Abstract:
Islam since the beginning of its birth has encouraged science. The command “iqra” is authentic evidence of how Islam loves science. This evidence shows that Islam has a major contribution to the deve-lopment of science, including technology in it. This paper attempts to explain the contribution of Islam to technological development from the classical Islamic period to the current era. ICT is a contemporary problem facing Muslims. There are two choices, whether to reject ICT or accept it. This paper focuses on how Muslims can accept ICT for de-veloping the Islamic scholarship

Abstract:
Islam is not just a legalistic-formalistic side, but it also has an esoteric dimension. Sufism is an important element in Islam which is more focused on the esoteric aspects of Islam. This inward aspect of Islam is more influenced by feelings (zauq) and is personal and in re-vealing its teachings often uses figurative words (matsal) and symbols (ramz). The aim of the Sufi is toget as close as possible to God, so that he can see God with the eyes of the heart, even his spirit can be united with the spirit of God. Islamic mysticism does not deny science, even Islamic mysticism contributes a lot of ideas in the fields of philosophy, literature, music, dance, psychology, and modern science. The problem of alienation is a psychological problem. Humans play a role as the cause of the emergence of alienation and at the same time as a victim who must bear the consequences. In the context of Islamic teachings, to overcome the alienation of the human soul and free from the pain of alienation, it must instead make God the ultimate goal, the Supreme Being and the Absolute. All relative and relative existence is meaning-less before the existence of the absolute.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the professionalism of judges in religious courts in Banten province. Then this study also examines judges' decisions in accordance with the 1945 constitution based on Pancasila to realize a prosperous, safe, peaceful and orderly life order in the life of the people. In order to realize such a way of life and guarantee equality of citizens' position in the law, efforts are needed to uphold justice, truth, and legal certainty that are able to protect the community. In the context of upholding the law and justice of Islamic civil cases in the Banten provincial court, professionalism of judges is needed as a condition for judges to implement decisions in accordance with the values of truth and responsibility as fair judges. Professional judges can provide guidance for many people depending on the professionalism of the judge. For this reason, Islamic Shari'ah has placed the position of judge as a very noble position, to which he is given the freedom to do jihad in enforcing law and justice.

Abstract:
The Qur'an is a holy book that revealed by the Most Holy. In order for the sanctity of the Qur'an to be more meaningful and relevant to (as a guide for human life, as a distinguishing between the true and the false), the Qur'an needs to be reflected in the real world. With the presence of "Social Interpretation" model, this is a step forward that needs to be appreciated, as the courage of the mufassir in annuling the Qur’an is not limited to understanding Qur’an, but rather the mufassir actualizes the Qur’an with problems of social political development. Sometimes writing point of the writer is faced with the tip of the Lord's sword. Therein the test mufassir's guts in pouring his thoughts.

Abstract:
This paper aims to describe the emancipatory methodology of interpretation as a method of interpreting the Qur'an that is responsive to socio-cultural conditions and not trapped in the ideological-dogmatic confines of reasoning. This is because the discourse of interpretation is still enlivened by the interpretation which is still focused on the relation of the text to the interpreter only, so that the socio-cultural locus has not been touched, instead of solving social problems based on text. This type of research is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data sources in the study are divided into two types, namely: primary in the form of scholarly work that discusses emancipatory interpretation and secondary in the form of books and scientific works related to the science and interpretation of the Qur'an. This research concludes that the emancipatory interpretation treats the text of the scriptures in a space of critical reflection as well as being applied in the realm of praxis, not only morally but also structurally. Here, the text of the scriptures is used as a tool to sharpen conscience in seeing, perceiving and at the same time solving social problems of humanity. The principle of interpretation of scriptural texts, here linguistically, must be comprehensive and philosophical. And in the context of praxis, the text of the scriptures ethically liberation must be reflected in the lives of humanity.

Abstract:
Quality school is the dream of all parties. High-quality schools are characterized by the management of professional schools, learning activities that run in an innovative, creative and fun way, and can achieve the curriculum targets and optimal absorption, then the learning outcomes show good quality. Quality management of educational resources, especially human resources, curriculum, educational and financial facilities and infrastructure is the most decisive factor in the realization of quality schools. Therefore, managerial capabilities of organizers and school managers largely determine the diversity of school quality. Modern societies term the diversity of school quality as “elite school” which means large, luxurious, and quality or the term “school alit” means small, simple, and lacking in quality. However, what really distinguishes school quality lies in the ability of school administrators and managers to manage or manage the school. Small schools that are professionally managed with quality based, the results will be large and quality schools.

Abstract:
Kawruh jiwa Ki Ageng Suryomentaram focuses on human feeling in spiritual matters to live a happy life and not just physical aspects. The spiritual aspect must grow on the sense of self itself, while the physical aspects will arise after the growth of the spiritual aspects that are carried out. The spiritual aspect must be in line and side by side with the physical aspect to produce a complete sense of human self. Ki Ageng Suryomentaram asserted that he invited us as Indonesian people to feel the feelings of life, examine every taste, and achieve the true meaning of happiness. Happiness is not out there, but inside yourself. Happiness is free, does not depend on time, place and circumstances. This study tries to invite all of us to be able to feel the happiness that is in us so that it reaches a complete human being with essential happiness given by the Creator, Allah SWT.

Abstract:
As a means of disseminating information, a new era of media does not always have a positive impact on the purpose of da’wah. The new era’s media actually raises the birth of da’wah that is extreme, radical and far from the meaning of Islam as a religion of peace. Very few da’wah actors and activists have integrated prophetic ethics and values in the new media era. They use many utterances of hatred (hatespeech) and lies (hoaxes) to preach. This phenomenon is very inversely proportional to the teachings of friendly and peaceful Islam as did the Prophet Muhammad. Therefore, grounding prophetic-based tabligh activities is very urgent in the new media era.

Abstract:
This paper aims to describe women's leadership and gender equality in Islam which is often a controversial issue in Islamic societies. This type of research is library research with a descriptive analysis approach. Sources of data in research can be divided into two types, namely: primary in the form of undergraduate work that discusses the interpretation of leadership and gender equality and secondary in the form of books and scientific works related to research material. This research concludes that a leader is a figure who develops a functional task to oversee the process in order to influence the thoughts, behavior and feelings of others, both groups and individuals towards a common goal. In Islam, there are several principles of leadership, namely: responsibility, monotheism, deliberation, and fairness. Women's leadership is often a controversial issue in Islamic societies, some support and some refuse. Meanwhile, in the perspective of gender equality, there is a belief that Islamic religion does not place rights and obligations in human anatomy in opposing positions, rights and obligations are always equal in the eyes of Islam for the two different sexes. Islam upholds the concept of justice for anyone regardless of their gender. Islam is the foremost religion in the effort to free the bondage of tyranny of slavery, equality of rights and never give the prestige of only one sex. Islam was born as a religion that spreads love and affection for anyone.

Abstract:
Khauf is a concept that usually exists in Tasawwuf. Khauf is usually coupled with rajâ'. Khauf and rajâ’ ‘are two concepts that describe God's relationship with humans. On the one hand, humans are afraid of God, but on the other hand humans have no place of hope other than Allah. On the one hand, humans are afraid of the effects of their sins that are not forgiven by God, but on the other hand humans have no place to beg forgiveness except to God. God is feared as well as expected. This study traces the meaning of khauf in the Al-Quran, especially the meaning of khauf according to M. Quraish Shihab in his work, Tafsir Al-Mishbah. This study found the typical way of M. Qu- raish Shihab in interpreting the Al-Quran, namely connecting the word khauf with the context of the sentence or verse where the word khauf was mentioned. One important finding of this study is that according to M. Quraish Shihab, the word khauf in the Al-Quran is always coup- led with the word rabb. Rabb means keeper or educator. Therefore, M. Quraish Shihab emphasized that the meaning of khauf must not be separated from the meaning of rabb or the fear of humans to God must be within the framework of God›s care and education of humans

Abstract:
The conclusion of this thesis is to create integrity and honesty for modern humans, it can be through a means of understanding that is to know God Almighty and always feel His presence. The achievement (stage) of makri-fat which is the existence of Allah SWT, does not occur suddenly without going through a long and winding process, because the meaning of Allah SWT is only possible with an effort that is truly serious in claiming it. According to Hamka, the light of Divine guidance bounces into the light of the heart which has escaped temptation. In addition to such piety, there is wasila, namely the ways and ways to get closer to God, namely to increase the acts of worship, to do good, to uphold high mind, to be compassionate towards fellow human beings. Increasing a lot of good deeds, it will get closer to the pleasure of God. Wasilah is the effort of each person’s charity with his own business

Abstract:
Character education based on ethical values of religious teachings is considered urgent to be promoted as a basic capital to sha- pe human beings who have superior character, play an active role in creating a peaceful society and a dignified nation. Education in the Qur›an strongly emphasizes aspects of morality. The verses that contain emphasis on cognitive are determined by morality, as well as things that are ritualistic, such as prayer which is a ritual aspect directly related to God at the end is to look right and left which symbolizes the necessity to have social care. The concept of education in the Qur›an is implied by the use of the terms tarbiyah, ta›lim, tadris, ta›dib and tazkiyah. From the term, it is understood that the Prophet Muhammad. as a source of exemplary always strives to educate people to be able to read and express the meaning contained in the Qur›an and can practice it. The five terms are important in providing a clear concept for character education in the perspective of the Qur›an, which has the purpose of forming a pious person who has divine values in him. To achieve this goal the Qur›an provides an overview of the use of various approaches, methods and steps in character education. The implementation and results can be seen in the stories of the prophets in inviting and educating their people.

Abstract:
Appreciation of the Qur'an in social relations is implied in the QS. Al-Hujurat / 49: 13. In this verse Allah SWT created tribal men, women, nationalities, different languages, even each human being has differences both physically and personally. The purpose of human creation is to get to know one another, which can form a fabric of cooperation and synergy. Mutual respect and respect in different beliefs, nations, tribes, and countries are also different languages, so as to create peace and tranquility in social life.

Abstract:
The case of child neglect is one of the main problems that is a challenge for the Indonesian people. Many parents deliberately leave their children in public places or in hospitals. One of the reasons is because the economic, social, family, or child factors are born with disabilities. So the parents do not want to take care of the child. To overcome this problem, the Jakarta Sayap Ibu Foundation is not only available to accommodate, care for and nurture the children of the Foundation but also foster their character through religious activities and ethics education. With this coaching, they can be virtuous, polite, and responsible, and can be useful people. In carrying out coaching, the method used is through habituation, disciplinary methods and storytelling methods. Based on the results of research conducted shows that the Jakarta Wings Mother Foundation has succeeded in educating and building their character into humans with religious characters. Fostering children's character through religious values is considered more effective than without religious values. This research is a type of qualitative field research, using the method of description-inductive and philosophical-analysis. In collecting data, researchers used observation, documentation and interview techniques.

Abstract:
Hate speech or known as hatespeech has been known since the time of the Prophet Adam as and occurs in all the lives of all Prophets in the form of zur, slander, namimah, tajasus, ghibah, hasud, and so on. As a result of this form of negative communication the effects on the prophets and their people cannot be imagined. Hatespeech, which was launched by the infidels against Islam and Muslims or which led to the term 'Islamophobia', apparently also has existed since the time of the Prophet. In the early days of the preaching of the Prophet Muhammad, great hostility and attacks against Islam actually appeared in the midst of Arab society which incidentally was a compatriot of the Prophet himself namely in the Makkiyah period (610-622 AD) led by central figures of Quraish like Abu Jahal and Abu Lahab. This paper aims to analyze the case of hatespeech settlement using mau'dhui or thematic methods through the interpretation of Maslahah Najmuddin Al-Thufi as a product of the decline of Islam in particular, as well as Islamic law that demands reform efforts. The results of the study describe that the utterance of hatred in the ahkam at-Thuffi's interpretation method is considered to be devoid of problems, in contrast to mufasadat or harm. Because al-Thufi carries theories and concepts that are very fundamental in the dimension of human activity, in the context of this negative communication behavior namely the benefit of humans as the highest goal of Islamic shari'ah.

Abstract:
In the practice of literary criticism, including Arabic literature, there are two approaches in evaluating literary works, namely the intrinsic approach and the extrinsic approach. The intrinsic approach bases itself on the objective value of literary works itself without connecting with other sciences, or approaches that seek to see literary works objectively with the propositions of linguistics and literary aesthetics. From this approach was born a flow of semiotic literary criticism and structural literary criticism. Meanwhile, the extrinsic approach uses certain scientific measures in evaluating literary works. The extrinsic approach to literary criticism seeks to see literary works from the viewpoint of disciplines outside of literature. This approach gave birth to sociological literary criticism, psychological literary criticism, archaeological literary criticism, moral literary criticism, philosophical literary criticism, and others.

Abstract:
Abdurrauf's approach in interpreting the teachings of wahdatul exists by combining the opinions of the two leaders of the Sufism; philosophical satire and practical saga. Ibn Arabi, Abdurrahman al-Jami and Ibn al-Farid can be attributed to the philosophical satire whose mystical views are quoted by Abdurrauf. While al-Ghazali, al-Junaid, al-Harawi, asy-Syadzili and Suhrawardi al-Baghdadi can be grouped together as characters of the Sufism who are also the backbone of his thinking. Oman Fathurrahman's study of Tanbih al-Masyi's text at least gives the impression that today's generation can see the text as Abdurrauf Singkel wrote it more than three hundred years ago. However, of course the research is complete if it is discussed Syatariyyah practices that contain a number of formulas or symbols of remembrance more intimately, thus rendering it more intact.

In this case the Qur'an gives positive values yag should be developed and when talking about the concept of science communication in the Qur'an implies how the Qur'an describes the concepts of Islamic communication based content in it , This thesis also explains that the decline in the Qur'an as the word of God to men is according to man's knowledge of the communication. It follows that the Qur'an is indeed very appropriate and certainly fits the human ability. From these results it can be concluded with a dia-gram that explains the mutual communication between modern scien-ce with the explanation of the Qur'an.

The homosexual controversy not only shook the principles in Islam, but also the principles of religion besides Islam, especially Christians and Jews. Allegedly, the culture that became the background of each religion was similar, giving birth to a similar shock. Therefore, even though orthodoxy, homosexuality is considered complete, the controversy about this is still pulsing. One thinker who is trying to find a new perspective on homosexuality is Musdah Mulia. This study is about to unravel Musdah Mulia’s epistemology in developing his arguments about homosexuality and how Musdah Mulia interpreted the verses of the Al-Quran relating to homosexuality

Ladunni’s science becomes an inseparable part and becomes a necessity. Thus, the Ladunni Science demonstrates the importance of its role in the interpretation of the Qur’an and the importance of understanding this type of scholarship (science of Ladunni) for the exegetes. In textual matters, the Ladunni Science functionally has two main working areas, namely the text area (object or internal) and the review region (subject or external). In the discourse of tafseer, the text is the Qur’an and the reviewer is the mufassir (as well as the reader). This thesis also found three functions, contributing to the text of the Qur’an, namely: a. Reveals the inner things (asrar) of the object; b. Achieves the highest point of human effort in understanding texts and objects, and c. Avoid inaccurate understanding and meaning of a text or object. Abstract:
This paper discusses the history of the fall of the Prophet Adam AS to the world which was allegedly a prophetic pioneering of human civilization. The writing focuses on tracing the causes of the decline of the Prophet Adam, whether the decline of the Prophet Adam was caused by a mistake he made, namely eating khuldi fruit, or indeed God's will he was sent down to earth even without making mistakes. Sources of data obtained through observation in several books and verses as well as the interpretation of the Qur'an related to the themes discussed. In analyzing the themes discussed, this paper uses several commentators' thoughts, including al-Tabari (838-923 M), al-Qurtubi (1214-1273 M), and M. Quraish Shihab. The writings show that the story of the Prophet Adam AS is a cycle of life in the history of human civilization until the end of time. Humans must reflect on the life story of Adam, that human glory lies in knowledge and obedience to God's commands. While the fall of man is when he forgets the teachings of God and low morality. As mentioned by Ibn Khaldun, every civilization has the same pattern and cycle, namely; pioneering, building, setbacks, destruction.

Abstract:
Modern Arabic has a distinction from classical Arabic in terms of lexical, phonological, morphological and syntactic. According to Abbâs al-Sûsah in Muhbib Abdul Wahab, Contemporary Arabic has the following characteristics: 1) accuracy of the use of Arabic at all levels: sound, morphology, syntax, and semantics; 2) more widely used in written language (al-Lughah al maktûbah) than oral language, 3) fluency and diversity-free 'amiyah, 4) standard language that is officially prepared. Based on observations of writers who try to classify modern Arabic vocabulary, the fields of religion, language and literature are the fields with the least development of modern Arabic vocabulary, when compared to economic, political, legal, psychological, health and other vocabularies. This may be due to the fact that from the fields of religion, language and literature there are not many new vocabulary terms, this may be due to religious, linguistic and literary norms.

Abstract:
In this modern era, even though advances in technology are increasingly advanced and communication tools are increasingly sophisticated, there is something missing that is forgotten by most humans. In fact, what is even more sad is the loss of specialties in performing prayer services, which are carried out by Muslims today. As the barometer is so very simple, the majority of Muslims today Al-Qur'an illiteracy reaches 65% more and both Muslims are still under ignorance and poverty, which shows that Muslims are not united in solving the problems of the people. Each of them prioritizes their personal and group interests, compared to resolving common interests. One very important effort to build a people, in order to achieve success in performing prayer services, is able to build the people's economy in eradicating poverty and ignorance, then start building relationships with Allah SWT above Zawiyah. This is a means of control which at the same time begs for guidance to Allah SWT, so that every problem faced by Muslims and the public is given a solution to the solution.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Secara normatif al-Qur’an diyakini memiliki kebenaran mutlak namun kebenaran penafsiran al-Qur’an bersifat relatif dan tentatif. Sehingga kajian tentang sejarah penafsiran al-Qur’an memiliki daya tarik sendiri bagi mereka yang serius ingin memahami al-Qur’an.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
Both the term prophet and messenger are used in Al- Qur’an, either concurrently or respectively on its own. The two terms indeed have been long debated by Islamic scholars if there is any distinction between them. Some say there is a definite difference between the two, while some others insist they are a distinction wit- hout a difference but in meaning. Irrespective of the differences, the Islamic scholars agreed that all the prophets and messengers have one same message to convey from the beginning, that is the call to worship one God only. They are on the opinion that there is no hu- man theological evolution ever happened like it was claimed by those who believe in the evolution theory. They assure human belief system remains the same from the day one the religion was known, that is monotheistic in concept. Should there be any difference from one to another, it is all about the syariah tenets that each messenger or prophet brought with them. Obviously, the tenets developed from time to time and came to its perfection under the era of the prophet of Muhammad peace be upon him. Thus, it is unanimously agreed among the Islamic scholar that Muhammad peace be upon him is the final prophet and messenger and the seal of the prophethood.

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:

Abstract:
