The aim of this study is to identify the influence of perceived organizational support on work-life balance of women employees in banking sector in Padang city. Sample is chosen by using purposive technique with some criteria namely married woman employees and have been employed for 5 or more years. The number of sample was 97. The data used are the primary data that collected through a questionnaire. The resulting data will be analyzed using regression analysis by SPSS. The research shows that, Perceived Organizational Support (POS) has positive and significant influence on female employees work-life balance in banking sector in Padang City.

The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between demographic factors and switch motive based on variabels pricing, inconvenience, core service failure, service encounter failure, response to service failure, attraction by the competitor, ethical problems, and involuntary switching. A questionnaire was utilized on 93 respondents of one-star hotels, 61 respondents of two-stars hotels, and 59 respondents of three-stars hotels in Bengkulu City. Analysis technique used is a test cross tabulation. According to the results of this research, the average responses of respondents to switch motive based on variabels pricing, inconvenience, core service failure, service encounter failure, response to service failure, attraction by competitor, ethical problems, and involuntary switching is in high category. The results of this analysis indicate that the overall demographic factors have a significant relationship with the switch motive based on variabels pricing, the core service failure, response to service failure, and ethical problems. However, overall demographic factors exist which hasn't relationship with the switch motive based on variabels inconvenience, service encounter failure, attraction by competitor and involuntary switching.Keywords: Demographic, Pricing, Inconvenience, Core Service Failure, Involuntary Switching.

The purpose of this study is to measure the bullwhip effect in supply chain MAS 240 ml in PT. Sembilan Pilar Utama and Swalayan Koya. This research measure method is using bullwhip effect method that presented by Fransoo and Wouters (2000). The results of research, we know that the bullwhip effect happened because of the coefficient of variation orders higher than the coefficient of variation in product demand, inaccurate demand prediction, and order batching. The solution that may be effective to reduce the bullwhip effect that occurs is more concerned with the pattern of order and the product demand.Keywords: supply chain management, bullwhip effect.

This study aims to investigate the effect of: (1) Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and the proportion of women in board of directors on income smoothing. (2) Further, this study also investigates the moderating effect of proportion of women in board of directors on effect of ROA, DER, and NPM to income smoothing. Data were collected from anufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year of 2013 -2015. Multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis were used to test the hypotesis in this study. The results of multiple regression analysis show that Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) influence the income smoothing. Meanwhile, Net Profit Margin (NPM) does not influence the income smoothing. The result of moderated regression analysis shows that the proportion of women does not moderate the effect of Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on income smoothing. Those could happen because very women are sit in the Board of Directors of the firms in Indonesia.Keywords: Income Smoothing, Return on Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Net profit Margin (NPM).

This study aimed to analyze the Economic order quantity level of raw material wheat flour for Surya Bakery and the quantity level of Re-order Point. The design of study was descriptive qualitative. The study used secondary data in order to gain the information about purchasing of raw material of flour. The data analyzed by quantitative method which used Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and Re-order Point. The result shows that EOQ in Usaha Roti Surya Bakery is 4.266 kg with frequency of ordering raw material is 22 times. Wher eas re-order point of the raw material when inventory reach 1.068 kg with lead time are 4 days. Before using EOQ method, the frequency of ordering raw material of flour is 36 times per year. After using EOQ method, it is found the frequency of ordering raw material of flour is 22 times per year. So that, after using EOQ method, the result of ordering cost was Rp. 2.668.00,- carrying cost was Rp. 2.615.000,-, and total cost of raw material was Rp. 5.283.000,-. Therefore, the Surya-Bakery could save money for Rp 533.000 per year.

The purposes of this study examines the effect of personality and intellectual ability on teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city. This research was conducted in SMKN 3 Bengkulu City with the object of research is permanent teachers or civil servants. The sample used in this study was 74 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis and using SPSS 17.0 sofware. Research design using survey explanatory, the method in this study using factor analysis to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data. The results of this research shows that the personality and intellectual ability partially have positive and signifikan effect on the teacher competence. Personality and intellectual ability simultaneously have significant effect on the teacher competence in SMKN 3 Bengkulu city.Keywords: personality, intellectual ability, teacher competence.

This study aims to examine the influence of budget goal clarity and budget drafting participation on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. This study is a descriptive research with purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 136 officers of echelon III (Division Head/ Sub-division Head/ Secretary) and echelon IV (Chief Sub-division/ Chief Section) of civil servants in government institutions in Bengkulu city. Data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression test. The results of this study showed that: (1) Budget goal clarity influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. (2) Budget drafting participation influences positively and significantly on performance accountability of government institutions in Bengkulu city. These results indicate that the higher budget targe t clarity and participation in budget drafting, the higher performance accountability will be. The Issues raised in this research is: "How does the queuing system of administrative services outpatient hospital padmalalita Muntilan". The purpose of this study was to determine the queuing system administration services outpatients at the hospital padmalalita Muntilan. From the calculation of analytical performance Queue System with Single Change Single Phase (M / M / 1) arrival Patients most visible onvMonday, where the average patient comes highest in the hours 09:00 to 11:00, wherevthe average time patients spent waiting in patients with the necessary longest queue in the queue is 0.061 minutes and 0.009 minutes is the shortest time that happened in the hours 11:00 to 12:00. The longest time it takes the patient in the system is 1,111 minutes that occurred at 09:00 to 10:00 and 10:00 to 11:00 and shortest time is 0.059 minutes which occurred at 11:00 to 12:00.If the addition of the server into two servers, patient waiting time in the queue is reduced. The waiting time in the queue the longestvfor one server that is 0.061 minutes per patient, if using 2 servers waiting time was reduced to 0,004 minutes per patient.

The objective of this research is to test the effect of compensation toward employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the employees of plantation company in Bengkulu Province as many 196 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and regression analysis. The based on result of analysis, obtained result that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee's self esteem. This means that the higher the employee's compensation, the employee self esteem will also be higher; 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's compensation the employee's performance will also be better; 3). Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the self esteem of an employee the employee performance is also better; And 4). Compensation affects employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable, but direct influence is greater than indirect influence. This means that self esteem serves only as a partial mediation variable only.Keywords: compensation, performance, self esteem.
