Abstract:
This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure on firm value with financial decisions and investment decisions as intervening variables. This study uses secondary data from financial reports. The population used in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector which listed on Indonesian stock exchange 2013-2019 of 35 (thirty five) companies. While the research sample was taken using certain criteria.The number of samples obtained are 7 (seven) companies. Data processing techniques using smartPLS 3.0. The results state: 1) ownership structure has a significant effect on firm value, 2) ownership structure has a significant effect on funding decisions, 3) ownership structure has a significant effect on investment decisions, 4) funding decisions has a significant effect on firm value, 5) investment decisions has a significant effect on firm value, 6) funding decisions mediate the effect of ownership structure on firm value, 7) investment decisions mediate the effect of ownership structure on firm value. The limitation of the results of this study is that the results of this study cannot be generalized because the objects used are limited to manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector.

Abstract:
In the era of advances in science and technology today, knowledge has an important role for organizations. On the other side, many organizations are faced with knowledge management problems. The development of Knowledge Management is currently the concern of many researchers. One of the elements in Knowledge Management that is considered crucial is the knowledge sharing. Ideal practice of knowledge sharing in an organizational environment will have an impact on individuals. Higher education as a knowledge-based organization has an important function in the creation and dissemination of knowledge. Academics tend to cling to knowledge and are reluctant to spread their intellectual resources. This study examines the effects of organizational commitment as mediation to the effect of organisational trust and knowledge sharing behavior. Sample in the research is 52 lecturers of Economy and Business Faculty, Pattimura University. Collected data then analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics Structure Equation Model using smartLPS 3. The result shows that organizational trust directly affect the knowledge sharing behavior and organizational trust can affects knowledge sharing behavior with mediation of organizational commitment.

Abstract:
This study postulates team characteristics and environmental factors as the main drivers of team performance. In the proposed model of this study, team performance is positively and significantly affected by collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Data werecollected from 103 of sales/marketing employees of a manufacturing industry in Indonesia by random sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicated that collective efficacy and emotional intelligence climate have a positive and significant effect on team planning and team performance. Likewise, team planning has a positive and significant effect on team performance. Moreover, the empirical test of this study, by investigating sales/marketing employees working in the Indonesian manufacturing industry, complements the application of social cognitive theory in understanding team performance. Finally, the managerial implications of team performance and future open problems are discussed at the end of the research report.

Abstract:
Indonesia has confirmed its first case of Covid-19 transmission on March 2, 2020 and since then the transmission of the virus has become more widespread and has created new epicenters. The epicenter always involves a crowd, including in labor-intensive factory areas. This research method uses quantitative-descriptive. Companies that operating labor-intensive require the involvement of large numbers of people. In the production process, the distance between workers is not far apart, thus increasing the risk of virus transmission. The latest case in September 2020, 150 employees of a factory in the city of Purbalingga tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. It is strongly suspected that transmission occurs in the work area through asymptomatic labor. With the continued occurrence of Covid-19 transmission in industrial areas, this article aims to submit a proposal for the application of a risk mitigation design for the risk of Covid-19 transmission in labor-intensive industries using the FMEA method, which includes the layout of the work area, the flow of human movement in the factory area, and the application of health protocols in the hope of helping labor-intensive industries in suppressing and preventing the transmission of Covid-19

Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the influence of e-commerce and brand image on customer satisfaction through purchase decisions. The population in this study are customer, namely film viewers at Cinema XXI North Jakarta and South Bekasi who use TIX ID more than twice. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by distributing google form on 275 viewers who bought tickets using TIX-ID. Data have been tested on the validity and reliability. The method data analysis is by using descriptive and quantitative. The quantitative analysis is conducted by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this study indicates that e-commerce influences purchase decisions by t-value of 2.15, brand image influences purchase decisions by t-value of 5.63, e-commerce influences customer satisfaction by the t-value of 1.97, brand image influences customer satisfaction by the t-value of 2.56, purchase decisions influence customer satisfaction by the t-value of 3.07. Additionally, there is no significant indirect effect between e-commerce on customer satisfaction through purchase decisions by the t-value of 1.72, there is an indirect effect between brand image on customer satisfaction through purchase decisions by the t-value of 2.72.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify business strategies implemented by MSMEs Nukida Jati to have a competitive advantage. The research method uses descriptive qualitative. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The technique of collecting data is the interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, presenting information data, and drawing conclusions. The calculation results of the IFE (internal factors) and EFE (external factors) matrices show that Nukida Jati MSMEs are in quadrant one. Combining these matrices in the SWOT analysis shows that the company's position allows it to maximize the opportunities and strengths. An alternative business strategy that can be applied to Nukida Jati MSMEs in this position is related diversification. This business strategy allows the company to produce various kinds of handicrafts with different specifications according to consumer demand with the same raw materials. Further product diversification can create wider market opportunities, especially if added with adequate digital marketing support

Abstract:
This study aims to see and analysis the influence of leadership on and job satisfaction, as well as to measure the role of communication as a mediating variable for the influence of leadership on job satisfaction in a villa business in Bali. The population of this research is all employees who work in the villa business in Bali. This study collected data using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method involving 109 employees at a villa business in Bali as respondents. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable, this study analyzed the data using a path analysis approach with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 program. Meanwhile, to measure the role of the mediating variable using the variance accounted for (VAF) method. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on communication and job satisfaction, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and communication is proven to be a partial mediator of the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction in the villa business in Bali

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the descriptive analysis of each variable: e-commerce technology, independent variables; customer experience, the dependent variable; and e-commerce platform; the intervening variables are then analyzed how the direct or indirect influence of the independent variables, e-commerce technology, on the dependent variable, consumer experience, when using the e-commerce platform as an intervening variable. The quantitative method is used in this study. Based on the results of factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data processing, using SPSS 23 and SMART-PLS software, the results are: 1) e-commerce technology variables indirectly have a positive and significant effect on customer experience when accessing the e-commerce platform, 2) the e-commerce technology variable has a positive and significant direct effect on customer experience. The area in this study is still limited because it merely covers Bandung Raya and is not specific for the assessment of the e-commerce platform used. For future research, the scope of research can be expanded, and the e-commerce platform used can be more specific to certain platforms so that more detailed results can be obtained

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many hotels, restaurants and tourism activities to be temporarily closed. It has an impact on the financial performance towards the companies engaged in this sub-sector. The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of Covid 19 towards the financial performance of companies engaged in the sub-sector of hotel, restaurant and tourism. Financial performance is measured using several ratios, namely liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, profitability ratios and market ratio. The ype of research is descriptive quantitave. The population in this study is 35 all companies in the sub-sector of hotel, restaurant and tourism listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2020 period. Samples are collected from 30 companies using purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing is conducted using the Paired Sample t-Test. The empirical results show that, in the liquidity ratio, and market ratio there is no significant difference between the periods of before and after the first recorded Covid-19 case in Indonesia. Meanwhile, in the solvability ratio and profitability ratio, there are significant differences between the two periods.

Abstract:
The change of conventional marketing to digital marketing has an impact on the business world, including micro businesses. So that a certain strategy is needed in dealing with digital marketing. SWOT analysis and STP analysis among several other analyzes that can be used to determine a marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to find an overview of the use of SWOT analysis and STP analysis implemented in micro enterprises, namely 'Bunda Culinary'. SWOT analysis and STP analysis are used in order to see what digital marketing strategies are being pursued by the micro entrepreneur 'Bunda Culinary'. The research method used is a descriptive survey. Data collection techniques in this study were observation and interviews. The results obtained are strategies for digital marketing that are carried out only on the pattern of Relationship Marketing, Word of mouth Marketing, Seasonal Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. Meanwhile, the development towards B2B Marketing and B2C Marketing has not been carried out. And there is also no specific personal or team handling digital marketing.

Abstract:
Facing the free market era, local governments need to make structural policies that favor and provide incentives for the development and improvement of SMEs performance. The potential of women in community life still has not received a reasonable portion. This needs to be addressed wisely and wisely by the government considering the women from the side of quantity ranks first from the composition of citizens. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative method. The discussion in this article is the role of local governments to improve women's empowerment in the economic field by providing women with sewing skills training, micro credit business, and women leadership training. Where the skills training and micro credit business is given to the community where the economic level is still below standard or pre prosperous in order to improve the welfare of the family through the efforts provided by the local government.

Abstract:
XYZ Group in running business have been several problems that is in the marketing of products not yet doing activity promotions, weakening the number of requests, well as the quality of a product produced less good. This research aims to obtain the weighting of every factor which are under consideration, to know the position of the company, and provide suggestions for marketing strategies that can did be company. The see problems happen, we need marketing strategies by using the method Analytical Hie-rarchy Proses (AHP) and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Based on weighting 7P using method AHP obtained product weight as much as 12.44%, promotion of 17.90%, price of 9.93%, place of 15.82%, people of 15.63%, process of 13.45%, and physical evidence of 14, 83%. In matrix SWOT known kuadran-III the company are in a meeting between IFAS at the point -0,05 and EFAS at the point 0,49. It means , the company had a great opportunity that the market high, but still have obstacles where which is still using a simple production equipment. Alternative strategy that can be carried out is to ensure the quality of the product, increase production facilities, improve the distribution of the product, and make use of the printed media and sosial media for promotion activity

Abstract:
Word Division is a local shoe brand that uses endorsers in its promotion. One of the endorsers chosen was Yoshiolo but Yoshiolo was better known through promotional content for foreign brands. This study aims to determine the influence of Yoshiolo as an endorser of the Word Division brand image. This study uses this study using a survey approach using questionnaires as a basic data collection tool and generally uses statistical methods. The results of the analysis show that Yoshiolo as an endorser has a positive and significant influence on the Word Division brand image

Abstract:
This study aims to identify and test the factors that can affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, especially in hotels that apply sharia principles such as Sofyan Hotel Betawi. The subjects of this study were guests staying overnight with a sample size of 170 people who met the research criteria and requirements using a purposive sampling technique. The research design uses quantitative research survey methods, interviews and questionnaires. Data collection tools use a Likert scale as quantitative data. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the SEM path analysis method. The results showed that service quality and price perception had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction by 24.6%. Customer loyalty is influenced by factors of service quality and customer satisfaction positively and significantly by 51.9%.

Abstract:
This research aims to find out the impact of business incubator activities against the interests of student entrepreneurship at the University of Tridinanti. This type of research is comparative. The population are 5,737 people. Sampling techniques using Accidental sampling by the number of samples was determined as many as 200 respondents. The primary data sources with the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire, interview and observation. Data analysis techniques using paired sample t test. The results showed that there is a difference of interest a student entrepreneurship before and after follow the business incubator activities with significance value of 0.000 where the average value of interest in entrepreneurship student business incubator activities after following increased by 1.960 point than before following the activities of the business incubator. The research also found that business incubator activities have changed the mindset of most college students.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of brand logo identification, overall brand logo benefit toward customer loyalty through trust and commitment of Global System for Mobile (GSM) cellular operatorconsumers. The samples being used in this study is 200 respondents. The data collection method being used by this study is purposive sampling. The testing is conducted by using Structuctural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The findings of this study are: (1) endorser credibility identification has positive effect toward brand equity, (2) endorser credibility benefit has positive effect toward self-brand connection (3) self-brand connection has positive effect toward brand equity.

Abstract:
The decision process to choose the services of a wedding organizer is already considered an identity and a prestige now. With the number of start-ups engaged in this field that only rely on capital "brave" but does not have its own outlet space. Research evidence based on physical evidence on the CV. Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the influence of role conflict and stress on the affective commitment of female employees with social support as a moderating variable in Bank X in Banjarmasin. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study were all female employees of the Bank X in Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used is a saturation sampling technique. Data collection uses a Likert scale scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study concludes that there is a significant negative effect of role conflict on affective commitment and there is a significant negative effect of stress on affective commitment. Other findings indicate that social support is able to act as a moderating variable on the influence of role conflict and stress on organizational affective commitment

Abstract:
This research was conducted to design a business strategy of crispy seafood SMEs, especially in Pamekasan Madura, in order to improve product competitiveness. The product development strategy was analyzed using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which was subsequently integrated with Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS) in a four-step analysis framework (ERRC Grip), in order to obtain highly competitive products and get out of red ocean competition. This study collected data with interview techniques on crispy seafood IKM and questionnaires involving 180 respondents. From the respondents' evaluation of 17 indicators of customer satisfaction, only 7 indicators exceeded customer expectations. Through the planning matrix, indicators of satisfaction (customer requirements) are identified into 9 technical requirements (responses) and result in an increase in product quality that must be considered and prioritized crispy seafood IKM outlined in the HoQ Matrix. The four biggest priorities for increasing the competitiveness of crispy sea seafood products are market reach, packaging design, quality of supporting materials and prices. All response techniques then analyzed using ERRC Grip, which can be used as a guideline for SMEs in conducting business and out of the competition for the red ocean to blue ocean

Abstract:
The ratio of financial statements to Islamic banks is one of the determining factors in financial health within the bank itself. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the influence of capital adequacy, efficiency and liquidity on profitability in the Indonesian state-owned Islamic banks from 2009-2017. This study aims to model the influence of capital adequacy (CAR), Efficiency (BOPO) and Liquidity (FDR) on Rentability (ROA), then analyze the model, and provide forecasting and structural analysis of the model. Therefore, the method used in this study is the analysis of Vector Error Correction Model which is applied to time series data from the level of CAR, BOPO, FDR to ROA. Based on the specification, estimation and examination of the model, the VECM (2) model was obtained as the best model. The results of the model analysis say that there is a long-term and short-term causality relationship between the levels of CAR, BOPO, FDR against ROA. Then, based on forecasting and structural analysis, it can be concluded that the results obtained are accurate.

Abstract:
The increasing growth of retail products in Indonesia has led to the increasing level of competition in the retail business faced by domestic products. The usefulness of this research is to detect the influence of price levels, service quality and design innovation on purchase loyalty that exists in the Minorfighters brand. The researcher took a sample of 87 respondents using the purposive sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data is processed using validity test, reliability test, cross tabulation analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance test. The results showed that the existence of price factors, service quality and design innovations that positively influence purchase loyalty. Design innovation variables have a greater influence on purchase loyalty. This result is the initial hypothesis of the authors examined in this paper.

Abstract:
The research objective was to determine the cluster development strategy based on product performance and quality and analyze the elements in the institutional cluster of gadung chips in Tulungagung Regency. The superior product of gadung chips in Tulungagung Regency is currently being developed in connection with the government's efforts to improve the regional economy through the application of the One Village One Product (OVOP) concept. The center of the gadung chips industry in Kalidawir Subdistrict, which is still active, produces 25 SMEs. The problems faced by SMEs in developing businesses, individuals, lack of communication and cooperation among SMEs with the Government, limited marketing and technology activities and low product quality. The method used is K-means cluster and FAHP. The results showed that the grouping of SMEs gadung chips based on the performance and quality of the products produced 2 clusters. Cluster 1st consists of 11 small-scale members and cluster 2nd consists of 14 micro business scale. Development strategy of cluster 1st by increasing innovation on product features and cluster 2nd through increased access to capital. The institutions consist of several parties involved including core industries, supporting industries, suppliers, supporting institutions and buyers. The success of the development of the gadung chips industry cluster is highly dependent on inter-institutional cooperation relationships.

Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the influence of working capital turnover, operating leverage and financial leverage on profitability. The research object is thirteen retail sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are selected based on certain criteria. Secondary data are in the form of financial statements from each company in the period 2013 to 2017, and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results obtained state that each working capital turnover, operating leverage and financial leverage have a positive influence on the profitability of retail sector companies on the IDX. However, the results of the partial test prove that only financial leverage has a significant influence on profitability; while working capital turnover and operating leverage proved to be insignificant. Simultaneously, the three independent variables analyzed have a significant influence on the profitability of retail sector companies on the IDX.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of independent variables both simultaneously and partially on the dependentt variable. The research population of the population of Pematangsiantar has a population of 247,411 people. From the Slovin formula, the sample used in this study was purposive sampling selected with terms and criteria to be sampled. Whereas the selection that does not meet the requirements and criteria is not sampled. The research sample was 100 people. Research data was processed using SPSS. The hypothesis results prove that the independent variables of Marketing Mix (Product Location, Promotion and Price) simultaneously have no significant effect on the dependentt variable (Consumer Loyalty) on the Indomaret and Alfamart Mini market in Pematangsiantar City. While partially the product does not affect consumer loyalty. Location does not affect consumer loyalty. Promotion does not affect consumer loyalty and price does not affect consumer loyalty at the Indomaret and Alfamart mini markets in Pematangsiantar City.

Abstract:
The rapidly changing world environment requires companies to adjust to existing conditions. Environmental changes that occur include technology, information systems, economic and political causes of the emergence of new regulations and derivatives so that industry and industry players in the implementation can run well. One telecommunication company in Indonesia in maintaining revenue and profit growth improves employee capability and application of new corporate culture in realizing competitiveness. A vision and mission change with complete comprehensive transformation with a strategy embodied in employee-driven programs based on company values. The company in transformation years periode from 2011 until 2016 hold engagement survey with main result the majority of opinions like the changes that occur. Researcher use survey method questionnaires to gather information after reborn launched from Indosat Ooredoo employees as respondents that distributed to a level of staff, managers, division heads and group heads. Descriptive statistical analysis methodology is used to analyze information that has been collected. The results data analysis of the questionnaire showed that 7 (seven) variables assessing the improvement of employee capabilities and the application of the company's new culture in realizing competitiveness showed that the seven variables affected the level of security and comfort of employees and middle management.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract:
Clutching rapid penetration, Indonesia has transformed onto the biggest digital economic market throughout the world, hence it is interesting to be studied in depth. This study aims to measure factors that are considered affecting consumer online purchasing decisions which are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk. The study was conducted upon the hotel consumers who have performed online transaction via Traveloka for at least once. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique (non-probability sampling) and the number of respondents that met the criterion was set by 106 respondents. The result shows perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive and significant effect on e-commerce decision, whereas perceived risk has not significant effect. The founding implicates for the improvement of new insights and better understanding to e-commerce actors, especially Traveloka by developing effective strategies to increase profit

Abstract:

Abstract:
Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan inilah yang selalu dituntut agar selalu bertambah baik. Hal ini tidak mudah, karena terdapat persaingan yang semakin ketat. Salah satu faktor kunci keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi diawali dari kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan kriteria Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE). MBCfPE merupakan salah satu metode peningkatan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan dan terus-menerus .Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisa mengenai pengaruh masingmasing keenam kriteria MBCFPE (kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses) terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan deskriptif analisik dengan pendekatan metode mix method dengan sequential explanatory design. Jumlah jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keenam kriteria MBCFPE :kepemimpinan, perencanaan strategis, focus pada pelanggan, pengukuran,analisa dan manajemen pengetahuan, focus pada karyawan, manajemen proses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien BPJS Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Batam artinya semakin baik hasil variabel tersebut akan meningkatkan kepuasan pasien BPJS kesehatan rumah sakit.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-to-family conflict terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dengan mempertimbangkan work-to-family conflict dalam perusahaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan dengan work-to-family conflict dan komitmen organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah explanatory research (penjelasan). Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial work-to-family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha pembungkusan garam pada CV. Karya Pertiwi Medan. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan usaha pembungkusan garam CV. Karya Pertiwi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Karya Pertiwi yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh mengenai hubungan antara variabel. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan kembali wisatawan ke Wisata Bahari Percut Sei Tuan Deli Serdang dilihat kondisi kualitas pelayanan, budaya masyarakat dan pengaruhnya terhadap daya tarik wisata dan minat berkunjung kembali di daerah tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini ada wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara yang pernah berkunjung ke wisata Bahari Percut Sei Tuan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal yaitu untuk melihat hubungan antar variabel dan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan dan budaya masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik Wisata Bahari Percut Sei Tuan. Demikian juga daya tarik wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke tempat wisata Bahari Percut Sei Tuan.

Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh harga, pelayanan dan kualitas jasa terhadap kepuasan konsumen transportasi online di kota Medan. Sifat dari penelitian ini adalah explanatory dan jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 400 orang konsumen pengguna transportasi online di kota Medan. Data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas, kemudian diolah menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi berganda. Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis konsumen atas pilihan dalam menggunakan/mengkonsumi produk/jasa dimana konsumen lebih dominan memilih variabel manakah yang disukainya dalam berbelanja. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan menggunakan analisis Uji kesamaan (Homogenitas) yang didasarkan bahwa apabila varians yang dimiliki oleh sampel yang bersangkutan tidak jauh berbeda. Temuan penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa t hitung < t table (2.145 < 2.015) maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada perbedaan antara kualitas layanan dengan produk. Pada table Paired sampels statistic terlihat rata rata untuk kualitas layanan adalah 4.04, dimana saat menjamu tamu atau konsumen memiliki pengetahuan akan produk yang lebih luas dan untuk produk adalah 3.73, artinya rata rata kualitas layanan lebih tinggi daripada produk, sehingga kualitas layanan, pengaruh yang cukup kuat terhadap produk, dimana konsumen dalam membeli produk mencari ke”unik”an atau produk yang berbeda dibanding pesaing lain sehingga dalam hal ini pemilik usaha perlu melakukan perbaikan produk guna mendatangkan konsumen lebih banyak dan melakukan strategi dalam memperkenalkan perusahaan di masyarakat umum.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi investasi asing langsung di Indonesia dalam perkembangan ekonomi global yang meliputi produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, nilai tukar dan suku bunga untuk periode 1998 - 2015. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah persamaan regresi linier berganda. dengan teknik analisis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) dan Error Correction Mechanism (ECM). Hasil empiris dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang variabel produk domestik bruto berpengaruh dan signifikan sedangkan variabel nilai tukar tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Dan variabel infrastruktur memiliki efek negatif tetapi tidak signifikan. Dalam variabel jangka pendek yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan adalah variabel-variabel produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, dan nilai tukar. Sementara tingkat bunga tidak berpengaruh. Koefisien variabel yang menjelaskan variabel investasi langsung asing dalam pembangunan ekonomi global adalah infrastruktur terbesar, diikuti oleh produk domestik bruto dan nilai tukar rupiah. Koefisien determinasi 78,17% menunjukkan bahwa variasi dalam variabel produk domestik bruto, infrastruktur, nilai tukar dan suku bunga dapat menjelaskan variasi dalam variabel investasi asing langsung di Indonesia dalam pembangunan ekonomi global sementara sisanya 21,83% dijelaskan. oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand, inovasi, dan budaya terhadap keputusan pembelian Songket Tenun Tarutung di Kabupaten Tapanulin Utara. Sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian menjelaskan (explanatory) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental sampling yaitu penduduk wanita yang berada di Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara dan penelitian mengambil data 100 responden dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer Untuk pengujian validitas dan Uji reliabilitas disebarkan kepada 30 responden penelitian yang merupakan Konsumen Wanita pembelian songket tenun Tarutung di Kabupaten Tarutung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Nilai R adjusted Square (R²) adalah 0,553 yang mengindikasikan bahwa variasi variabel brand, inovasi dan budaya mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 55,3 %. Pengujian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa brand, inovasi dan budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengujian secara parsial bahwa brand, inovasi dan budaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal melalui analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) di UMN Al Washliyah Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Faktor Kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh UMN Al Washliyah yaitu : 1) Sumber daya manusia yaitu 241 dosen memiliki latar belakang pendidikan S2, hal ini membuktikan bahwa dosen di lingkungan UMN Al Washliyah mencukupi syarat berdirinya sebuah Universitas. 2) Lahan yang cukup menampung seluruh mahasiswa yang ada. 3) Fasilitas gedung perkuliahan, perpustakaan yang permanen serta laboratorium yang representatif. 4) Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) yang sudah berada pada cluster Madya. Faktor Kelemahan, yaitu : 1) Beberapa tenaga administrasi belum sarjana (S1), 2) Kurangnya mahasiswa yang aktif di bidang kreativitas dan kesenian di lingkungan kampus 3) Minimnya peralatan laboratorium serta kurangnya koleksi buku bacaan untuk referensi mahasiswa. 4) Kurangnya minat dosen melanjutkan kuliah ke jenjang S3. Faktor Peluang, yaitu : 1) Adanya dukungan positif dari Pengurus Besar Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Jakarta untuk menyediaan lahan perluasan kampus. 2) Dukungan moril masyarakat Sumatera Utara untuk kemajuan UMN Al Washliyah. 3) Adanya kepercayaan dari pemerintah, masyarakat dan dunia usaha terhadap UMN Al Washliyah dalam menghasilkan SDM berkualitas. Faktor Tantangan, yaitu : 1) Keterlibatan masyarakat luas dalam pendanaan, menuntut keterbukaan manajemen keuangan dan mutu kinerja yang menunjukkan keberhasilan. 2) Sulitnya untuk membangun fakultas baru dan program studi baru. 3) Peningkatan biaya pendidikan dapat menggeser kedudukan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of adversity quotient on Employee Pe-formance Through Job Motivation as an intervening variable in the conventional taxi driver in Medan. The nature of this study was associative,and the type of this research was quantitative. A sample of this research are 253 conventional taxi driver in Medan. The data that has been collected through a valid and reliable questionnaire, then processed using Path analysis approach. Results of this study are (1) adversity quotient has positive effect and significant effect on the employee performance, (2) adversity quotient has positive and significant effect on job motivation, (3) Job motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance, (4) Job motivation was not as a perfect mediation between adversity quotient and employee performance. .

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the influence of talent management and knowledge management on the performance of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Tanjung Morawa. The population in this study as many as 522 employees, and a sample of 84 people using stratification sample technique. Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (measurement) with the likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and determinant coefficient.From the data analysis of each variable obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 5,612 + 0,469 X1 + 0,598 X2 + e. Obtained R2 of 0.756, which means X1 and X2 explain the effect on the variable Y of 75.6% while the rest described other variables outside the study. The partial test of each independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1 so the hypothesis is accepted, and the result of simultaneous test calculation is 125.217 with ftable 2.37 which means Fcount> Ftable with level of significant (α) 0.000 Ftabel dengan level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,1, yang artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu talent management dan knowledge management secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelayanan Purna Jual yang terdiri dari Garansi, Reparasi, dan Suku Cadang secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sim card. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian (explanatory research) yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi sebanyak 488 orang mahasiswa. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Responden adalah pengguna produk sim card di dua universitas yaitu universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah dan Universitas Al Washliyah (UNIVA) Medan. Teknik analisis data menggunkan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan memperhatikan uji asumsi klasik dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pealyanan Purna Jual yang terdiri dari garansi, reparasi dan suku cadang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sim card, Layanan Purna Jual secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sim card, Reparasi adalah variabel yang dominan memiliki pengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sim card. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa Garansi, Reparasi, dan Suku Cadang berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan memiliki R2 sebesar 90,7%.

Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis menggunakan SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi antara konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract:
AbstrackBased on data Center and Information DIKTI, the number of lecturers who have a degree-1 as many as 21,872 of the total lecturer 2016/2017 as many as 237,837. The impossible requirement to be a lecturer in a study program at a college in Indonesia is to have and to be educated up to strata-2 or stara-3. This study aims to identify any factors that affect lecturer competence by using t test and f test. In this research put forward several factors that are academic qualification, teaching experience and motivation of lecturer. Pursuant to result of this research motivation of lecturer in teaching have significant influence to lecturer competence partially with significant value 0,00 smaller than α = 0,05, and simultaneously academic qualification, teaching experience and motivation have significant influence to lecturer competence with a significance value of 0.00 is smaller than α = 0.05. Syarat mustahak yang untuk menjadi seorang pengajar pada program studi di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia adalah memiliki dan menempuh pendidikan hingga strata-2 ataupun stara-3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindetifikasi faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kompetensi dosen dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Dalam penelitian ini mengemukakan beberapa faktor yaitu kualifikasi akademik, pengalaman mengajar dan motivasi dosen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini motivasi dosen dalam mengajar memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi dosen secara parsial dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari α=0,05, dan secara simultan kualifikasi akademik,pengalaman mengajar dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kompetensi dosen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari α=0,05.
