Abstract:
Fenomena perkembangan toko modern di Kabupaten Garut cukup dinamis seriring dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk Kab. Garut, seperti di kutip Media Online Nasional http://nasional.republika.co.id Kabupaten Garut Tidak seperti daerah lain yang menyetop penambahan minimarket, Kabupaten Garut justru menambah kuota minimarket. Hal ini dilakukan agar minimarket di kecamatan tumbuh secara merata, sebelumnya, kuota minimarket di Garut hanya 213 unit sesuai surat keputusan (SK) bupati tahun 2013. Mulai Desember 2015, kuotanya ditambah sebanyak 98 unit, akan tetapi berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) Nomor 3 Tahun 2016, ada aturan yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu persyaratan administrasi tentang jarak antar minimarket dengan pasar tradisional. Selain jarak, pengusaha minimarket juga harus menjalin kemitraan dengan masyarakat sekitar. Sehingga, tercipta persaingain pasar yang sehat di lingkungan tersebut. Penerbitan izin minimarket juga membutuhkan rekomendasi berupa kajian lingkungan, izin mendirikan bangunan (IMB) dan sejumlah koordinasi dengan dinas-dinas terkait. Berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, pembangunan minimarket baru bisa dilakukan setelah izin dikeluarkan pemerintah. Penambahan kuota minimarket didasarkan atas kajian dan penghitungan teknis yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Garut. Beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi bertambahnya kuota minimarket, di antaranya luas wilayah Kabupaten Garut, jumlah penduduk, dan daya beli masyarakat juga termasuk keberadaan pedagang /toko/ warung kecil disekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil kajian kami dilihat dari perspektif pelayanan, maka secara umum keberadaan Alfamart di kedua lokasi ( Kec. Tarogong dan Cilawu ) tersebut sudah baik seperti penetapan harga, lokasi toko, pelibatan tenaga kerja lokal dan jam operasional. Namun ada beberapa hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian diantaranya ; masih belum terjalinnya kerjasama kemitraan antara Alfamart dengan UMKM di daerah sekitar, kelengkapan sarana prasarana penunjang pelayanan yang belum memadai serta masa berlaku perpanjangan ijin operasional hendaknya di awasi untuk pemenuhan kembali syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan

Abstract:
Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh Topas Galeria Hotel untuk menilai Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) pada Online Travel Agent (OTA) Traveloka mempengaruhi keputusan untuk menginap. Selain itu, hubungan antara kegiatan eWOM di OTA dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi Topas Galeria Hotel untuk menentukan keinginan dan harapan calon konsumen di masa depan. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei yang melibatkan 384 responden yang melakukan reservasi di Topas Galeria Hotel melalui OTA Traveloka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menginap di Topas Galeria Hotel. Dengan demikian hipotesis terbukti, dan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh adalah Valensi Dimensi Opini.

Abstract:
Bisnis kuliner yang ada di Jawa Barat sangat terkenal, terutama yang ada di beberapa kota seperti Bandung, Bogor, Purwakarta, Cirebon, Sumedang, Sukabumi dan kota lainnya. Kuliner ini tidak hanya menarik konsumen setempat, tapi juga wisatawan dari daerah lain untuk datang dan mengkonsumsi produk yang ditawarkan. Untuk membuat bisnis kuliner ini tetap berjalan secara berkesinambungan, maka pemilik harus menginovasi produknya. Penelitian ini hadir untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kolaborasi Penciptaan Nilai (KPN) dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan (OK) terhadap inovasi produk. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu 60 pemilik bisnis kuliner di Jawa Barat, yang diambil oleh metode purposive sampling. Selanjutnya, data dikumpulkan melalui metode survei dan dianalisis melalui the variance-based structural equation model. Setelah menguji dan membahas dua hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan Kolaborasi Penciptaan Nilai (KPN) dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan (OK) memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap produk inovasi.

Abstract:
This analysis aims to find out, analyze and explain how the bank's soundness level compares with the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital methods in accordance with applicable regulations. This research was conducted using a comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The results of the analysis of this study the authors get that Conventional Commercial Banks have a Risk Profile (NPL ratio) with a rating of "Good" better than a Sharia Commercial Bank with a rating of "Fairly Good". Conventional Commercial Banks have a Risk Profile (LDR) higher than Islamic Commercial Banks with a rating of "Fairly Good". Conventional Commercial Banks have Good Corporate Governance (GCG) better than Sharia Commercial Banks with a "Good" rating. Conventional Commercial Banks have better Earning (ROA) with a "Very Good" rating than a Sharia Commercial Bank with a "Very Poor" rating. Abstract:
Health in the modern era is now an inseparable necessity from the development of healthy and smart Indonesian people. Hospitals as one of the health facilities that provide health services to the community have a very strategic role in accelerating the improvement of community health status. Therefore, hospitals are required to provide quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach all levels of society. For this reason, the need for synergy between leaders and employees. Employees still complain about the way leaders handle each employee's complaints, such as complaints of discrepancies between salaries and work performed, employees still feel discriminated in the sense of being discriminated according to social status, the length of the process of determining to become permanent employees, and so forth. From the factors mentioned above that the role of the leader in leading must be wise and fair both for the organization and employees in the organization. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of whether or not the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction is mediated by organizational justice. This study used a correlational quantitative method and the data processing was assisted with SPSS 22. The population of this study was all employees of RSIA Cahaya Bunda including permanent employees and contract employees while the study sample was only 127 permanent employees. Determination of samples using Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational justice has a positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational justice and organizational justice is able to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Share Prices with Profitability as Intervening Variables in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Where Profitability used in the study is Return on Assets (ROA). This study uses secondary data, which is in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The samples used were 6 companies from 17 populations in 2012-2017 in the selection of samples conducted by purposive sampling. The statistical method used is panel data path analysis. The results showed that Total Asset Turnover (TATO) directly had a significant negative effect on Stock Prices. Likewise, the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) directly has a significant positive effect on stock prices. While indirectly the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) mediated by Profitability affects the Stock Price. Meanwhile, indirectly the Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) mediated by Profitability has no effect on the Share Price.

Abstract:
This research is intended to find out what factors are causing non-Muslims to become customers of Islamic banks. The study was conducted at the BNI Syariah branch of Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that: (1) Location partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of tcount -table (-1,055> -1,657). 3. Religious stimuli partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.586> -1.657); (3) Reputation Partially does not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.448> 1.657); (4) Profit sharing Partially has no effect on the interest of non-Muslims becoming customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test which obtained the value of -count> -table (-0.630> -1.657); (5) Promotion partially affects the interest of non-Muslims being customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the t test obtained t value> t table (2.571> 1.657); (6) Location, service, religious stimuli, reputation, profit sharing, and promotion simultaneously do not affect the interest of non-Muslims to become customers at BNI Syariah Tasikmalaya Branch. This is indicated by the F test which obtained the calculated F value

Abstract:
The study was to determine the effect of Store Image and Service Quality on Consumer Buying Interest at a famous bakery at Purwakarta. The datas taken from respondents that was questionnaired to 96 respondents with Non Probability Sampling techniques. The research method used is descriptive method which is a method that is done by collecting, presenting and analyzing data so as to provide a clear enough picture of the object under study. This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of IBM SPSS 21 program. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Store Image and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Interest in a famous bakery at Purwakarta.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability (ROA), Leverage (LTDER), and Intensity of Fixed Assets Against Tax Avoidance. The population in this study were all food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017, namely 18 companies. Data collection using purposive sampling method and based on predetermined criteria, the number of samples obtained were 12 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results showed that: 1) Profitability (Return On Assets) had a negative and not significant effect on Tax Avoidance, 2) Leverage (Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio) had no effect on Tax Avoidance, 3) CapitL Intensity had no effect on Tax Avoidance.
