Abstract:
This study aims to analyze farmers' perceptions of partnerships in the Pondok Kubang District. This research was conducted in Bengkulu Tengah Regency, for 5 months from June to October 2019. This type of research is survey research. In this study two types of data are used, namely, primary data obtained from respondents directly and secondary data, obtained from government agencies and related institutions. Measurement of farmers' perceptions and behavior is carried out using a Likert scale or assessment score. Based on the results of the study it was found that farmers 'perceptions of partnerships that have been established are classified as good, this can be seen from the acquisition scores obtained that farmers' perceptions about conformity of opinion with the core company are 75% of farmers answered Fairly Good with an Average Score of 9.75; farmers' perceptions of the socio-economic benefits of the partnership that have taken place are 75% of farmers answering Fairly Good with an Average Score of 10.50, and farmers' perceptions of information disclosure between partner farmers and core companies in the partnership are 100% of breeders answered Good with an average score of 12.25.

Abstract:
Crumb rubber auction is ones of business unit of KUD Berkat, this is the biggest income contribution to the KUD. This research tries to explain the mechanism and the process of lump rubber auction at KUD Berkat. The study was conducted from April to May 2017. Determination of respondents using census and lottery method with a total of 58 respondents. The mechanism and process of the auction were explained by descriptive qualitative analysis. The research shoed that the mechanism of lump rubber auction starting from rubber farmers to TPK (Cooperative Service Point) is then reported an auction was conducted at KUD Berkat. Abstract:
Wonosobo Regency is one of the maize producing districts in Central Java. The harvested area and maize production in Wonosobo Regency from 2015-2018 tended to decrease. Maize in Wonosobo is widely cultivated on dry land in the highlands. This study aims to analyze costs, income, efficiency and formulate strategies alternative for developing maize farming on dry land in Wonosobo Regency. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 45 sample farmers and Focus Group Discussions with key informants consisting of farmers, agriculture services, BAPPEDA, plantation and forestry services, maize traders, and consumers. Data analysis was performed by analysis of costs, income, and farm efficiency and SWOT analysis. The results showed that in I and II growing seasons, the cost of maize farming was IDR 3,936,072.00, revenue IDR 9,905,412.00, and income was IDR 5,969,340.00. R / C value of 2.51 shows that maize farming in Wonosobo Regency is efficient. Strategies alternative for developing maize farming are: (1) Increasing the quantity and quality of maize commodities by optimally utilizing government policy support, (2) Increasing production through expansion of maize planting land, (3) Expanding maize marketing, (4) Increasing farmer capital, (5) Development of location-specific seeds, and (6) Increasing the role of farmer groups in facing competition.

Abstract:
Indonesia is one of the world’s tourist destination countries because it has various types of interesting tourist objects that are spread from Sabang to Marauke. The development of tourism in Indonesia has a very significant impact on the country’s foreign exchange income. According to a report from parliament an increase in income to the country’s foreign exchange reached USD 15 million or as much as 203 trillion. From this increase the tourism sector came in second place after crude palm oil was in the first position in contributing to the largest trade division. This positive trend has a positive contribution because it has an impact on expanding employment, improving the community’s economy, spurring regional development, aspecially in areas with potential tourist attraction. One of them is Kotawaringin Barat Regency which has a veriety of tourism potential including Tanjung Putting National Park (TNTP), Coffee Tourism Village in Kumpai Batu Atas Village and others. Before the development of a coffee tourism village, coffee farmers in the village experienced various problems and constraints due to low process (20 thousand rupiah/ kilo) and minimal acces to market. This is what causes most people to turn to other communities. However, in 2017 coffee began to be developed by the local community towards the coffee tourism village so the price has increased to 300 thousand rupiah per kilo. In addition there has been an. increase in foreign and domestic tourist visitors. This study aims to determine and anayze the role of social capital (bonding, bridging, networking) tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS) in developing coffee tourism village in Kumpai Batu Atas village, Kotawaringin Barat Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology. By using snowball sampling techniques in determining informants. The results showed that stakeholders ranging from the private sector, government, media, NGOs and others had given attention to develop coffee tourism such as providing assistance, aquipment, finance, training and assistance. This enthusiasm was not matched by the function and role of the tourism awareness agroup. Due to lack of communication between members so this group has no activities. Even so one of the actors (memners of Pokdarwis) is committed to developing a coffee tourism village so that it can be well-known and have an impact on coffee farmers in the village of Kumpai Batu Atas.Kata Kunci : Modal Sosial, Pariwisata, Kopi Liberika, Kelompok Sadar Wisata

Abstract:
The objective of the research were to : (1) calculate and analyze the value added generated from the banana processing bussiness Sari Gizi Kamiso Karto in Curup Tengah Sub-District of Rejang Lebong Regency, (2) know and analyze the sustainability level of banana processing Bussiness Sari Gizi Kamiso Karto in Curup Tengah Sub-District Of Rejang Lebong Regency. The research were used primary data and secondary data. Data analysis included value added analysis with Hayami Method, to determine the sustainability of the bussiness conducted a descriptive study that can be seen from the ratio of added value, labor market and profit levels. The results showed that : (1) the amount of value added obtained from the production of banana ambon into pisang sale and pisang kepok became banana chips that were equal to Rp 37.625,52/kg and Rp.27.877,24/kg (2) based on calculations using Hayami Method by looking the indicators of bussiness sustainability on banana sale products and banana chips has a high level of bussiness sustainability.

Abstract:
The problem of development disparity between districts and cities in Bengkulu Province, as indicated by the relatively high and fluctuating Gini Index figures, meanwhile village funds received by the district government always increase from year to year. Therefore this study aims to find out how much influence village funds have on development disparities between districts in Bengkulu province. This study uses secondary data, obtained from the Central Statistics Bureau, the Ministry of Finance and other related institutions. The population in this study is Bengkulu Province, while the sample is all districts in Bengkulu Province, except Bengkulu City. The panel data regression results, the chosen model is Fixed Effect, where the Village Fund variable has a negative and significant influence on the level of disparity in development between districts in Bengkulu Province. The regression coefficient value is very small but influential in reducing development disparity (Gini Index). This is because the amount of village funds is very small given by the government and also the formulation of the distribution of village funds that are not pro to the poor population and many other factors that affect the development gap.Keywords: The fund village, development disparity

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the strategic plan implemented in the marketing of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency, and determine the priorities of the marketing strategy of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency. The basic method used in this research is descriptive, analytic and SWOT-AHP integration methods. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor that is the main strength is the quality of awake tempe chips, while the main weakness of the marketing of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is the lack of product innovation. The external factor that becomes the main opportunity of marketing tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is the demand for tempe chips from consumers is high, while the main threat to marketing tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is that competitors make tempe chips products more varied . The priority strategy that can be applied in the marketing of tempe chips at UMKM in Pedan District, Klaten Regency is to maintain the price of tempe chips to keep regular customers. Abstract:
Animo pelajar untuk bisa melanjutkan pendidikan ke tingkat perguruan tinggi saat ini sangatlah tinggi, salah satunya adalah program studi agribisnis. Hal ini tentu bertolak belakang dengan rendahnya minat pemuda untuk menjadi petani. Paper ini kemudian bertujuan untuk membahas tentang bagaimana pengetahuan, penilaian, dan persepsi pemuda terhadap agribisnis saat masih menjadi siswa SMA maupun ketika sudah menjadi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penelitiannya menggunakan survei. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 48 mahasiswa baru angkatan 2018 Program Studi Agribisnis, FPP UNDIP yang diambil dengan teknik convenience sampling. Data primer didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner (google form) pada tanggal 9-22 Desember 2018. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari studi pustaka. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan yang minim terkait program studi agribisnis ketika masih SMA, bahkan ada yang tidak tahu sama sekali. Setelah menjadi mahasiswa, responden memandang agribisnis sebagai program studi yang menarik karena memadukan berbagai macam disiplin ilmu secara bersamaan, yaitu sosial dan alam. Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan animo masyarakat terhadap program studi agribisnis sudah saatnya dilakukan sosialisasi secara massif. Opsi yang bisa diambil adalah sosialisasi dari pengelola program studi, bekerjasama dengan bimbel, atau memanfaatkan media seperti televisi dan media sosial.

Abstract:
Nowadays, land conversion become a problem for farmers, because its can cut off the farmers economy. The main problem due to agricultural land decrease is difficult to find another job or a new job. The purpose of this study are to analyze agricultural land use and farmers' livelihood strategies for land conversion in Karangrejo Village, Sumbersari Subdistrict, Jember District . This research is a qualitative study using purposive location determination method. Data collection methods in this study are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman. Abstract:
Optimalisasi areal lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit dapat dilakukan melalui Sistem Integrasi Sapi dan Kelapa Sawit (SISKA), dalam upaya peningkatan efisiensi dan produktivitas melalui keterpaduan sub sektor perkebunan dengan sub sektor peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kelompoktani dan aspek kelembagaan kelompok dalam mendukung program SISKA di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori kelembagaan dari Syahyuti. Analisis tentang peran kelompoktani sebagai kelas belajar, unit produksi dan wahana kerjasama serta aspek kelembagaan kelompoktani dilihat dari nilai, norma dan perilaku menggunakan skala likert; uji Korelasi Spearman untuk melihat hubungan antara peran dan aspek kelembagaan kelompoktani. Peran kelompoktani secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 3,49, sebagian besar anggota (69,60%) menjawab pada kategori cukup baik dan baik. Aspek kelembagaan berdasarkan nilai, norma dan perilaku pada kelompok tani SISKA secara keseluruhan termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 4,05. Korelasi pada sub variabel nilai, norma dan perilaku terhadap peran kelompoktani sebagai unit produksi merupakan korelasi searah kuat, menunjukkan bahwa nilai, norma dan perilaku dalam kelompoktani mempengaruhi, mendorong dan meningkatkan peran kelompok sebagai kelas belajar yang mendukung tingkat pengetahuan petani serta peran sebagai unit produksi.
