The traditional equipment relocation mode has some problems, such as long relocation cycle, unstable equipment performance after relocation, affecting workshop production capacity and so on. Combined with the relocation project of cigarette machine equipment, using the PDCA cycle method, through the investigation and analysis of the previous relocation process in the factory, this paper formulates the equipment relocation plan, optimizes the equipment relocation process, improves the equipment testing and maintenance methods, realizes the improvement of relocation efficiency and relocation quality, and finally forms an equipment relocation management mode that is scientific, systematic, practical and wide applicability.

This article combines the actual situation of lightning protection and anti-static work of the newly renovated and expanded comprehensive energy station, take a multifunctional integrated energy station as an example, on the basis of lightning protection and anti-static protection of traditional gas stations, the lightning static risk existing in the comprehensive energy charging station is analyzed, put forward relevant preventive measures from multiple dimensions such as design and implementation, systematic risk management and control, operation and maintenance, training and drills, guarantee the safe operation of the integrated power station, have greater practical significance.

With rapid economic development, the socialization of the logistics service demand is increasing, and the traditional industry meets the bottleneck, so it is hard to meet the needs of the development of the society. In order to gain the initiative in the development in the future, the traditional industry has to make a self breakthrough to achieve the modern logistics industry transformation. Based on road freight industry and the relationship between the modern logistics industry as a starting point, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of road freight transportation industry to modern logistics industry, and on this basis, puts forward the countermeasures for the transformation of road freight transportation industry to modern logistics industry.

Supply chain governance with a “multi-objective criteria system” as its core can bring about systemic change and facilitate the transformation of agri-food systems towards sustainable development. In the context of the multiple challenges facing the food system, it is of great practical significance to summarize relevant experiences in a timely manner in order to achieve the 2030 sustainable development goals. In this paper, the network characteristics of coffee supply chain and its social, economic and environmental problems are analyzed based on Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations data. Taking the international coffee certification system as an example, it is found that the 2019 global trade network of green coffee beans belongs to the scale-free network, which is characterized by heterogeneity, imbalance and separation of production and marketing, and has faced problems such as unfair trade, blindly expanding planting area and leading to deforestation. In this paper, fair trade certification, 4C certification, UTZ certification and other international certification systems for coffee supply chain issues and related practical experience are introduced. Finally, it concludes that China should strengthen the monitoring of the effectiveness of the current certification system and encourage regions where conditions permit to explore the establishment of an environmental labelling system for agricultural products, and extensive food-health-environment education to achieve more effective food supply chain governance.

The quality of logistics service is a major criterion to measure the logistics industry. This article explores the correlation analysis between the factors affecting the quality of logistics service and the express business volume. Using reliability, economy, timeliness, flexibility, information availability, recommendation and praise as latent variables, the structural equation model of logistics service quality-express business volume is constructed. Five dimensions of logistics service quality and the correlation between customer satisfaction and express business volume are defined, and a distribution survey scale is designed. The entropy weight method is used to process the data, and the correlation and regression analysis are carried out on the processed survey data. The results show that flexibility and information availability are the key factors affecting the volume of express delivery business, thus providing reasonable suggestions for China’s logistics enterprises to improve service quality and increase the volume of express delivery business.

Modern enterprise competition can be said to be the competition between supply chains, so how to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain is very important. Only by sharing information with suppliers’ middle and downstream enterprises can the whole supply chain system be optimized to cut costs. This paper explores the game relationship of upstream and downstream information sharing in the supply chain, in order to find some basic rules and strategies, so that all the node companies in the supply chain can benefit from the overall optimization, so as to enhance competitiveness.

Taking the location problem of UAV logistics distribution center as the research object, combined with its location characteristics, an objective function containing fixed construction cost, storage and management cost, transportation cost and other cost elements is constructed, and a location model based on fast non dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-2 is established to solve the problem, revealing the relationship between Pareto optimal solutions of different objectives. Finally, taking Tianjin as an example to establish a UAV distribution network for epidemic prevention materials, the optimization scheme is given to verify the correctness of the model.

This paper considers epidemic prevention and anti-epidemic materials as the research object. Based on the relationship among epidemic prevention and control materials, support personnel, and assembly tools, the mathematical model of assembly materials was established with the shortest transportation time and full load as the objective function. An improved genetic algorithm proposed a practical algorithm for loading and scheduling assembly tools. The loading materials, personnel, and scheduling scheme were given through numerical simulation. It was of great significance for improving the scientific and timeliness of the assembly of anti-epidemic materials.

This paper introduces the classification, characteristics and development status of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad. It also analyzes the advantages of prefabricated buildings from the aspects of quality, construction period, energy conservation and environmental protection and construction cost, and studies the composition of driving factors for the future development of prefabricated buildings. In order to achieve the development goal of “carbon neutrality” and solve the problem of labor shortage, prefabricated construction is bound to have a larger share in the future construction industry and gradually occupy a leading position, and the cost of prefabricated construction is expected to further decline in the future.

As the basis of chemical experiment teaching, chemistry laboratory plays an important role in the training process of chemistry students. However, due to the variety of reagents used in chemical laboratories and the complex environment, it is difficult to avoid safety accidents. How to efficiently manage chemical laboratories and ensure the successful development of experimental courses under the limited resources has become the primary task of laboratory safety management in universities. Therefore, our laboratory refers to the management model of chemical laboratory in enterprises to optimize the management details of drug and gas storage, utilization of protective equipment and safety training. These measures ensure the successful development of experimental courses and support for the training of high-quality chemical professionals strongly.
