Penelitian ini diajukan untuk memperoleh informasi terkait dengan penggunaan media pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Menengah Atas, serta untuk mengetahui jenis media yang digunakan untuk mendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran yang edukatif dan interaktif pada konteks pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris berdasarkan berdasarkan perpektif guru bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dekriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan data-data yang telah dikumpulkan secara kualitatif melalui lembar kuesioner yang diberikan sekolompok guru-guru bahasa Inggris yang telah memiliki pengalaman mengajar bahasa Inggris selama 1-5 tahun di tingkat Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran yang diintegrasikan dengan teknologi sudah diterapkan oleh para guru, seperti menggunakan powerpoint slides, internet, komputer/laptop, film, permainan virtual dan tradisional. Selain itu, para guru mengemukakan bahwa media yang dipresentasikan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris sangat mendukung meningkatkan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris peserta didik. Namun, para guru perlu untuk menggunakan bergam media pembelajaran yang terkait dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dan bermakna.

This study aims to determine the level of Extranous Cognitive Load (ECL) of students through mental effort in learning activities. Mental effort can be known and analyzed from external or foreign aspects, such as learning design and learning strategies undertaken. The source of the burden obtained in the learning process is known as ECL. The effectiveness of ECL is influenced by information and learning activities that contribute to the process of constructing students' cognitive schemes in learning process received. Good learning process happen if the ECL owned by student is in low category. ECL is measured by the mental effort of students in attending lecture activities. This research is a descriptive study, which was carried out on the fourth semester students of biology education who took part in the ethics and professional education classes. ECL measurements were measured using a mental effort questionnaire during the lecture. The data acquired is analyzed on the conversion of values in the low to high categories. The results showed that in the lecturing activities the student’s mental effort average was in the low category at 32.45. A low mental effort represents a low extranous cognitive load (ECL). It can be concluded that the learning strategies carried out in the ethics and education professional lectures can suppress ECL biology education students.

From an Islamic point of view, children are a mandate given by Allah to their parents, to provide good and healthy education, involving families is a place for children to learn, communicate, communicate, and behave towards the environment associated with it, and a children will always need a lot of attention and affection from both parents. The role of parents in the development of early childhood education from an Islamic point of view must be able to provide an explanation of all the children born in a state of nature, instill monotheism and aqeedah truly to children, teach children to help prayer, teach children to read the Koran, motivate children to always pray, teach children to always be grateful, motivate children to worship at the mosque, teach children to always be naked, teach children to always maintain the cleanliness of the body, and teach children to love each other God's creatures. By involving parents in providing education that contains Islamic religious values, it is expected that these early childhood children can support the process of adaptation to the outside environment, bearing in mind that these early childhood have strong character and faith in the process of development of growth and development for child.

This study aims to determine the increase of students learning outcomes through learning activities using Mind Mapping method in class XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in July to September 2019. The subject was students of class XII MIPA 1 of SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru, totaling 36 students consist of 17 men and 19 women. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles for six meetings. Each meeting using the Mind Mapping method with consists of identifying the topic, planning the tasks to be studied, carrying out investigations, preparing final reports, presenting final reports, conclusions and evaluations. The research found that the usage of mind mapping method can improve the learning outcomes of class XII MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The increasing was seen in the results of the first cycle with an average value of 84.13 and 92.66 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who pass the passing grade increase from 77.77% to 100%. Classroom action research with optimal usage of mind mapping method can improve learning outcomes in economic subject.

This research was expected to provide benefits for: (1) For learners easier to understand and master English materials with Numbered Heads Together (NHT). (2) The results of this study are expected to provide input to teachers the importance of used NHT Learning Model to improve English learning outcomes. (3) The results of this study were expected to find out the learners' learning outcomes of English subjects delivered used NHT. This research took place in XI IPS 2 class SMAN 14 Pekanbaru Jl. Tengku Bey/Sei. Mintan I. The instrument of this study consists of observation sheet and tests. This study was a classroom action research consisting of four stages namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection. From the results of the study that the initial data was known that the students complete only 15 students with percentage of 42.86% while the student was not complete as many as 20 students with percentage of 57.14%. With an average student score of 74.49. On the completeness of student scores on the first cycle students expressed complete only as many as 24 students with percentage 85.71%. While the students who do not complete as many as 11 students with a percentage of 31.43% with an average student score of 81.94. In this case from the number of students mastery expectations have not been achieved from the number of students as much as 70% of the number of students. On the completeness of student scores on the second cycle of students who expressed thoroughly only as many as 35 students with 100% percentage. While there are no students who were not complete with an average student score of 89.91. In this case from the number of students' mastery expectation had been achieved from 70% of the total number of students as 35 students expressed thoroughly so that in this case there was no need to take action back in the following cycle or research conducted only two cycles

The purpose of this article was to find out whether Entrepreneurship Education Program may create an active creativity and inovation of students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The Entrepreneurship Education Program is one of the answers to overcome various problems, especially the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. Students need to be given debriefing on entrepreneurial competencies with the aim of preparing students in order to create jobs, alleviate the problem of unemployment, poverty, economic downturn and politically can lift the dignity and dignity as an independent nation. With the development of entrepreneurship programs the writer as the principal is more proactive in finding and utilizing opportunities to achieve success so that it will bring change in the organization towards a more adaptive one in the face of various environmental changes and 21st century challenges.Kata Kunci: Implementation, Entrepreneurship Education Program, Realizing Creativity and Innovation

This study identifies factors that influence the determination of entrepreneurial. Thereare five for influence elements of determination entrepreneurial: self-efficacy,achievement motivation, facilitates capital, social relationships and entrepreneurialknowledge. A questionnaire was distributed to 389 university students. Finding shownthat the majority of students agreed that entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy,achievement motivation and facilitates capital of key factors do influencedentrepreneurial determination. AMOS path analysis was used to identify thecontribution of the direct and indirect influence of the five dimensions ofentrepreneurial determination. Several hypotheses have been tested and found thatentrepreneurial determination influenced by entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy,achievement motivation and facilitates capital. However, gender, financial supportand group activities did not moderate the entrepreneurial determination, whereasstudent residence do moderate to entrepreneurship determination. Furthermore, selfefficacydo moderated by gender, student residence and group activities, but financialsupport do not moderate self-efficacy. Gender, student residence, financial supportand group activities did not moderate achievement motivation. Finally the studyproposes guidelines to develop an effective entrepreneurship curriculum for universityin the Riau Province.Key words: entrepreneurial determination, self-efficacy, achievement motivation,facilitates capital, social relationships, student residence, entrepreneurialknowledge

The study was conducted with the aim of wanting to find out the biology laboratory profiles in high schools, especially private. Research was carried out on private high schools in the city of Pekanbaru T.A 2016/2017, as the research sample was carried out in a random way. This research method was using surveys, documentation and observation. The research instrument used in this study was documentation guidelines for knowing the Biology Science lab in high school. The results of the data analyzed descriptively regarding the Profile of the Biological Science Laboratory of SMAS in Pekanbaru showed that the Biology Science laboratory conditions were undergraduate and S4 in 89.4% (Very good), and each indicator observed at the time of observation showed good laboratory conditions.

This research is entitled "Efforts to Improve Chemistry Learning Outcomes through an Inquiry Based-Learning IBL Model for Class XI Students in SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru". This research is to help students actively find ways to solve quickly and precisely because students experience difficulties in completing chemistry lessons. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation in chemistry learning with the Inquiry Based Learning approach. Researchers tried to use the Inquiry Based-Learning approach, through a cycle model class action research that included planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class XI Clothing at SMK Negeri 3 Pekanbaru as many as 30 students. There are 2 cycles of student motivation learning process, namely: Colloidal Cycle I, Colloidal Cycle II system. Each cycle consists of several stages of meeting. The results obtained from this study show that students' activities in the learning process can be better seen from the comparison of results in the initial observation, only 40% of students who understand and the results are good, in the first cycle increased to 67%, and the second cycle increased to 97%. Attention of students during learning increases. From the above explanation it can be concluded that by using the IBL (Inquiry Based Learning) approach can increase the understanding of chemistry in colloids.

The purpose of this study is to improve learning outcomes in Indonesian subjects on the component of the ability of literary aspects of speaking, basic competence to express the dialogue of the characters in the play, knowing the effectiveness of the application of motivation, role playing methods, and socio drama, in improving learning outcomes subjects Bahasa Indonesia , the component of the ability of bersasra, the aspect of basic competence to express the dialogue of the character's role in the drama performance, to know the influence of the application of motivation, the role playing method and the socio-drama, express the dialogue of the characters in the staging of the drama of the class XII IPS1 SMA Negeri 2 Bangko to improve the learning result of the eye Bahasa Indonesia component of literary ability, basic competence speaking aspect expressed the dialogue of the characters in the drama performance. This study uses a classroom action research design (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Bangko Kabupaten Rokan Hilir The research procedure used Kemmis and Taggart model, consisting of planning, action and observation, and reflection. Technique of data taker through learning result data, learning data. The data that have been obtained are grouped, analyzed by using analysis of minimum learning mastery criteria. The research results: 1) The application of motivational approach, with role playing method and socio drama can maximize or improve learning outcomes, Indonesian subjects, component of literary ability of speaking aspect expressing dialogue of the characters in drama 2) Implementation of motivational approach, by role playing method and socio can cause a sense of appreciation of the art of staging drama in the learning of Indonesian subjects, the component of the ability of literary aspects of speaking basic competence to express the dialogue of the characters in staging drama. 3) The application of motivational approach, by role playing method and socio drama can improve cooperation and mutual respect among students in learning Indonesian subjects, component of literary ability of speaking aspect of basic competence expressing dialogue of the characters in staging drama.
