Abstract:
У статті розглянуто блок керування двигуном MD190662, розглянуто можливість його ремонту і ремонтопридатності, а також вигода з економічного боку. У публікації вивчено питання діяльності при виході з ладу старого блоку керування двигуном, за умови неможливості покупки нового. Одним з методів усунення несправностей є можливість купити новий блок, котрий можна настроїти, управління від тюнінг ательє, що тягне за собою ще більші витрати. У наш час більшостi електриків і діагностів просто лінь братися за таку роботу, адже на пошук такої несправна йде багато часу, а за витрачений час вони можуть обслужити кілька автомобілів і заробити в рази більше, або відразу від них почуємо, що потрібно купувати новий, адже за старий ні хто не візьметься. У нашому випадку хотілося спростувати той факт, що ремонт блоку управління - процедура не доцільна. У нашому випадку блок керування був відремонтований, і експлуатується щодня. З економічного боку, так як робота виконувалася мною самостійно, це вийшло дуже дешего, але для цього потрібно володіти деякими знаннями і навичками.

Abstract:
Road transport plays a significant role in the economic prosperity of each country. Every year the demand for transportation of goods increases, thus there is a need to improve the quality of transport logistics. The high rate of equipping logistics companies with cars, in recent years, is gaining a large turnover, if compared with other types of logistics in our country, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of transport logistics, which becomes independent of other types of transport, becoming a universal, mobile transportation of goods. As a result, the need to expand roads and improve their quality increases. If you ignore the factors of improving roads, it will lead to an increase in traffic on the roads, as well as slow down the delivery time of the goods.

Abstract:
Оцінка зчіпних якостей дорожнього покриття – досить важливе питання під час експлуатації автомобільних доріг, адже даний показник є одним із основних транспортно-експлуатаційних показників дорожнього покриття, від якого залежить безпека дорожнього руху. З багатьох джерел відомо, що однією із причин дорожньо-транспортних пригод (ДТП) є низьке значення зчіпних якостей дорожнього покриття.Після проведеного аналізу існуючих методів і засобів оцінки зчіпних якостей і відсутність таких, що могли б відповідати за точністю отриманих результатів чинним нормативним документам, в Національному транспортному університеті авторами було прийняте рішення провести удосконалення методів і засобів оцінки зчіпних якостей дорожніх покриттів в Україні.Метою розробки було удосконалення методики оцінки зчіпних якостей дорожніх покриттів за рахунок підвищення вимог до проведення випробувань, підвищення точності приладів, інформативності та продуктивності вимірювань параметрів зчіпних якостей дорожніх покриттів. Результатом багаторічної праці стала удосконалена методика, на основі якої затверджені нормативні документи України та створене обладнання, що дозволяє з довірчою ймовірністю отримувати релевантне значення зчіпних якостей дорожніх покриттів.За результатами експериментальних досліджень коефіцієнт кореляції між показаннями різних модифікацій розробленого Універсального дорожнього вимірювального обладнання „УДВО” складає від 0,955 до 0,981, а відхилення показань обладнання від значень зчіпних якостей, визначених за стандартною методикою, не перевищують 5 %.

Abstract:
Встановлено, що за допомогою математичного моделювання можливо оцінити функціональні зв’язки, між різними параметрами, що впливають на термін виконання доставки у міжнародному сполученні. Розроблена модель вибору виду сполучення за критерієм часу, має практичну цінність, може використовуватись для прийняття рішення при виборі варіанту сполучення (автомобільне чи контрейлерне). Зручність використання розробленими моделями має переваги над усіма раніше запропонованими оскільки дозволяє розрахувати економічну доцільність використання виду сполучення не лише як область ефективного використання, а і для кожного окремого випадку визначити ефективність від вибору виду сполучення. Використання моделей дає можливість економічного обґрунтування вибору виду сполучення і дозволить автотранспортному підприємству скоротити витрати на виконання перевезень на 10-15%

Abstract:
The existing methods of reducing open transport problems to a balanced form, namely: the method of fictitious supplier / consumer, the difference method and the method of coefficients. The transport problem is a special case of the general problem of linear programming, so it is also possible to apply the most well-known method of solving problems of this class - the simplex method, pre-grafting the transport problem to the form of linear programming problem and taking into account its specificity. Experimental studies on the optimization of unbalanced freight traffic, which were obtained using the developed decision support system, allow us to conclude that the simplex method has shown high efficiency in finding optimal freight plans for both balanced and unbalanced transport problems. Analysis of the results of the use of all methods on many practical examples allows us to conclude that none of them has an absolute advantage over others. This fact is explained by the fact that each of the methods in some cases of its application showed a better result compared to the results of others.

Abstract:
Purpose. The work is devotes to the definition of the prerequisites, the rationale and the formation of a new marketing research concept for rail passenger traffic, which is the holistic management of the consumer value of services for passengers. Research methodology. To achieve the goal of the work, a critical analysis was made of the existing marketing research methodology, carried out in compliance with the general basic principles, at certain stages, using common methods, and the practical significance of these studies for the management of the national railway. Systems analysis allowed to identify the main problems of Ukraine’s railway passenger transport of a practical nature and to identify unresolved aspects of a scientific task. Results. The lack of effectiveness of the existing long-distance passenger transport management was notes. It is proves that the demand for rail passenger transportation in longdistance traffic is an extremely complex socio-economic phenomenon, the study of which requires a special approach. The essence of consumer value as a complex structure is analyzes, its features are highlights, which proves its heterogeneity for different services and consumer segments. It is shows that the existing methods for determining consumer value do not provide an opportunity to correctly establish its value, effectively manage it and are not properly adapted to the services of long-distance railway passenger transport. The need for the development of a marketing research methodology based on the holistic management of the consumer value of passenger services has been substantiate. Scientific novelty. Introduced the concept of holistic management of consumer value, revealed its essence and differences from the integrated management. The development of the marketing research methodology is gives in terms of the fundamental principles - general and specific, which are necessary for the implementation of the new concept of holistic management of the consumer value of services. Practical significance. Taking into account the specifics of passenger transportation services by long distance rail transport, the stages of determining the use value of services of this type of transportation were develops on the basis of the proposed concept of holistic management of it, which should increase the soundness and effectiveness of management decisions in the passenger rail transport sector of Ukraine.

Abstract:
It's hard to imagine any country which operates well organized foreign trade without logistics opportunities. Either an experienced entrepreneur or a startup owner in business field, they both have to provide quality services at as a low cost as possible. Because Logistics means, first of all, customer satisfaction. Clients should be informed 24/7 a day about the status of their order. Uzbekistan is twice closed, that is, one of the two countries in the world that have access to the ocean through the territory of two neighboring countries. The most important factor of the attractive geostrategic position of Uzbekistan is the availability of a developed system of transport communications, which practically satisfies the internal transportation needs. The Republic has the highest density of networks of railways and highways in Central Asia. Nevertheless, logistics services are relatively hard and expensive since Uzbekistan has no access to the sea and is far removed from the dominating global markets.

Abstract:
One of the most promising directions of solving the satisfying constantly growing problem of Ukrainians residents tourist, business and migration activity is the diversification of the rail transport activity in the international passenger transportation market. In the conducted studies, the analysis of possible variants of passenger transportation logistics from Eastern Ukraine (in particular from Kharkiv) to Krakow was made. For comparison, seven possible variants of transportation and a new project solution (direct passenger train Kharkiv - Kiev - Lviv - Mostiska II - Krakow with the perspective of continuation of the route to Prague or Vienna) is selected. Based on the SWOT analysis, as well as marketing and logistics research on project variants, it has been proved that the proposed direct rail rout between Kharkiv and Krakow can compete on an equal footing with existing variants of transport.

Abstract:
The review of existing approaches to determining the systems that describe both the processes of economic sectors digitalisation and the ITS introduction in transport sector has underpinned the development and presentation of this approach to determining the digital transformation indicators in transport sector. Current stage of digital technology development is calling for defining and grouping the blocks, systems, subsystems filling them with appropriate indicators. The approach proposed defines the functional architecture of the digital transformations comprised of 3 blocks, 5 key systems of indicators and 18 subsystems representing both modern and envisaged transformation processes for digitalisation in transport with the view of ensuring their success in the future. This Article establishes and selects transport sector digital transformation indicators enabling the monitoring of transformation developments, holding assessments of digital transformations in progress that would constitute a basis for decision-making on ensuring the success for digital transformations in the transport industry.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the city of Dnepr for the suitability of movement of people with limited mobility. The need to create an accessible environment for the movement of people with disabilities and people with limited mobility. The main problem faced by these people is the inaccessibility of the living environment, namely, education, employment and communication. Considered the central streets of the city. Movement problems on footpaths and entrances to buildings were identified. The basic requirements for footpaths and their adaptation to people with limited mobility are given. Abstract:
The model of complex transportations in the transport system is developed, which makes it possible to systematically approach the problem of optimization of international transport of non-homogeneous cargoes under the combined scheme of the use of various types of transport (automobile, water and railway) taking into account the whole spectrum of restrictions that exist in systems of this kind. The program complex for the optimization of international freight transport on the transport system of Ukraine and Western Europe, which is based on the model of management of multimodal freight traffic in international traffic, takes into account the throughput of transport nodes and communications of transport systems, and also can solve transport problems in the event of imbalance of volumes of transportation of heterogeneous cargoes.

Abstract:
The article outlines the main provisions of the new concept of organization of passenger transport. The changes necessary for its implementation are proposed in the legal and regulatory framework. In particular, within the framework of the concept we are proposed: 1) the payment of the use of city infrastructure for carriers, determining the parameters and conditions that the city should provide for these funds; 2) the individualization of the business of transportation, the transition from hired labor to individual entrepreneurship; 3) organization of routes and schedules of traffic on applications of carriers; 4) rating of carriers according to open parameters, starting and dynamic ratings; 5) liability insurance of the carrier to the passengers for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract for the carriage, the responsibility of the vehicle owner to the carrier for the technical serviceability of vehicles, the responsibility of the carrier to the owner (manager) of the vehicle in accordance with the conditions of operation of the vehicle; 6) motivation of carriers for self-control using advanced technical means; 7) motivating carriers to provide additional services to the city (for example, monitoring the state of the carriageway, mobile video surveillance for security structures, etc.).

Abstract:
The belt and road initiative (BRI) put forward by the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping in autumn 2013 is one of the priorities of it’s modern foreign policy. Within the framework of BRI China has concluded agreements on practical cooperation with many countries, including Georgia. For Georgia, BRI is an opportunity to become a land and sea transport hub between Europe and Asia. The overland route combines the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railroad with the Yavuz Sultan Selim bridge across the Bosporus Strait. The sea route serves as an gate to Europe through the ports in Batumi, Poti and Anaklia. The work shows the importance of BRI for the formation of Georgia as a transport hub and the benefits that both countries derive from cooperation under this initiative.
