The purpose of this study was to develop Problem-Based Learning student worksheets on bioremediation material to facilitate students authentic problem solving skills. The development used a procedural development model called ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects in this study were Biology Students at Surabaya State University. Data collection used validation, observation, and test techniques. Student worksheets quality measurement obtained by a rating scale instrument in the form of a validation sheet. The developed teaching materials were in the form of Semester Learning Design, Unit Of Lectures, Student worksheets, and problem solving skills-based question for evaluation purposed. This developed teaching materials had been validated by experts, with scores of SLD 3.36, UOL scores 3.44, Student worksheets were 3.36 respectively. In addition, the average score of practicality and effectiveness in pre-test and post-test of the developed teaching materials were 4.00, 1.85, and 3.40 respectively. All the developed teaching materials were in very good qualifications. Based on data analyzed, it could be concluded that the developed student worksheets on bioremediation material was valid so that it can facilitate authentic problem solving skills in Biology Students at State University of Surabaya and is feasible to be used as a teaching learning materials

Biology Learning Media Course requires students to be able to produce biology learning media. In the previous recovery, students were less creative in producing media for Biology. So students are less able to create suitable media. During this time students do not have the right learning resources in exploring creativity. For this reason, the development of project-based learning based modules is carried out to provide appropriate learning resources and increase student creativity. The purpose of this study was to determine curriculum analysis for the development of media learning modules based on pjbl. Research is a research development using the 4D model at defined stage. Curriculum analysis data were obtained through descriptive analysis. The results showed that 9 materials needed development in the module including communication, learning media, classification of educational media, characteristics of students and their relation to the biology learning media, the role of media in achieving learning objectives, multimedia, photography and video shooting, designing, presenting and displaying, of biology media, media scenarios biology learning. It can be concluded that there are nine materials in developing a learning media module based on PjBL.

This research succeeded in creating a thin layer of SnO2 and SnO2: In+Al through a synthesis process with the sol-gel spin-coating technique on a glass substrate. The manufacture of this thin layer uses the basic material SnCl2.2H2O, and the doping material InCl3.4H2O and AlCl3. This thin layer is made with variations in doping concentration, number of layers, and heating temperature. The results of the synthesis of SnO2: In+Al films show that the thin film formed is more transparent when the doping concentration and the number of layers is increased. Meanwhile, the thin layer that forms is increasingly not transparent when heated at higher temperatures

This research develops a comic-based student worksheet to learn about feasibility, learning outcomes, and motivation of the student worksheet. The research was carried out using research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE development model. The implementation of this comic-based Student Worksheet uses a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Banda Aceh. The samples in this study were 57 students in the class of Abu Bakar Ash Siddiq and Zaid bin Thabit who were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection using validation tests, written tests, and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility test showed that the Developed Student Worksheet was included in the feasible category with an average score of assessments by experts and natural science teachers of 91.25% and 99.03%. Analysis of learning outcomes data using the t-test, obtained tcount>ttable (4.42> 2.01) shows that there are differences in the value of student learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes where the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class. Results of analysis Motivation of students tcount>ttable (15,53> 2,01) also shows the use of comic-based worksheets can increase students' learning motivation so that it can be concluded that the use of comic-based worksheets is feasible, it can improve student learning outcomes and motivation

This study aims to develop an interactive electronic student worksheet (eLKS) on electromagnetic induction material with a scientific approach using 3D PageFlip, Camtasia Studio 8, and Adobe Flash Professional CS6. The research design used is a research & development design with instructional design procedures that refer to the ADDIE stage as a fundamental process in developing learning resources. The revision process is carried out through formative revisions based on data obtained from an individual, small group, and field trials. The results of the validator assessment of the validity of electronic student worksheet products were analyzed with the Cohen's Kappa formula and obtained k = 1.00 (valid) for the material and k = 0.89 (valid) for the media. The results of the implementation to 177 students and Level 1 evaluations showed that students had a good perception of the content and the media of eLKS. They also perceive that they are involved or participate in learning using eLKS. Level 2 evaluation results that use the independent-sample t-test method to compare the average scores of students who learn using eLKS and who don't use eLKS, show that there are significant score differences for learning with eLKS (M = 73.87, SD = 22.56) and learning does not use eLKS (M = 27.73, SD = 15.51); t (54) = 10.51, p = 0.00 (two-tailed). The difference in the mean value of 46 (95% confidence level) is large (eta squared = 0.58).

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity of physics learning devices based on discovery learning models assisted by virtual laboratories. This type of research is research and development that refers to the 4-D development model. The 4-D development model consists of four steps namely, defining, designing, developing and disseminating. Learning tools developed in the form of syllabi, lesson plans, student worksheets, and evaluation instruments. This article only focuses on the process of testing the validity of learning tools by experts. The results of the analysis of the validity and reliability state the learning device is categorized as valid and can be used in physics learning.

A guided inquiry model is able to facilitate students to actively engage in discovering their own knowledge in learning, thereby it enhances the scientific reasoning skills of learners. This research aims to describe the influence of guided inquiry model on the vibration and wave material to the scientific reasoning ability of class VIII students in SMPN 1 Malang. This study uses mixed method type embedded experiments. The data were obtained from pretests and posttest values as well as observation results during the learning process. The quantitative data analysis using value skewness, paired sample t-test, N-gain value, and d-effect size. The qualitative data analysis is based on a description of the learning process through students’ worksheets and interview results. The results showed that the guided inquiry model provides positive effect on the scientific reasoning ability of the junior high school students in class VIII on the chapter of vibration and wave. Different tests with paired sample t-test showed significant difference between pretests and posttest values. Average N-gain of 0.808 with high category and d-effect size of 3.556 with very high category.
