP akuatik dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan menggunakan video tutorial renang yang menyatakan pada kategori “sangat baik” dengan persentase 3,3%, pada kategori “baik” dengan persentase 28,3%, pada kategori “cukup baik” dengan persentase 38,3%, pada kategori “kurang baik” dengan persentase 23,3 %, dan pada kategori “sangat kurang baik” dengan persentase 6,7%. Dengan frekuensi “sangat baik” 2 orang, pada kategori “baik” 17 orang, pada kategori “cukup baik” 23 orang, pada kategori “kurang baik” 14 orang, pada kategori “sangat kurang baik” 4 orang, sehingga tepat perhitungan frekuensi jika dijumlahkan adalah 60 orang. Interval 68,5 – ke atas pada kategori “sangat baik”, 58,1 – 68,4 pada kategori “baik”, 47,7- 58,0 pada kategori “cukup baik”, 37,3 – 47,6 pada kategori “kurang baik”, 37,2 – ke bawah pada kategori “sangat kurang baik”. Simpulan, tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa PJKR dalam mengikuti mata kuliah DMP akuatik dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah cukup baik. Kata Kunci: DMP , Pemahaman Mahasiswa , Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh

Abstract:
This study aims to improve shooting ability by treating physical fitness tests. This study used an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research was conducted to practice shooting skills in soccer games. The research subjects were junior high school students with 16 students consisting of 6 boys and 10 girls with an average age of 15 years. The purposive sample was used as a data collection technique and analyzed using quantitative description and surgical test. The results show that the shooting ability of junior high school students has increased. There was an increase because physical fitness was able to stimulate students to be active in shooting soccer games. In conclusion, there is an effect of physical fitness training on the basic technical skills of shooting soccer games for junior high school students.Keywords: , Junior high school, Physical Fitness, Shooting

Abstract:
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas; mengkaji kelayakan model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas; mengkaji efektivitas model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE (Analysis, Design,Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Uji efektvitas dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Balapulang dengan sampel berjumlah 20 peserta didik yang diambil secara random sampling. Instrumen untuk menguji efektivitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kesegaran jasmani dari pusat kesegaran jasmani dan rekreasi tahun 2010 untuk anak umur 16-19 tahun. Uji efektifitas menggunakan pre-test dan posttest. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Teknik pengumpulan data pengembangan produk saat validasi ahli menggunakan teknik Delphi. Teknik pengumpulan data uji coba di lapangan (skala kecil dan skala besar) menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Model pengembangan menggunakan metode ADDIE, yang meliputi lima langkah yaitu tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi, uji efektivitas produk; Model aktivitas fisik selama pandemi bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas layak digunakan sebagai panduan aktivitas fisik yang tepat selama pandemi. Penilaian ahli materi rata-rata yaitu sebesar 88,33%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Penilaian ahli media rata-rata sebesar 90,63%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; Uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani meningkat setelah menggunakan model aktivitas fisik dengan p < 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model aktivitas fisik selama pandemi bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas efektif terhadap kebugaran jasmani peserta didik.  Kata kunci: Aktivitas Fisik, Kebugaran Jasmani, Model, Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar lompat jauh siswa kelas V SDNegeri 1 Air Lesing setelah menerapkan metode bermain meraih bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan One Group Pre-test-Post-test design. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes lompat jauh. Populasi dan Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 20 siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari 12 orang laki – laki dan 8 orang perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan tabel output “Paired samples test” diatas, diketahui nilai mean “paired differences” adalah sebesar -16,875. Nilai ini menunjukan selisih antara rata-rata hasil lompat jauh post-test yaitu 72,50-55,63 = 16,87 dan selisih perbedaan tersebut antara -22,167 sampai -11,583 nilai thitung untuk hasil belajar lompat jauh adalah 6,674 dengan probabilitas (sig.) 0,000 dan z tabel nya sebesar 0,474. Nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak Ha diterima artinya terdapat penerapan metode bermain meraih bola terhadap hasil belajar lompat jauh SD N 1 Air Lesing. Simpulan, bahwa lompat jauh dengan metode bermain meraih bola besar siswa SD Negeri 1 Air Lesing Kabupaten Musi Rawas terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar.
