Abstract:
Mini purse seiner are the dominant vessels were operating in Tegal Regency and the number of these vessels have been increasing. These vessels at Larangan fishing port consist of 44 vessels of <10 GT and 37 vessels of ≥10 GT. Working activities on vessels <10 GT requiring 10 crew members, while vessels of ≥10 GT needs 15-20 crew members. Work accidents above the deck of the vessels have a high accident rate and are closely related to the value of theworking area. This research was intended with the aim of identifying activities and working area needs on the vessel by identifying the area of the used working area and formulating the adequacy of the work area for fishing activities. The sampling technique using a accidental sampling method with total sample is two to vessels <10 GT and three to vessels ≥10 GT . The data processing using mathematical calculations. Data analysis used descriptive analysis metode. The results of this study showed that the value of working area of vessels when setting conditions still far from sufficient area value. This conditions occurred because all crew gather in the same area when setting steps was conducted. The area mentioned which is on the left side of the ship when lowering the fishing gear, this will certainly increase the risk of work accidents.

Abstract:
Aquaculture with the Recirculation Aquaculture System (RAS) is a unique engineered ecosystem that minimizes environmental disturbances by reducing the discharge of nutrient pollution through reuse of water used in fish farming. This activity was conducted at LP2IL Serang field test facility starting in June-November 2020. In this test, the RAS system used for growing of sand lobster uses the stages of purification: sedimentation, physical filtration, biological filtration, water disinfection with UV irradiation, removal of CO2, clean water reservoirs and sand lobster rearing tanks. Water quality parameters tested: a) physics: DO, pH, temperature and salinity are measured every day; b) chemistry: ammonia (TAN and UIA), nitrite, nitrate and phosphate are measured every two weeks. If from the UIA value calculation, the value is above the quality standard (> 0.05 mg / L) then added molasses (26.02% organic C) with a concentration of 64 gr / gr TAN; c) microbiology: total bacteria and Vibrio sp. counting. From the results of this study it is known that RAS can maintain stable water quality for a relatively long time. High availability of organic matter (from leftover feed, feces and addition of molasses) can promote the growth of nitrifying bacteria. The "maturation" of the nitrifying bacteria in the biofilter compartment takes about 6 weeks. These bacteria are able to reduce levels of ammonium nitrogen, where the accumulation of nitrate nitrogen (NO3-) which is produced from the overhaul of nitrite nitrogen (NO2-) by nitrifying bacteria, is a signal that the maturation process of nitrifying bacteria has been achieved. The nitrification process consumes alkalis, hence lowers the pH value in the water, besides it also consumes a large amount of oxygen. The low number of bacteria and vibrio in the RAS system was affected by the use of a UV-sterilizer with a wavelength of 254 nm.

Abstract:
The high cost of commercial feed is a problem that many fish farmers face which results in lower profits. Therefore, it needs additional feed others with a relatively cheap price, but do not inhibit the growth of fish to harvest.Tofu waste which has crude protein of 21.66% so that it can meet the nutritional needs of fish, but tofu waste also has crude fiber of 20.26% so that tofu waste needs to be fermented with probiotics because probiotics can break down undigested components and increase digestibility so that the use of feed become more efficient and growth becomes more optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tofu waste fermented with probiotics as additional feed to increase growth in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This research was conducted in September – October 2020. This study used two treatments, namely P0: Control (commercial feed) and P1: the use of 50% commercial feed and 50% additional feed in the form of tofu waste fermented with probiotics.Parameters observed were growth, feed efficiency, and survival of tilapia. The results showed that the P0 treatment resulted in absolute length and absolute weight growth of 0.76 cm and 0.64 g, respectively, feed efficiency 43.43%, and tilapia survival of 88%, while P1 resulted in absolute length growth and absolute weights were 1.11 cm and 1.3 g, respectively, feed efficiency was 82.12%, and tilapia survival was 84%.

Abstract:
In the Tegal Regency area, there are two capture fisheries centers, namely Larangan Fish Auction Place in Munjungagung Village and Suradadi Fish Auction Place in Suradadi Village. This study aims to analyze the NP/P ratio and analysis of the Relative Production Value Index of capture fisheries products. The method used in this research is a case study method which is carried out on the marketing aspects of the caught fish landed at the Larangan Fish Auction Place and at the Suradadi Fish Auction Place, Tegal Regency. The calculation of the NP/P ratio and the Relative Production Value Index were carried out as the basis for analyzing the data. The results of the analysis showed that the Larangan Fish Auction Place in general experienced an increase, namely an average production growth of 15.30% and an average production value of 10.86%. Meanwhile, Suradadi Fish Auction Place experienced a decrease, namely the average production growth and production value were 5.71% and 6.09%, respectively. Calculation of NP/P Ratio and Relative Value Index of Capture Fisheries Production in Tegal Regency resulted in the Larangan Fish Auction Places NP/N Ratio is Rp. 8,843.60 and the average Production Value Relative Index is 1.17. While the Suradadi Fish Auction Place the average NP/N ratio is Rp. 4,637.34 and the average Production Value Relative Index is 0.62. The Larangan Fish Auction Place has a better marketing quality than the Tegal Regency level, while the Suradadi Fish Auction Place has a less good marketing quality than the Tegal Regency level.

Abstract:
PT. X-North Jakarta produces Frozen Loin Tuna. The problem faced is the low value of yields that do not meet the company's standards. The purpose of the study is to (i) know the flow of the process of processing frozen loin tuna. (ii) understanding the quality of frozen loin tuna (iii) implementing kaizen using the fishbone method or a fish bone diagram (iv) understanding corrective actions for increasing yield and productivity (v) intervening in increasing yield and productivity (vi) calculating the estimated profit after interventionThe research was conducted from March to June 2021 at PT. X-North Jakarta. The method used is observation, with the type of data taken being primary and secondary data. Analysis of the Kaizen method obtained results showing that low yields were caused by several factors ranging from humans, methods, raw materials, and machines. After conducting an observation analysis of the yield value, it was found that the standard yield can be increased by 3% in tuna at a size of 20–50 kg, namely from the yield value of 49% can be increased to 52% and the size of 10–20 kg, the yield value of 48% can be increased to 51%. Profits can increase by Rp. 96,000/40 kg of raw materials with a 3% increase in size from 20 kg to 40 kg, and profits can increase by as much as Rp. 2,790,000,000/620,000 kg of raw materials if calculated over a time cycle (years). Improvements will occur if there is supervision and discipline of employees, equipment maintenance, and a need to carefully choose raw material.

Abstract:
Humpback grouper Chromileptes altivelis is a marine fish that lives in tropical waters, especially in Indonesia. This fish has a high economic value and is the most expensive type of grouper in Indonesia. It can be used as ornamental fish or raised for consumption. Hatchery activities were started from brood rearing to produce productive broodstock, proper broodstock selection, multivitamin administration, and good environmental management. Humpback grouper was spawned en masse with a male to female ratio of 1:2. Fecundity of 1 female humpback grouper >300,000 eggs with a rematuration period of 20-30 days. Spawning using natural techniques accompanied by environmental manipulation, fish spawn for seven days during the dark moon. The number of eggs obtained was 560,000-2,000,000 eggs, with fertilization rate was 30-60%, and the hatching rate was 65-88%. The eggs that hatch into larvae were stocked with a density of 15-25 L-1. The larvae were transferred to a seed container at a size of 2-3 cm with a maintenance period of 40-45 days. Feeding at satiation using pellets measuring 1.1-2.0 mm with a protein content of 52-54% and 9-12% fat. Seeds were harvested at the age of 60 days when they reached a size of 5-6 cm, the survival rate was 3-5%.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine public perceptions regarding the management of mangrove tourism areas in Pante Deere Village, Kabola District, Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The research method used is the Likert scale. The results of the research regarding the benefits or benefits obtained related to the existence of mangrove forest areas, 81% of respondents stated strongly agree; 4% agree; 4% Neutral; 5% Disagree and 6% strongly Disagree; Furthermore, mangrove tourism has an effect on people's income or economy, 74% of respondents and 10% stated strongly agree and agree, while 10% are neutral, while 6% and 5% disagree and strongly disagree; then related to the need for improvement or improvement of the quality of mangrove tourism assets, 86% of respondents stated strongly agree; 9% agree; 5% Neutral; Meanwhile, to give sanctions to anyone who takes/cut down Mangrove trees in the Mangrove Forest Tourism area, it turns out that the majority or 100% of respondents stated that they strongly agreed.

Abstract:
Research was conducted from March to May 2020 at Bandengan Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency, West Java. Bandengan Village is a village located on the outskirts of the panatai with the majority of the population being fishermen. The fishing gear used by the fishermen of Bandengan Village includes rampus nets (Bottom Gill Net). Based on the results of the financial analysis including business income analysis, revenue and cost balance analysis, business feasibility analysis, net present value, internal rate of return (IRR) and payback period, the analysis of business income was obtained Rp. 22,346,000, - income and cost balance analysis 1.79, business feasibility analysis with Net Benefit 2.92, with a discount rate of 13%, the value of the catch in years 1 to 10 is Rp. 50,736. 000, -, at the end of the fifth year the remaining machine value is Rp. 1,000,000, -, and at the end of the project value of Rp. 9.500.000, -, consisting of boats Rp. Rp. 2,500,000, -, rampus fishing gear of Rp. 500,000, -, and a machine of Rp. 1,000,000, -, in order to obtain a Net Present Value of Rp. 125,798,041, -, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) 47.46% and pay back period of 2.86 years. Thus, the use of rampus net fishing gear in Bandengan Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency is feasible to be developed, in addition to the higher quality catch, it is also included in environmentally friendly fishing gear.

Abstract:
Turtles are marine reptiles that are protected because of their endangered population. The Convention on International Trade in Endangered of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES) stipulates seven species of sea turtles in the world into Appendix I as endangered, protected and not exploited in any form. The number of hatchlings that managed to reach the sea is currently difficult to know, one method that can be used to detect the presence of hatchlings in nature is by using the acoustic method. This study aims to analyze the backscatter characteristics of the turtle hatchlings and to determine the relationship between backscattering and body length of the turtle hatchlings. The benefits of this research are expected to be able to provide information about the value of backscatter and the relationship to the body length of hatchlings that can be used as a basis for estimating the stock or abundance of hatchlings in nature. This research was conducted in the waters of the Tapak Padri pond, Bengkulu City. The research implementation takes about 3 months, from August to October 2020. Acoustic data processing is carried out at the Marine Acoustic and Resource Exploration Laboratory, Marine Department, FMIPA, Sriwijaya University, Palembang. The results obtained are that the average value of TS ranges from -52.74 to -48.45 dB for hatchlings length of 7-9.3 cm. Based on the regression equation, the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained is 0.57, so it is known that the total length affects the target strength value by 57% and 43% is influenced by other factors. it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the total length of the hatchlings with the TS value of the hatchlings or the total length has an influence on the magnitude of the TS value in the hatchlings.

Abstract:
One of the capture fisheries activities in Tengkolak, Sukakerta Village, West Cilamaya District, Karawang Regency, West Java Province is using the stationery lift nett. The operation of the stationery lift nett itself cannot be separated from fishing aids that use light to attract the fish that are phototaxis positive. The purpose of this study was to determine the composition of the catch and to determine the number of catches based on the stationery lift nett in the waters of Karawang Regency. The benefits of this research can provide benefits to the lift net fishermen in the waters of Karawang Regency and become a reference for policy makers in the local area. Research data collection was carried out on a stationery lift nett operating in the waters of Karawang Regency, West Java. The implementation of the research stationery lift nett in March – May 2021. Sampling was carried out randomly every day based on ships that carried out fishing operations for 38 days, by collecting data on catches directly in the field, both the same and different fishing gear. It was obtained during the research that the fish caught in the stationery lift nett consisted of 9 fish speciess, consisting of anchovies, squid, acetes, sea-pike, dorab wolf, ninis, pony fishes, semadar and yellow-strips trevally. The catch was dominated by rebon (9,650 kg/45.34 %), while the highest frequency of occurrence was anchovy (100%).

Abstract:
ABSTRACT Turtles are reptiles that live in the sea and are able to migrate over long distances along the Indian Ocean, Pacific Ocean and Southeast Asia. Currently the number of turtle populations in nature has greatly decreased. This population decline is caused by natural factors and human activities that endanger the population directly or indirectly. At this time the tagging set technique (ID tag code) is a method that is often used to detect the presence of turtles by attaching tags to female turtles who are landing to lay eggs on the beach or while in captivity or the discovery of the mother turtle by fishermen. One other method that can be used to detect the presence of turtles is to use the acoustic method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of the acoustic backscattering energy of the green turtle (Chelonia mydes) and to analyze the relationship between target strength and total body length of the green turtle (Chelonia mydas). This research was conducted in the Tapak Paderi waters pond, Bengkulu City, in August-October 2020. The average target strength (TS) value for green turtles was -48.07 dB. Based on the regression equation, the value of determination (R2) obtained is 0.78. Where this value shows that the total length of the green turtle has an effect of 78% on the average target strength (TS) value, while for 22% it is caused by other factors such as body shape, environmental factors and other factors. Based on the ANOVA test, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the total length and the value of the target strength (TS) on the green turtle or the value of the total length has an influence on the value of the target strength (TS) on the green turtle.

Abstract:
The fishing port has a function as a place for marketing and distribution of fish. Along with the increasing demand for fishery commodities, it is necessary to study the distribution of catches for the realization of the capture fisheries business. This study aims to examine the marketing distribution of catches at fishing ports in Central Java based on market aspects and marketing actors. The research method is a survey method by observing and assessing factors related to the marketing distribution of the catch. The analysis was carried out in a comparative descriptive manner through the presentation of distribution maps and tables. The results showed that the distribution of catches on the north coast of Central Java based on market aspects includes local and regional markets. Distribution of catches based on marketing actors found three patterns. The first pattern of distribution is from fishermen to the Fish Auction Place (TPI) then the collectors/basket traders continue to wholesalers, retailers and consumers. The second pattern is almost the same as the first pattern, except that fish from collectors after being processed or preserved is then continued to retailers and then sold to consumers. The third pattern is the catch from fishermen directly to retailers and then to consumers.

Abstract:
Crayfish (Portunus pelagicus) is the leading export commodity of Indonesian fishermen. The increasing demand for exports and high selling prices have made fishermen at the Bondet Beach Fishing Port, Cirebon Regency, use garok crabs to maximize their catch. The purpose of this study was to identify tool specifications, catch yields, selectivity and productivity of garok crab fishing gear operated at the Bondet Coastal Fishery Port, Cirebon Regency, West Java. The research was carried out in April – June 2021. The method used was a case study method with quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the specifications of the tools and catches taken by interviewing fishermen. The results showed that the crab claws were included in the dredge gear category. Its components consist of body mouth, garok, frame, nets, and ropes of various sizes. The main catch of garok crab in Cirebon Regency consists of small crab (Portunus pelagicus), and by-catch in the form of shellfish, shrimp, cuttlefish, and demersal fish, with a total of 14 species. This tool is classified as non-selective because of the small size of the bag mesh construction (30 mm) so that this tool catches many species with large and small size fish caught. The average catch obtained from 5 trips was 23.8 kg, with the lowest catch on the 2nd trip, which was 19.7 kg and the highest on the 5th trip, which was 31.3 kg, while the average sweep area was 0.0040 km2 with an average productivity of 3.97 kg/hour and the highest catch rate value was obtained on the 5th trip, which was 5.21 kg/hour, while the lowest catch rate was found on the second trip, which was 3.28 kg/hour.

Abstract:
Bondet Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) is located in Cirebon Regency, which is adjacent to Grogol Village, Gunung Jati District, Cirebon Regency, where Grogol Village is one of the villages as a center for fishing fishermen with fishing gear mostly rampus nets. The rampus net (bottom gill net) is one of the fishing gear that can generate a source of income for fishermen in Grogol Village, Gunungjati District, Cirebon Regency which can be operated and produce fish almost every month. The purpose of this study is to explain the welfare of fishermen which can be analyzed in terms of income and expenditure. Bottom gill net fishermen. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This study uses a survey technique, which is a way of collecting data from a number of units or individuals at the same time. The data obtained were analyzed through financial analysis of the fishing business using rampus nets at the Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) Bondet, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that there was income inequality among Bottom Gill Net fishermen in Grogol village with a Gini coefficient value (inequality) of 0.24. Based on welfare indicators, according to BPS and the results of the summation of scores, it is known that bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village have a high level of welfare (scores 20-24) with a total score of 23, and based on statistical analysis using NTN, the NTN value for bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village is equal to 9,6 %, where NTN > 1, it can be stated that all Bottom Gill Net fishermen respondents are prosperous. There is no difference in the final result of the level of welfare according to BPS and NTN.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kerapatan seedling (semai), sapling (pancang), pohon dan tingkat regenerasi ekosistem mangrove di Perairan Sei Jang Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Agustus 2019 . Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga stasiun yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan keberadaan ekosistem mangrove di Perairan Sei Jang Kota Tanjungpinang. Setiap stasiun dilakukan pengambilan data sebanyak 3 plot, dengan ukuran plot 10x10m untuk pohon, plot berukuran 5x5m untuk sapling dan 2x2 m untuk sub plot seedling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan empat jenis mangrove yaitu Bruguiera gymnorhiza, Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata dan Ceriops tagal. Nilai kerapatan pada stasiun 1 untuk pohon 1.033 ind/ha, sapling 3.200 ind/ha, seedling 30.000 ind/ha, pada stasiun 2 untuk pohon 933 ind/ha, sapling 2.667 ind/ha dan seedling 22.500 ind/ha dan pada stasiun 3 untuk pohon 1.333 ind/ha, sapling 3.333 ind/ha dan seedling 38.333 ind/ha. Tingkat regenersi mangrove pada semua stasiun pengamatan tergolong baik.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the Catch Per Unit Effort (CPUE) and Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) from the catch of trammel net fishing gear by fishermen in Indramayu Regency, West Java. The research method used is descriptive method, which is a method to create a systematic, factual and accurate description of the facts, characteristics and relationships of environmental factors or phenomena being studied. Data analysis was carried out on the catch and catch effort in the last 5 years (2011-2015) on trammel net fishing gear. Trammel net fishing gear is environmentally friendly fishing gear and is an effective fishing tool in fishing productivity with the composition of the catch consisting of the main catch is tiger shrimp (Penaeus monodon) and bycatch such as tigawaja fish (Johnius belangeri), petek Leiognathus bindus) and layur (Trichyurus haumela). The highest annual productivity of trammel net fishing gear during 2011-2015 occurred in 2011 and 2014 at 0.018 tons / trip and the lowest productivity occurred in 2015 at 0.013 tons / trip, and the maximum sustainable catch or MSY in Indramayu Regency was 32147, 1 ton / year, with an estimated optimum fishing effort of 103516.67 trips for one year and R2 of 0.2977. The highest annual productivity of trammel net fishing gear during 2011-2015 occurred in 2011 and 2014 at 0.018 tons / trip and the lowest productivity occurred in 2015 at 0.013 tons / trip, and the maximum sustainable catch or MSY in Indramayu Regency was 32147, 1 ton / year, with an estimated optimum fishing effort of 103516.67 trips for one year and R2 of 0.2977.

Abstract:
Mangrove are plants that can survive in extreme areas with high salinity levels and have an important role for marine organisms. Mangrove are also a parameters that can absorb carbon much higher than other forest types. The purpose of this research was to observe mangrove community structures. This research was conducted from February to March 2020 in the mangrove ecosystem of Setapuk Besar Village. This research was conducted using purposive sampling method which is based on different environmental hues. The results showed that there were 4 types, namely Avicennia marina, Avicennia lanata, Rhizopora stylosa and Rhizopora mucronata. Species of A. marina at tree level have a density value of 66.55 Ind / ha and an Importance Value Index of 300%. Type A. marina at seedling level has a density value of 6266.66 Ind / Ha and an Importance Value Index of 200%. Seedling rate: The highest Importance Value Index for R. stylosa was 127.53%

Abstract:
Textile dye is a material that has a negative effect on environmental quality, one of the textile dyes is violet crystal. Biodegradation is one of the methods that used in waste treatment and can take advantage of microbial activity to degrade waste. Mangroves are ecosystems that are found along coastal waters in tropical and subtropical areas. Microorganisms such as bacteria are able to live and develop in mangrove roots. This study aims to isolate and identify the bacteria that live on mangrove roots morphologically and are able get degrade textile dyes. This research was conducted using experimental laboratory methods. Samples were isolated from mangrove roots obtained in Wonorejo Surabaya sterilely. The process of isolation and verification of bacterial morphology was carried out at the Microbiology Laboratory of Hang Tuah University, Surabaya. The method of isolation was carried out using the spread method, and the purification of the bacteria was carried out using the streak method. The results obtained 10 bacterial isolates from the results of isolation and morphological examination, while 2 isolates were able to degrade the violet crystal textile dye, called AB.1.2 and AB.1.5 which were indicated by the presence of clear zones.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the level of income of swimming crab catches and other side catches carried out by portable traps fishermen in Waruduwur Village, Cirebon Regency, as well as to know the factors of production costs that affect the acquisition of production volume of portable traps catches. This research uses methodology descriptively with surveys. Respondents were as many as 10 (ten) bubu folding fishermen who used boats with a size < 5 GT. The average income level of swimming crabs fishing business for ten respondents of portable traps fishermen folded in ten arrest trips amounting to Rp. 4,354,420.00 with an average operating cost value of Rp 2,302,110.00 and an average profit value of Rp 2,052,310.00. The amount of average value of income does not guarantee the amount of profit achieved, given the difference in the amount of operating costs at sea. Factors of production costs that affect the acquisition of production volumes of swimming crabs catches are oil, diesel (BBM) and Supplies. With details of the percentage of oil 3.72 % of Rp 82,500.00, then diesel 26.39% amounted to Rp 594,000.00, and supplies of 69.89% was Rp.1,625,610.00, so the most dominant production costs influenced the acquisition of the volume of swimming crabs catches in a row were marine supplies, diesel and oil.

Abstract:
The microcontroller is one technology that is developing so rapidly with various types and functions, one of which is Arduino Uno which can be used as a microcontroller for various functions in the field of electronics technology. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Ocean Engineering Modeling, Marine and Fisheries Polytechnic of Karawang in March-June 2020. The purpose of this study was to create a microcontroller-based sea surface wind speed measuring instrument. Based on the results of the acquisition of wind data using a fan simulation and natural wind gusts with different wind speeds in the field show a significant tool response. The results of the comparison of data recording between the results of research with the existing wind speed measuring instrument show that there is an average tool error of 3.24%, a relative error of 3.78%, and an instrument accuracy rate of 96.76%. Thus it can be said that the ability of the tool is able to record wind data with high accuracy.

Abstract:
Currently, most food products circulating in the community are processed using additives, both natural and synthetic. One of the potential food ingredients that can be used as a natural flavor enhancer from fishery raw materials is long jawed mackerel (Rastrelliger spp). The purpose of this study was to studied preliminary research on the use of long jawed mackerel as an alternative material for natural non-MSG flavorings to replace synthetic flavors with a fisheries bioeconomic approach. The procedure in this study consisted of several steps, namely the manufacture of natural flavorings from long jawed mackerel, calculation of fish yield, analysis of water content and salt content (NaCl). Based on the research results, the processing stages of non-MSG natural flavoring made from long jawed mackerel fish include the process of selecting raw materials, washing I, filling, washing II, refining I, weighing I, drying, refining II, sifting, weighing II and packaging. The amount of long jawed mackerel yield that can be used as the main raw material for the manufacture of natural non-MSG flavorings is 53% with the final weight of flavoring powder produced is 440 grams. The chemical analysis test of the long jawed mackerel flavoring was carried out 2 repetitions and the results of the water content test were 5.35% (has not met the SNI quality requirements), while the analysis of salt content (NaCl) on the long jawed mackerel flavoring has met the SNI quality requirements with a value of 12.09%. Bioeconomic analysis of fisheries is by calculating production costs and depreciation costs incurred during the processing of flavorings from long jawed mackerel. Based on the analysis, one production time produces 88 pcs of flavoring fish meat with a cost of production of Rp. 1,496 per pcs.

Abstract:
Tembakul or mudskipper has the ability to adapt the condition of tidal area trough walking on the mud. The purpose of this research, wich held on February – March 2019 at Pasir Village Mempawah Regency, are to found out the species of tembakul on that area, with its abundance and the characteristic of its habitat. Sample taken from 3 sampling sites wich determinated by purposive method with the help of net for caught tool. The result of this research found 3 species of mudskipper, i.e Boleophthalmus boddarti, Periophthalmus schlosseri and P. chrysospilos. P. Schlosseri had the highest abundance (0,82 Ind/m²), followed by B. Boddarti 0,74 Ind/m² and P. Chrysospilos (0,52 Ind/m²). Site I had the highest abundance of mudskippers (0,94 Ind/m²), while site II was the lowest (0,53 Ind/m²). Based on the regression analysis of enviromental actors of its habitat, salinity had the big impact for mudskipper.

Abstract:
Seven isolates of endophytic fungi from sarang semut plant (Hydnophytum formicarum) was observed for their antibacterial activity. This study aimed to determine the culture period of sarang semut endophytic fungi that has the best antibacterial activity. Screening of endophytic fungi resulted that RS1A isolate showed the widest zone of inhibition, which was 4.7 mm against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The highest antibacterial activity of RS1A was shown by the extracts from static culture harvested on day 21. Zone of inhibition against Escherichia coli was 10 mm at a concentration of 2 mg/well and 7 mm at a concentration of 1 mg/well, while zone of inhibition against Bacillus subtilis was 7 mm and 6 mm, respectively.

Abstract:
Pelabuhan perikanan merupakan merupakan basis utama dalam kegiatan industri perikanan tangkap. Pelabuhan perikanan pantai Eretan merupakan pelabuhan perikanan tipe C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aktivitas operasional dan mengetahui tingkat kinerja operasional PPP Eretan Indramayu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survei dan metode purposive sampling untuk metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui aktivitas PPP Eretan Indramayu dan metode pembobotan/scoring method untuk mengetahui kinerja operasional PPP Eretan Indramayu. Aktifitas kunjungan kapal dan pendaratan ikan menunjukan bahwa jumlah kunjungan kapal dan jumlah produksi ikan dan produksi es mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2016. Sedangkan jumlah air bersih dan jumlah BBM yang disalurkan meningkat pada tahun 2015 namun mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2016. Hasil dari wawancara kepuasan nelayan menyatakan bahwa lebih dari 80% responden merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang ada di PPP Eretan Indramayu. Hasil scoring method diperoleh bahwa kinerja operasional PPP Eretan Indramayu selama 5 tahun dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2016 dikatakan cukup baik dengan nilai riil jumlah skor yaitu 3,04.

Abstract:
Kabupaten Cirebon adalah wilayah di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang memiliki wilayah laut dengan potensi perikanan tangkap dengan panjang garis pantai 54 km2.Desa Gebang Mekar merupakan desa dengan penduduk hampir 90% berpenghasilan dari hasil perikanan.Salah satunya dengan melakukan usaha penangkapan Bubu Lipat (fishing basket).Alat tangkap bubu memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi analisa usaha hasil tangkapan perikanan laut.Keberhasilan hasil usaha alat tangkap bubu lipat dilihat dari aspek finansial.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Komposisi hasil tangkapan yang didapatkan selama penelitian yaitu : Rajungan,Ikan, Udang, Balakutak. Total hasil penangkapan selama penelitian adalah sebanyak 675 ekor. Hasil tangkapan terbanyak adalah rajungan sebanyak 368 ekor. Hasil tangkapan utama selama penelitian adalah rajungan, dan hasil tangkapan sampingan yaitu : ikan, udang, balakutak. Data hasil tangkapan yang dihasilkan yaitu hasil tangkapan utama 55% dan hasil tangkapan sampingan 45%.

Abstract:
Chlorella vulgaris termasuk salah satu jenis fitoplankton dalam kelas Chlorophyceae (alga hijau) yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai suplemen maupun sumber obat alami yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan. Untuk memaksimalkan pertumbuhan dan senyawa bioaktif C.vulgaris yang dapat menghasilkan biomassa dan metabolit sekunder yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan membutuhkan sumber cahaya buatan terbaik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan dan golongan senyawa aktif ekstrak kasar mikroalga C.vulgaris yang dikultivasi pada sumber cahaya yang berbeda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental, sedangkan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap Faktorial terdiri atas 6 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuannya adalah sumber cahaya neon (32 watt) yang ditambahkan dengan LED Merah, LED Hijau dan LED Biru masing-masing 16 watt dengan KAI C.vulgaris yang dikultivasi yaitu 10x104 sel/ml dan 100x104 sel/ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penggunaan sumber cahaya neon yang ditambahkan LED berwarna merah, hijau dan biru dengan kepadatan awal inokulum 100x104 sel/ml memperoleh hasil pertumbuhan C.vulgaris tertinggi pada sumber cahaya LED merah sebesar 2057,7x104sel/ml. Sedangkan sumber cahaya neon yang ditambahkan LED biru menghasilkan aktivitas antioksidan terbaik dengan nilai IC50 38,900 (antioksidan sangat kuat) dan memiliki komponen bioaktif alkaloid, steroid, saponin, flavonoid dan kuinon.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi tangkapan ikan menggunakan alat tangkap jaring. Faktor produksi meliputi ABK (X1), Setting(penurunan jaring) (X2), jumlah bahan bakar (X3), waktu perendaman (X4), dan total panjang rampus (X5) dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2019, lokasi pengumpulan data lapangan dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Bondet (PPP) Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda (RLB) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis RLB dihasilkan persamaan Y = -17,622 (C) + 2,422 (X1) + 11,628 (X2) + -911 (X3) + 103 (X4) + 049 (X5). Hasil data uji SPSS RLB menunjukkan jika kenaikan (X1) ABK nilai sebesar 1 (orang)maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 2,422, (X2) Settingnilai sebesar 1(penurunan jaring) maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 11,628, (X3) Jumlah Bahan Bakar nilai sebesar 1(liter) maka akan mengurangi produksi sebesar -911, (X4) Lama Perendaman nilai sebesar 1 maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 103, dan (X5) Total Panjang Jaring Rampus nilai sebesar 1 (meter)maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 049.

Abstract:
Pada tahun 2015 nelayan di Kabupaten Cirebon mulai belajar dan mengganti alat tangkap serta perahu mereka dengan alat tangkap bolga (mini purse seine) dengan hasil tangkapan utamanya adalah teri (Engraulidae). Bolga (mini purse seine) dinilai lebih menguntungkan dibandingkan dengan alat tangkap lainnya seperti garok, kejer, rampus dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya investasi, pendapatan dan keuntungan serta bagaimana kelayakan usaha alat tangkap bolga (mini purse seine) di Desa Gebang Mekar Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan data sekunder. Kelayakan usaha bolga (mini purse seine) ini menghasilkan beberapa perhitungan yang menyatakan usaha perikanan tangkap ini layak. Penelitian alat tangkap Mini Purse Seine memperoleh penerimaan sebesar Rp.1.376.100.000;/tahun dan memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp.764.710.000 /tahun. Usaha alat tangkap bolga di Desa Gebang Mekar tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk balik modal, yaitu hanya selama 9,5 bulan. Hal tersebut yang menjadi alasan beberapa nelayan beralih menggunakan alat tangkap bolga (mini purse seine).

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai analisis nilai tukar hasil perikanan pada unit pengelolaan ikan skala kecil di Kota Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan terhitung pada bulan Mei – Juli 2018, betempat di 2 lokasi yaitu Kelurahan Kesenden dan Kelurahan Panjunan Kota Cirebon. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling deskriptif dan menggunakan analisis data deskriptif presentase. Nilai Tukar Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Perikanan (NTP2HP) terkecil yaitu 0,84 untuk olahan pepes ikan di Kelurahan Kesenden dan terbesar yaitu 1,54 untuk olahan kerupuk kulit ikan di Kelurahan Panjunan dengan nilai NTP2HP 1,089. Indeks Nilai Tukar Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Hasil Perikanan (INTP2HP) terkecil yaitu 92,59 untuk olahan ikan asin di Kelurahan Kesenden dan terbesar yaitu 200 untuk olahan pepes ikan di Kelurahan Panjunan nilai INTP2HP 141,278.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa usaha penangkapan ikan dengan alat tangkap Bagan Tancap di Perairan Bondet Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi kasus (case study)sebagai satuan kasus adalah kegiatan usaha penangkapan menggunakan bagan tancap di Perairan Bondet Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil analisa finansial menggunakan analisis Laba/Rugi menunjukkan bahwa Laba diperoleh sebesar Rp 156.470.000 kemudian berdasarkan analisis R/C Ratio diperoleh hasil 2,9 (sangat menguntungkan dan dapat dikembangkan) dan dalam analisis pay back periode (PP) yaitu 1,25 tahun (dengan asumsi proyek 5 tahun) yang artinya dalam jangka waktu 1,25 tahun modal usaha penangkapan bagan tancap ini akan kembal. Adapun pendapatan para nelayan pemiluk Bagan Tancap mencapai hasil usaha kotor sebesar Rp 207.050..000,-/tahun. Sedangkan hasil usaha bersihnya Rp 156.470.000,-/tahun atau Rp 13.040.000,-/bulan.

Abstract:
Keberadaan Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara Kejawanan adalah sebagai fasilitator pembangunan perikanan di wilayahnya, dalam rangka memperbaiki kualitas bisnis usaha perikanan tangkap untuk pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikan secara optimal dan berkesinambungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan nelayan di PPN Kejawanan terhadap pelayanan yang ada di Kesyahbandaran, yaitu: pelayanan penerbitan Sertifikasi Hasil Tangkapan Ikan (SHTI), pelayanan penerbitan Surat Tanda Bukti Lapor Keberangkatan dan Kedatangan (STBLKK) kapal, dan pelayanan pengisian Logbook Penangkapan Ikan. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemilik kapal perikanan dan Anak Buah Kapal yang berdomisili di PPN Kejawanan, dengan responden sebanyak 70 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan Nilai tingkat kepuasan pada pelayanan penerbitan Sertifikasi Hasil Tangkapan Ikan (SHTI) adalah 75,33% (sangat puas), dengan variabel tingkat kepuasan yang paling rendah adalah kenyamanan dengan nilai 69,64% (puas), dan variabel tingkat kepuasan paling tinggi adalah kejelasan dengan nilai 79,29% (sangat puas).Nilai tingkat kepuasan pada pelayanan penerbitan Surat Tanda Bukti Lapor Kedatangan Kapal adalah 73,19% (puas). Variabel tingkat kepuasan yang paling rendah adalah kecepatan dengan nilai 64,64% (puas), dan variabel dengan tingkat kepuasan paling tinggi adalah kesopanan dengan nilai 78,57% (sangat puas).Nilai tingkat kepuasan pada pelayanan pengisian Logbook Penangkapan Ikan adalah 73,78% (puas). Sehingga hal ini dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut.Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Deskriptif adalah suatu masalah yang dibahas dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menyajikan data sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai sehingga pada akhirnya dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Untuk analisis dan mengintrepretasikan data secara kuantitatif, digunakan alat bantu statistik sehingga memudahkan penafsiran data mentah yang diperoleh. Koefisien Korelasi (uji r) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh r sebesar 0,668 mengandung arti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat sebesar 0,668 antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja. Koefisien determinasi (uji r2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai adalah sebesar 44,6 % atau sebesar 0,446. Sedangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja pegawai adalah mencapai 100 % - 44,6 % = 55,4 %. Uji Signifikasi (uji t) t hitung sebesar 6,536 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,000 atau jatuh pada daerah penolakan Ho, dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Regresi Linear, dihasikan persamaan Y = 21,04 + 0,984 x yang mengandung makna bahwa apabila nilai X dinaikan satu satuan, maka nilai Y akan naik sebesar 0,984 pada tingkat konstanta 21,04.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan panjang berat dan faktor kondisi ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger kanagurta) di sekitar pesisir timur perairan Biak. Ikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari nelayan yang beroperasi di sekitar perairan pesisir timur pulau Biak menggunakan jenis alat tangkap mini purse seine. Pengambilan ikan contoh dimulai dari bulan Januari sampai Juni 2018 dan analisa ikan dilakukan di laboratorium Akademi Perikanan Kamasan Biak. Hasil penelitian ditemukan hubungan panjang berat memperlihatkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi (b) R. kanagurta jantan dan betina yaitu 2,77 dan 2,96 termasuk allometrik negatif. Hal ini merupakan pertumbuhan panjang lebih dominan dibandingkan berat. Sedangkan untuk campuran ikan jantan dan betina memiliki nilai b sebesar 3,12 yaitu pertumbuhan berat lebih cepat dari pertumbuhan panjang. Faktor kondisi R.kanagurta berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan pada masing-masing jenis kelamin dapat dikatakan berfluktuasi. Faktor kondisi keseluruhan berkisar antara 0.0357–2.2812. Ikan kembung laki-laki tergolong montok.

Abstract:
Wilayah cirebon yang memiliki pelabuhan perikanan sebagai tempat pendaratan hasil tangkapan memiliki peranan yang strategis dalam pengembangan ekonomi perikanan. Namun peran dan potensi tersebut masih belum dioptimalkan dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan subsektor perikanan pada pembangunan ekonomi wilayah berbasis komoditas hasil tangkapan unggulan di pelabuhan perikanan kejawanan yang merupakan pelabuhan perikanan terbesar di Cirebon. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Komoditas perikanan tangkap di pelabuhan perikanan yang menjadi unggulan utama adalah Cumi-cumi, Pari, Layang, Tetengkek, Tongkol, Abu-abu, Kuwe, Japuh, Alu-Alu, Biji Nangka, Golok-golok, dan Talang. Hal ini karena memiliki nilai pertumbuhan LQ positif dengan skor 3. Skor LQ 3 mengindikasikan bahwa jenis-jenis ikan tersebut terkonsentrasi pendaratannya secara relatif di pelabuhan perikanan kejawanan dan dapat terus dikembangkan dengan pengelolaan perikanan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah. Peranan subsektor perikanan Cirebon merupakan sektor basis dengan nilai LQ 3,02.

Abstract:
Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan Cirebon berada di bagian Timur Jawa Barat, merupakan pelabuhan tipe B yang didominasi oleh kapal dengan alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) dengan jumlah sebanyak 123 unit kapal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah manganalisis komposisi hasil tangkapan dan tingkat keramahan alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) berdasarkan komposisi hasil tangkapan utama dan sampingan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan survei. Data hasil tangkapan ikan dikumpulkan dari unit alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) unit kapal pada tahun 2018. Analisis data meliputi komposisi jenis hasil tangkapan dan tingkat keramahannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) dengan komposisi hasil tangkapan didominasi oleh cumi-cumi sebesar 97% dan sisanya sebanyak 3% terdiri dari ikan lemuru, layang dan teri. Adapun ukuran hasil tangkapan cumi-cumi yang didaratkan di PPN Kejawanan Cirebon memiliki ukuran dengan kategori cumi besar 27-30 cm dengan jumlah total 79.324,64 kg dan cumi ukuran kecil 1-7 cm dengan jumlah total 18.411,29 kg. Nilai tingkat keramahan lingkungan pada alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) diperoleh dengan jumlah nilai total 30. Berdasarkan nilai tersebut maka alat tangkap jala cumi (cast net) dikategorikan sebagai alat tangkap yang sangat ramah lingkungan.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu hauling terhadap hasil tangkapan jaring rampus di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Bondet. Perendaman alat tangkap jaring rampus dilakukan selama 30 menit, jarak tempuh fishing base ke fishing ground memerlukan waktu 1-2 jam dan setting dilakukan pada jam 05.30 kemudian pengangkatan jaring dilakukan pada pukul 06.00. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental fishing, yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan operasi penangkapan ikan di laut dengan menggunakan jaring rampus. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu dari hasil tangkapan selama 5 kali trip menghasilkan trip ke 1 sejumlah 13,84 kg dalam waktu 120 menit, trip ke 2 sejumlah 5,97 kg dalam waktu 75 menit, trip ke 3 sejumlah 10,45 kg dalam waktu 110 menit, trip ke 4 sejumlah 10,85 kg dalam waktu 115 menit, trip ke 5 sejumlah 13,55 kg dalam waktu 120 menit. Dari hasil tersebut di atas dan berdasarkan Analisis Regresi Linier sederhana diperoleh bahwa F hitung sebesar 24,31 dan F tabel 7,71 yang berarti F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel. Dari output tersebut dapat diketahui nilai F hitung = 24,31 dengan nilai signifikan F hitung > F tabel, maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel waktu (X) terhadap variabel hasil tangkapan (Y). Adapun persamaan regresi adalah Y = -5,326 + 0,147 (X), dimana Y adalah hasil tangkapan X waktu (hauling). Dengan demikian setiap kenaikan 1 (satu) menit X (waktu) akan menaikkan variabel Y (hasil tangkapan).
