Abstract:
The object of this research is the employees of Perum Peruri, Directorate HR and General. The research’s method is descriptive verification, with data sources utilized are primary and secondary. From the population of 256 people, the sample was taken using a Probability sampling especially Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling obtained as many as 156 people. To measure the level of employees performance toward business digitalization with organizational culture as an intervening variable, processing data using path analysis with the SPSS 16 software application. The results showed that the implementation of business digitalization is assessed good by employees, organization culture is assessed good by employees and in general, optimization of employee performance is assessed good by employees. It is proved that business digitalization influence organizational culture and the level of influence is strong. It is proved that business digitalization influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong enough. It is proved that organization culture influence employees performance and the level of influence is strong.

Abstract:
Indonesia has the largest number of Muslim in the world, therefore the potential of zakat can reach 3.46 percent of GDP. But in fact, total collection of zakat is not accordance with its potential. One of the solution which can be done is approach the millennial generation and take advantage of current financial technology. Along with the issue, the purpose of this research is to examine the faktors that influence millennials generation in Jabodetabek in their decision to pay zakat, infaq and alms through digital platforms. Based on the literature review, behavioral intentions will affect individual behavior of consuming an item or service, which in this study is behavior in deciding to pay ZIS through a digital platform such as OVO, GoPay, mobile banking. In addition, religiosity is a form of individual behavior towards their religion and it can influence the decisions to pay ZIS. By using PLS-SEM analysis, as well as survey data from the distribution of questionnaires to 153 respondents, it was found that intention behavior was significantly influential in the decision to pay ZIS through digital platform. While religiosity has no significant effect on the decision to pay ZIS through a digital platform.

Abstract:
The creation of a positive climate must be carried out by an organization to support the development of the creativity of people who are members of the organization. The creation of a climate that supports creativity, especially in improving the performance of individuals and organizations / companies, of course, must bring about a match between goals between individuals and organizations. The organization must also pay attention to the rights of its members in addition to demanding full obligations. Fulfillment and violation of psychological contracts will have an impact on individual performance in general where the majority of Indonesia's population has a religious side that is still high. Religious performance is a hope and belief that what we do has a religious value. Thus the organization must be able to build and provide complete facilities in supporting the religious side of the members of the organization. The focus of this writing is how the creative work climate and goal congruence for the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on religious performance. This writing uses relevant literature studies. This research is expected to be empirical study capable of presenting a picture of the creative work climate and Goal Congruence able to give effect to the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on improving the performance of Religious employees.

Abstract:
The current pandemic has disrupted the implementation of training at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). The training, which is usually done face-to-face, turns into online training (e-learning). The Apparatus Education and Training Center, which originally this year had the target to train Marine and Fisheries apparatuses online, as many as 1080 people changed to 2700 KKP ASN. A budget allocation of approximately 60% was distracted for handling covid-19 so that more training was carried out online using the e-Milea application. E-Milea (electronic millennial learning) is an e-learning training platform developed by the BDA KKP in providing education and training for the development of KKP ASN competencies. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the implementation of the e-learning training system on e-Milea user satisfaction. The system quality, information quality, and service quality variables are independent variables and the dependent variable in this study is user satisfaction. The hypothesis tested using Structural Equation Modeling with a total sample of 97 e-Milea users of Entrepreneurship Training Class 2 and 3. The results showed that the system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant positive effect on user satisfaction. If the CTF can improve the e-learning training system, user satisfaction will also increase. This requires controlling the quality of the system, information, and services so that user satisfaction will be maintained.

Abstract:
This research manifests the effect of Leader Member Exchange, and Information Technology Expertise on the Performance of Middle School Teachers in Purwakarta Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leader member exchange, and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta with the research method used was descriptive analytical. The research data were obtained from questionnaires which were distributed directly to 95 teachers of state junior high schools in Purwakarta Regency, which were spread across 51 junior high schools through Google Form. Data processing was performed using the SPSS program version 24.0 which included a validity test, a reliability test, a correlation test, a multiple linear regression test, and a classic assumption test. The results showed that partially leader member exchange had a significant effect on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 54.40%, and information technology expertise significantly influenced the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta by 49.30%. Simultaneously showed a significant influence of leader member exchange and information technology expertise on the performance of junior high school teachers in Purwakarta Regency by 64.21% and the remaining 35.79% was influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of company growth and the effect of capital structure on the stock prices of Property and Real Estate. This study uses a quantitative approach, which is research that emphasizes its analysis of numerical data (numbers) that are processed by statistical methods. The research method used is descriptive verification method. The data source used is secondary data from the official website www.idx.co.id. The secondary data are the annual financial statements and ICMD of the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies for the period of 2013 - 2018. Partially, the results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of the Company's Growth on Stock Prices. In addition, the results of this study also indicate that there is an influence of the Capital Structure on Share Prices. While simultaneously, the results of this study indicate that there is a joint effect of Company Growth and Capital Structure on Share Prices.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine the advertising, product quality and purchase decisions at CV Cemilan Kunik Garut and to determine the effect of advertising on purchasing decisions, the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, and the effect of advertising and product quality on purchasing decisions on food products CV Cemilan Kunik. Arrowroot. The research method used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a research conducted to determine the value of the independent variable, either one or more (independent) variables without making comparisons, or connecting one variable to another. The population in this study were all consumers who had purchased products in CV Cemilan Kunik Garut food products, while the samples taken were 68 people and the sampling was carried out using incidental sampling. Based on data processing using SPSS veri 20, the research instrument used in this study was declared valid because it had a value greater than the r table of 0.238 and reliable because it had a value greater than the Cronbach alpha value of 0.600. From the results of the correlation test, advertising has a strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.646 and a determination coefficient of 41.3% and the remaining 58.7% is influenced by other factors not examined, while the results of the product quality correlation test have a strong influence on purchasing decisions. r value of 0.634 and coefficient of determination of 43.3% and the remaining 56.7% influenced by other factors not examined. Then the results of the advertising correlation test and product quality have a very strong influence on purchasing decisions with an r value of 0.824 and a determination coefficient of 67.9% and the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract:
This research aims to test, analyse and explain the influence of corporate assets and Investment Opportnity Set to profit. The method used in this research is a descriptive method of verifiable with a quantitative approach that is sourced from financial statements and annual reports in various industry sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2018. Sampling techniques using the purposive sampling method. The Data obtained is analyzed by classical assumption test testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypotheses test using T test and F test. This research uses SPPS version 25 program to process data. The results showed that the company asset has significant effect on the profit and investment opportunity set has no effect on the quality of profit while simultaneously the company size and investment opportunity set does not affect the quality of profit

Abstract:
The role of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in a country's economic growth is considered important. SMEs have a large and crucial contribution to the Indonesian economy. MSMEs have an important role in development and economic growth. The role of SME is not only felt in developing countries but also in developed countries. In developed and developing countries, MSME is very important, because it absorbs the most labor compared to large businesses. The contribution of MSMEs to the formation or growth of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is greater than the contribution of large businesses. However, in reality the amount is inversely proportional to quality. Many MSME actors whose HR quality is still low, both in education and technology. The low quality of human resources has an impact on their productivity. This study aims to find out how the Development Strategy of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in the Manufacturing Industry Sector in Bekasi District. The use of the Location Quotient (LQ) method is used to find out what business bases can be used by MSMEs based on LQ analysis calculations. The use of TOWS analysts deepens the discussion of what and how MSME strategies compete. From the LQ analysis calculation results it appears that Bekasi Regency, the processed industry business sector, is a leading sector with an LQ index number > 1. As we know, Bekasi Regency's economic strength is indeed sourced from the industrial sector. Furthermore, the SME development strategy is based on the TOWS analysis, with the characters in each of the different MSMEs. The strategies used include: SO (Strength Opportunities), ST (Strength Threat) strategy, WO (Weakness Opportunites) strategy and WT (Weakness Threat) strategy.

Abstract:
Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku diperlukan untuk perusahaan untuk menjamin kelancaran bagian proses produksinya. PT. SEA merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam pembuatan Al-Quran. Sistem persediaaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan masih menggunakan intuisi, dengan melakukan pemesanan secara terpisah pada setiap jenis bahan baku apabila persediaan bahan baku di gudang mengalami kekurangan. Pemesanan bahan baku dilakukan tanpa mempertimbangkankan bahan baku lain yang berasal dari supplier yang sama. Yang mengakibatkan tingginya ongkos persediaan. Solusi yang tepat sesuai dengan masalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan model persediaan stokastik pada kasus joint replenishment. Metode ini menghasilkan interval waktu pemesanan yang dilakukan secara gabungan dan inventori maksimum untuk setiap jenis bahan baku. Frekuensi pemesanan yang dilakukan perusahaan berdasarkan data masa lalu dilakukan sebanyak 13 kali menjadi sebanyak 5 kali per tahun. Sehingga menghasilkan penghematan frekuensi waktu pemesanan sebesar 61,58%. kali. Sedangkan penghematan ongkos persedian dari awal adalah Rp 989.840.767,50 per tahun per tahun. Total ongkos persediaan dengan menggunakan hasil rancangan bernilai Rp 982.254.563,75 per tahun, menghemat sekitar Rp. 7.586.20375 pertahun atau turun sekitar 0,7%.
