To reduce the crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government implemented an odd-even system for all vehicles in the city of Bogor at the end of the operation. Since the implementation of this policy, many opinions have been conveyed through social media. An analysis is needed to find out how effective the policy is based on public opinion. For this reason, an analysis of the sentiment application of the odd-even system for vehicles in the city of Bogor was carried out during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy, recall, and precision and calculate the amount of emotion obtained from sentiment analysis by using several algorithms for the application and application of selection features that can provide sentiment information related to the effectiveness of the software system in Bogor City. The research stages started from the selection of data, pre-processing, implementation, validation, and evaluation. Based on this research, it can be found that the Support Vector Machine algorithm with the application of Particle Swarm Optimization shows the results of the greatest assessment on the system sentiment analysis test in the city of Bogor during the pandemic with a value of 73.07%. In total, the sentiment of implementing the odd-even system to declare in Bogor City shows an expression of the joy of 45.45%.

Biomedical technology has now been widely adopted as a means of monitoring the human body in real-time. For example, to detect eye movement. In the medical world, eye movement can be used to determine the type of disease. With the application of human-machine interface (HMI) technology, eyeball movement can be developed in the robotics industry as robot navigation. For example, by moving the eyeball left and right, the robot can interpret the eye signal to move left and right. The interaction between the eyeball movement and the robot is of particular concern in this study. This study aimed to design a measuring instrument for eye movement detection using Electrooculography (EOG) techniques to move a wheeled robot. The EOG measuring instrument consisting of an instrument differential amplifier, a low pass filter, and a high pass filter has been applied in this research. The signal generator technique on EOG is carried out by placing electrodes on three sides of the face, namely forehead (G), left horizontal (H-), right horizontal (H +). The experimental results showed a significant difference between the left and right eye movement amplitude signals. This amplitude is used to classify the movement of the robot wheel towards the left and right. The process of sending robot signals and EOG measuring instruments uses Bluetooth HC-05 serial communication. Based on the research results, it is proven that the robot manages to move left and right according to the eyeball movement.

Unemployment is an economic problem that the central and regional governments must resolve comprehensively and integrated. The open unemployment rate in Pekalongan Regency in the last three years has increased. It is influenced by several factors, one of which is the population growth rate. Likewise, the labor force participation rate has increased. It shows that the increasing availability of the workforce is not accompanied by additional employment and is not proportional to population growth. This study aims to determine the level of open unemployment and labor force participation in the sub-district, whether there is a relationship and mutual influence between sub-districts in Pekalongan Regency. The method used to see the correlation between sub-districts is the spatial analysis method. The method used to analyze the correlation between regions is the Moran's Index and the Moran Scatterplot, while to prove the dependence or spatial effect between regions partially used the LISA test. The test results show the Moran Index for the open unemployment rate of 0,915 and the labor force participation rate of 0,737 with a significance level of 5%. This measurement value shows that the Moran index value is close to 1, which means autocorrelation between neighboring sub-districts on the open unemployment rate and the labor force participation rate. While the LISA test results show that there are seven spatially related H-H districts, meaning that there is a strong correlation between the observed sub-districts and the surrounding districts. The strong correlation between observation sub-districts and their surroundings can be used as a reference for making policies in overcoming open unemployment between sub-districts. The policy for handling open unemployment has become more comprehensive and integrated among sub-districts by seeing that each sub-district has a spatial correlation and affects open unemployment in the district.

The radio frequency spectrum constitutes a limited and strategic natural resource with high economic value, so it must be managed effectively and efficiently to obtain optimal benefits by observing national and international legal principles. Radio Community Broadcasting Institution uses limited frequency allocation in three channels, namely, in the frequency channels 202 (107.7 MHz), 203 (107.8 MHz), and 204 (107.9 MHz), with limited transmit power and area coverage. The problem in this research is the frequency overlap with other community radios in an area. The issue raised is whether it is possible to establish a new community radio in the Batang Regency area by paying attention to existing radios that have licenses in districts/cities that are in the area directly adjacent to Batang Regency by considering the limited allocation of radio frequency channels community, without the occurrence of radio frequency interference with other community radios. The purpose of this research is to solve these problems. It is necessary to have a policy in determining radio frequency users to get good quality radio broadcast reception. The method used is to analyze the frequency determination technique based on the interference analysis on other community broadcasters. By using the Radio Mobile Software for frequency repetition simulation, in this research, the results show that Batang FM Community Radio does not allow to get frequency channels for community radio operations. After all, it interferes with the Service Area of ​​Soneta FM Radio in Pekalongan City because it does not meet the requirements for determining the frequency channel = Eu> NF, namely the Nuisance Field (NF) value of 109.7 dB is greater than the Minimum Usable Field strength (Eu) of 66 dB. In comparison, Limpung FM Radio gets radio frequency on channel 203 (frequency 107.8 MHz) because it meets the requirements for determining the frequency channel = Eu> NF, namely the Minimum Usable Field strength (Eu) 66 dB greater than the Nuisance Field (NF) of 55.7 dB.

Not all mushrooms are edible because some are poisonous. The edible or poisonous mushrooms can be identified by paying attention to the morphological characteristics of mushrooms, such as shape, color, and texture. There is an issue: some poisonous mushrooms have morphological features that are very similar to edible mushrooms. It can lead to the misidentification of mushrooms. This work aims to recognize edible or poisonous mushrooms using a Deep Learning approach, typically Convolutional Neural Networks. Because the training process will take a long time, Transfer Learning was applied to accelerate the learning process. Transfer learning uses an existing model as a base model in our neural network by transferring information from the related domain. There are Four base models are used, namely MobileNets, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, and VGG19. Each base model will be subjected to several experimental scenarios, such as setting the different learning rate values for pre-training and fine-tuning. The results show that the Convolutional Neural Network with transfer learning method can recognize edible or poisonous mushrooms with more than 86% accuracy. Moreover, the best accuracy result is 92.19% obtained from the base model of MobileNetsV2 with a learning rate of 0,00001 at the pre-training stage and 0,0001 at the fine-tuning stage.

The culture in Indonesia is very diverse, one of which is traditional songs. However, knowledge of traditional songs is still small. Digital Games can spread knowledge about traditional songs, one of which is Central Javanese traditional songs. However, the Game that is made still has static difficulties, so the Game cannot follow the player's ability, resulting in the player feeling bored and not wanting to continue the Game. To generate dynamic difficulties, methods in artificial intelligence can be applied to Games, one of which is Fuzzy. So in this study proposed the application of dynamic difficulties using Fuzzy Logic in music Games / Rhythm Games. Fuzzy Logic is built based on mathematical values and represents uncertainty, where this logic imitates the human way of thinking. Fuzzy Logic can convert crisp input values into fuzzy sets by performing fuzzification. After the input value is converted, the input will be entered into the set of rules provided. Each rule produces a different output. After the process is complete, the output value will be converted back to the crisp output value. Based on the research conducted, it is found that Fuzzy Logic can be applied to music Games where the Game can follow the player's ability based on the given rules.

Saat ini, masih banyak pembeli yang menggunakan konsep penjualan offline, sehingga seringkali kita lihat antrian yang panjang di swalayan. Antrian tersebut dikarenakan lamanya seorang kasir untuk melakukan scan harga pada tiap-tiap produk yang terdapat pada keranjang belanjaan. Akan tetapi, masyarakat selalu mengeluh ketika melakukan proses pembelian di supermarket. Masyarakat menya-yangkan proses antrian yang begitu panjang ketika akan melakukan transaksi pembayaran di kasir. Hal ini mengakibatkan lamanya waktu menunggu semakin besar sesuai dengan panjangnya antrian tersebut. Sehingga, untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan internet of things yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah client dalam proses pembelian suatu produk. Perangkat atau kom-ponen internet of things sebagai modul internet adalah NodeMCU V2 AMICA. Metode pengukuran yang digunakan adalah Quality of Service dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Wireshark. Nilai throughput, packet loss, latency, dan jitter yang didapatkan adalah 2229 bit/s, 0% packet, 25,284 detik, 0,05 ms dengan kategori indeks throughput nol (bad) dan indeks empat untuk packet loss, latency, dan jitter.

Pemerintah indonesia sudah membuat undang undang dengan tujuan keselamatan dalam berkendara, namun sebagian masyarakat masih melanggarnya, terutama dalam mengenakan helm standar dan berkendara dalam kondisi lelah atau mengantuk. Hal ini perlu dikampanyekan untuk kesadaran masyarakat. Salah satu tren teknologi di era industri 4.0 adalah Internet of Things (IoT). Dalam artikel ini membahas pemanfaatan teknologi IoT untuk membantu keselamatan pengendara dalam upaya preventif dengan mendesain prototipe helm pintar. Helm ini mempunyai kepintaran untuk memaksa pengendara mengenakan helm dengan benar (helmet detection) dan mengingatkan pengendara bilamana mengantuk (drowsiness detection). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode experimental, menerapkan platform Firebase dan NodeMCU untuk menghadirkan konsep IoT dalam implementasi fungsionalitas helm pintar tersebut. Accelerometer MPU6050 digunakan untuk drowsiness detection dan untuk helmet detection menggunakan flex sensor disertai switch untuk memastikan sabuk helm sudah dikenakan dengan baik. Aktuator dari deteksi helm adalah relay (kontak ke engine motor), sedangkan aktuator deteksi kantuk adalah buzzer (suara beep). Dua fungsionalitas helm pintar ini berjalan dengan baik. Adapun nilai akurasi untuk deteksi kantuk adalah 78% dan untuk deteksi helm 100%.

The increasing number of cars that have been released to the market makes it more difficult for buyer to choose the choice of car that fits with their desired criteria such as transmission, number of kilometers, fuel type, and the year the car was made. The method that is suitable in determining the criteria desired by the community is the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN). This method is used to find the lowest distance from each data in a car with the criteria desired by the buyer. Euclidean, Manhattan, and Minkowski distance are used for measuring the distance. For supporting the selection of cars, we need an automatic data col-lection method by using web crawling in which the system can retrieve car data from several ecommerce websites. With the construction of the car search system, the system can help the buyer in choosing a car and Euclidean distance has the best accuracy of 94.40%.

Sejak Pemerintah memberlakukan Danau Toba sebagai Kawasan Strategis Nasional (KSN), pen-ingkatan kebutuhan listrik yang berasal dari rumah tangga, komersil, publik dan industri harus diselaraskan dengan ketersediaan listrik yang mencukupi. Kekurangan dari ketersediaan listrik akan men-jadi kendala ataupun merugikan masyarakat sekitar Danau Toba baikpun dari Pemerintahan itu sendiri. Prakiraan Kebutuhan Listrik Kabupaten Simalungun yang efisien untuk tahun 2018 - 2022 merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Berdasarkan data PT. PLN (Persero) wilayah Sumatera Utara, area Kota Parapat Kabupaten Simalungun, total konsumsi energi listrik tahun 2017 telah mencapai 22.311.374 kWh. Kabu-paten Simalungun memiliki banyak potensi dari berbagai sektor, terutama pariwisatanya, terutama ada kawasan Danau Toba. Dari data diatas menuntut para pengembang usaha dan pemerintah untuk menjaga kontinuitas pasokan energi listrik. Permasalahan tentang listrik akan timbul bila terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara energi listrik yang dihasilkan dengan yang diminta oleh pelanggan. Dengan menggunakan metode ekonometrik yang memperhitungkan pengaruh Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), kapasitas mam-pu, rasio elektrifikasi, dapat diketahui jumlah konsumsi energi listrik pada tahun yang akan datang. Ber-dasarkan hasil perhitungan peramalan beban listrik pada tahun 2022, jumlah konsumsi energi listrik telah mencapai 46.149.759,6069 KWh yang meningkat sekitar 106, 84 % dari tahun 2017 yang berasal dariem-pat jenis pelanggan, yaitu rumah tangga, komersil, publik dan industri.
