Abstract:
The goal is to look at how language helps people from different cultures get along. Language is an important part of how people interact with each other because it is the most basic way to share ideas and information. Language is a reflection of culture, so when people from more than one culture live together, how they use language is more important and complicated. The is also going to be one of the goals that is reviewed How the use of different languages creates barriers in cross-cultural communities and how these barriers affect the bonds that are made in cross-cultural communities. In the field of development, the question of what role language plays in communities with many different cultures is becoming more and more important. The world-wide study of both literature and social studies. As Cross-cultural communication brings together the seemingly unrelated fields of cultural anthropology and communication. Its goal is to bridge the gap between these two fields. Cross-cultural communication is based on being able to understand the different ways that people from different cultures interact with each other. In addition, it is supposed to come up with some recommendations that can help people from different cultures communicate better with each other. As a society's cultural practices and linguistic patterns shape the way people think, act, and communicate with the outside world, they also shape the way people think, act, and communicate with each other.

Abstract:
The topical study of English language adaptation in cross-cultural political discourse is the focus of this essay. It draws attention to the current methods for studying political discourse and emphasizes its features and purposes. The qualities of this idea are developed from the standpoint of the linguacultural paradigm, which has language at its core. Discourse serves as a "live language," applied or "in the process of application" (Van Dijk, 1993), whereas language itself can continue to exist even if it is unclaimed or unapplied. The English language's dynamic nature as an adaptive and self-adjusting system, which responds to the modification of the linguacultural space, social and informational environment in accordance with the communicative needs of society, in particular the need to express the foreign linguacultural lexicon, determines the research mechanism for this work. English is preferred above other languages in contemporary intercultural communication because it is a "lingua franca" for describing contacts. Consequently, the English language must be modified for use. The instability of the political situation, which is reflected in the political world's image and is fixed in the linguistic picture of the world and in contacting languages, is the cause of the political lexicon's ability to transfer.

Abstract:
In the current paradigms of information technology, cloud computing is the most essential kind of computer service. It satisfies the need for high-volume customers, flexible computing capabilities for a range of applications like as database archiving and business analytics, and the requirement for extra computer resources to provide a financial value for cloud providers. The purpose of this investigation is to assess the viability of doing data audits remotely inside a cloud computing setting. There includes discussion of the theory behind cloud computing and distributed storage systems, as well as the method of remote data auditing. In this research, it is mentioned to safeguard the data that is outsourced and stored in cloud servers. There are four different techniques of remote data auditing procedures that are presented here for distributed cloud services. There are several difficulties associated with data audit methods; however, these difficulties may be overcome by using a variety of techniques, such as the Boneh-Lynn-Shacham signature or the automated blocker protocol. In addition to that, other difficulties associated with distributed-based remote data auditing solutions are discussed. In addition, a variety of approaches might be researched further for further examination in order to find answers to these impending problems.

Abstract:
A pandemic is one of many types of disasters that must be considered in emergency response planning. Currently the Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world, including Indonesia, so there is increasing concern about urban settlements that have high density and vulnerability to Covid-19 because housing is one of the important factors during the pandemic. Based on this, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study on a sustainable urban settlement model that is resilient to pandemics so that it can facilitate and overcome pandemic cases that have or will occur. Resilient housing is a residential area or residence inhabited by people who are ready to face any threat, including Covid-19. The research location is a residential real estate located in the city of Makassar. The research method used is multiple regression, t test and f test. As a result, the most influential factor on the security of housing residents during the pandemic is supervision, while the most influential factor in increasing the transmission of Covid-19 is the vulnerability of socio-economic mix, both of which are the most dominant variables in increasing housing resilience to the pandemic. There are various control strategies with a pandemic resilient sustainable housing model, namely increasing supervision, limiting socio-economic mixing, principles of resilience and sustainability.

Abstract:
Collaborating to avoid corruption in the auction process for products and services will be a success or failure depending on the leadership of each entity. This is due to the fact that it includes a wide range of parties, including the UKBJ, APIP, police, prosecutors, providers (enterprises), and civic organizations. In order to thwart corruption, this research examines how leaders might make cooperation easier. In South Sulawesi Province, there are auctions of commodities and services related to the health industry. A method known as descriptive qualitative research has been used in this study to better understand the data. Interviews, literature review, observation, and documenting are all forms of data collecting. Corruption prevention efforts in South Sulawesi Province's Health sector had not been properly facilitated by the leadership of the auction of goods and services. There has been room for all parties to participate in the health sector auction of goods and services, as indicated by top management of the auction of goods and services and briefing each technical implementer in their respective institutions to master the applicable rules and take a moral approach to strengthening credibility through the involvement of law enforcement and elements of society member. However, if the leadership intervenes, each technical implementer is more likely to commit fraud. While the MoU has yet to be signed, the parties participating in the partnership are still able to work together in an informal capacity.

Abstract:
First and foremost, the dynamics of basic education in Central Mamuju Regency are characterized by four factors, including (1) communication difficulties, (2) a lack of psychological relationships between educators and students, and (3) the pandemic's effect on the learning system, which affects online learning psychologically. Teacher difficulties in implementing Scientific Learning-Based Education and giving learning evaluations are among the resources that may be accessed. Certain students may not be able to comprehend the substance of material provided via online media by the instructor, the internet network may be disturbed at times, and some subject matter that needs particular learning tools and/or media cannot be utilized due to the absence of online learning media. The instructor conveys the information in the most effective manner. There are several conditions that must be met by every school that holds face-to-face learning, including the permission of students' parents through committees, the readiness of the school to hold face-to-face learning with strict health protocols, and obtain permission from the local government through the COVID-19 task force. Appointment of PKH implementation staff in the form of sub-district coordinators, assistant staff and computer operators is entirely the responsibility of the Ministry of Social Affairs without involving the local government. There are no incentives or operational funds for facilitators in the field, making it difficult for facilitators to be present at all times in PKH recipient communities. The factors that support PKH activities are the availability of assistants and operators at the sub-district level. There are general guidelines for implementing PKH activities. The existence of standard operating procedures (SOP).

Abstract:
This study aims to examine adaptive governance aspects of the issues from each stakeholder related to the management of Limboto Lake. The implementation of this research uses a qualitative deductive approach. The types of research that will be used are descriptive and explanative types. Sources of data from this research, namely documents and archival records grouped into documentation sources, interviews sourced from people/informants, and direct observation, observation of the role of physical devices grouped in observation sources, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The results of this study indicate that efforts to revitalize, rehabilitate and conserve are, of course, not the task of the Government alone but require the participation of the community in them. Conditions of good synergy between the Government, the community and the private sector in efforts to save and manage Lake Limboto are desirable, this is also in line with the achievement of the objectives of adaptive governance in terms of resilience to rapid and unpredictable environmental changes.

Abstract:
The implementation of poverty reduction policies in Makassar City is still reaping many problems. Various poverty reduction programs launched by the government have not been able to eradicate poverty effectively. In the implementation of these various poverty reduction programs, the response of the target group tends to be negative, causing fragmentation at the level of implementation. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the process of implementing poverty reduction policies in Makassar City from the perspective of group behavior. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and review of poverty documents. The research data were analyzed by qualitative analysis. The results show that the community is basically very responsive to the existence of poverty reduction policies in the form of multi-purpose social security assistance distributed by the Makassar City Social Service because some of them feel helped by the assistance, but some also feel that the policies are not well targeted due to incomplete data collection. equitable and fair. The inaccuracy of policy targets (assistance for beneficiaries) for the poor causes social jealousy in the community which has an impact on street level publicity and policy performance so that it does not significantly reduce poverty in Makassar City.

Abstract:
This study aims to uncover and explain the meaning of change (development) for local communities, behavioral changes that occur in local communities, and what are the ideal expectations of local communities after the Batu Hijau mining company took place. This study uses qualitative methods and data collection by: in-depth interviews, involved observation and review of relevant documents. Data analysis used an interactive model and the validity of the data was controlled by triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) the local community interprets change as an improvement in living standards while maintaining the values and norms that have been adopted. (2) The presence of the Batu Hijau mining company has led to a transformation of the social behavior of the local community in general but not to the point of eliminating the basic principles of behavior originating from religious values and local traditions. The indications are: 1) the traditional knowledge system (indegenous knowledge) is not used as much in the decision to behave as before 2) the local value system and norms are reduced in their binding power and embracing power to the younger generation, 3) the social behavior and orientation of the cultural values of the local community has reflected the community. open and economically oriented. (3) The ideal hope of the local community is the realization of an environmental conservation system, the availability of job opportunities and business opportunities that become a vehicle for community interaction and the realization of the former mining area as an educational tourism area based on sustainable forest ecology.

This study discusses political communication and cultural approach in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Existing cases are taken into account along in the discussion of this paper to illustrate how measures like communication by political figure influence the Covid-19 mitigation. The cultural relevance of the COVID-19 community engagement message is critical to its effectiveness. Culture-insensitive communication may be seen in the COVID-19 case study as well as in the Ebola information being communicated. It is nevertheless important to recognize that a culture's collection of signals regarding life experience may range from positive behaviours that should be promoted to negative practices that should be addressed

Abstract:
The values of the Systematic of Revelation as the basic -/pattern according to what the Hidayatullah - understands, believes, and practices in carrying out the process of social creation of a miniature Islamic Civilization are the topic of this study. The purpose of this research is to examine the process of externalizing Systematic Wahyu ideals like the Hidayatullah -' - in carrying out social construction activities in a tiny Islamic civilisation. This research looks at the reality of the Hidayatullah - congregation's consciousness, which reveals things about reality and the interpretation of the Systematic of Revelation as a -/archetype that is employed as a social construction reference. The process of externalizing the values of Systematic Revelation is a conscious, structured, and systematic effort by Hidayatullah actors to create humans as abdullah (servants of Allah) and caliph (representatives) of Allah SWT on earth, based on revelation's guidance, in order to build Islamic civilization. The Islamic boarding School Campus is employed as a model of Islamic civilisation, with all cadres, members of the congregation, and their students demonstrating faith in all parts of everyday life. Internalized Hidayatullah players objected to the values that are consistently presented and then generate cadres capable of providing enormous advantages to society. This corresponds to Berger's notion that human selfhood cannot possibly remain silent within itself, in a closed sphere, before moving outside to express itself in the world around it. Externalization is essentially what human selfhood is accomplishing.
